After the mixing is finished, the discharge valve of the premixer is opened, and the materials are poured into the prepared bag.

Step 205: dry-mixing the uniformly mixed premix and the rest raw materials;

the dry mixer is started when the metering bin is fed, the metering bin feeding valve is closed when the metering bin is operated at a low speed until the feeding is finished, the dry mixer starts to rotate at full speed for fully mixing, the time is set to be 90s, and the frequency is 50Hz, so that the dry mixing uniformity can reach the standard. After the dry mixing is finished, the blanking valve is automatically opened to enable the mixed materials to enter the dense-phase bin through the buffer bin, and the powder conveying is started after the materials completely enter the dense-phase bin and the feeding valve is automatically closed.

The technical parameters are as follows: the single mixing amount of the dry mixer is 300-550 Kg; the mixing time is 90S; the frequency is 50 Hz; minimum mixing ratio 1000: 1.

Step 206: cleaning and sterilizing the inner package;

removing dust from the tin, and sterilizing the inner surface of the tin by ultraviolet irradiation with ultraviolet intensity not less than 70 μ w/cm2The sterilization time is more than or equal to 25 seconds;

step 207: performing metal detection on the milk powder and canning;

performing metal detection on the child growth formula milk powder, and detecting an iron standard sample of more than or equal to 1.0mm, a non-iron standard sample of more than or equal to 1.2mm and a stainless steel standard sample of more than or equal to 1.5mm in the child growth formula milk powder;

and when the metal detection reaches a preset standard, filling the children growth formula milk powder into an iron can with the residual oxygen content less than or equal to 3% under the condition of canning under-50 KPa and 60s of nitrogen filling.

In one possible embodiment of the present invention, for example, as described in the previous examples, table 3 shows the nutrient content (in 100 g) of the children's growing up formula.
