The first width limiting device 13 includes first width limiting plates 131 oppositely disposed at both sides of the first conveyor belt 11, first guide plates 132 are oppositely arranged at both sides of the first conveyor belt 11, the distance between the two first guide plates 132 is gradually narrowed along the conveying direction of the first conveyor belt 11, the end of the first guiding plate 132 is connected with the first width limiting plate 131, the correcting mechanism 1 comprises a second width limiting device 16 arranged at the rear side of the first width limiting device 13, the second width limiting device 16 includes second width limiting plates 161 oppositely disposed at both sides of the first conveyor belt 11, second guide plates 162 are further oppositely arranged at both sides of the first conveyor belt 11, the distance between the two second guide plates 162 is gradually narrowed along the conveying direction of the first conveyor belt 11, the end of the second guiding plate 162 is connected with the second width limiting plate 161, and the end of the first conveyor belt 11 is provided with a packing box separating mechanism 2.

The straightening mechanism 1 comprises a detection device 14, the detection device 14 comprises a limit switch 143 and a limit plate 141, the limit switch 143 is arranged at the upper end of the first width limiting plate 131, the limit plate 141 is hinged to the first width limiting plate 131, the limit plate 141 is far away from one side of the hinge joint and is more than Y and less than X with the distance of the other first width limiting plate 131, and the limit switch 143 can be in contact with the limit plate 141.

Specifically, the limit switch 143 is provided with a contact 144, the contact 144 extends to a position between the limit plate 141 and the first width limiting plate 131 hinged to the limit plate 141, the limit plate 141 is provided with a boss extending to the contact 144, the upper end surface of the boss is higher than the contact 144, and a plurality of pressure springs 142 are connected between the limit plate 141 and the first width limiting plate 131 hinged to the limit plate 141.

A first push plate 15 is arranged between the detection device 14 and the second width limiting device 16, the aligning mechanism 1 includes a second conveyor belt 17 and a third width limiting device 18, the second conveyor belt 17 and the first push plate 15 are oppositely arranged at two sides of the first conveyor belt 11, when the packing box 4 is extruded to the detection mechanism 14, the first push plate 15 pushes the packing box 4 to the second conveyor belt 17, the third width limiting device 18 includes a third width limiting plate 181 oppositely arranged at two sides of the second conveyor belt 17, third guide plates 182 are oppositely arranged at two sides of the second conveyor belt 17, the distance between the two third guide plates 182 is gradually narrowed along the conveying direction of the second conveyor belt 17, and the tail ends of the third guide plates 182 are connected with the third width limiting plate 181.

The aligning mechanism 1 is matched with the first guide plate 132 through the first width limiting plate 131 to align the packing box 4 for the first time, and then the detection device 14 is matched with the first push plate 15 to detect and sort the packing box 4, and the concrete steps are as follows:

when the passing packing box 4 is extruded to the detection mechanism 14 (the packing box 4 takes the X-Z surface as the front and back surface and the Y-Z surface as the two side surfaces and passes through the detection mechanism 14), namely the limit plate 141 is also extruded to the contact 144 of the limit switch 143, the first push plate 15 pushes the packing box 4 to the second conveyor belt 17; when the passing packaging box 4 is not extruded to the detection mechanism 14 (the packaging box 4 takes the Y-Z plane as the front and back plane and the X-Z plane as the two side planes, and passes through the detection mechanism 14), that is, the limit plate 141 is not extruded to the contact 144 of the limit switch 143, the first push plate 15 does not act, and the packaging box 4 continues to be conveyed on the first conveyor belt 11.

Finally, the packaging boxes 4 on the second conveyor belt 17 are subjected to secondary alignment through the cooperation of the third width limiting plate 181 and the third guide plate 182; second limit for width board 161 cooperatees with second deflector 162 and carries out the secondary to packing box 4 on the first conveyer belt 11 and ajust, and above-mentioned design simple structure easily promotes, and the practicality is good.

The tail end of the second conveyor belt 17 is provided with a fan-shaped conveyor belt 19, bent plates 191 are arranged on two sides of the fan-shaped conveyor belt 19, and a packing box separating mechanism 2 is arranged at the tail end of the fan-shaped conveyor belt 19.
