The prior scraper evaporator is a novel evaporator with strong adaptability, for example, the evaporator is suitable for materials with high viscosity, heat sensitivity, easy crystallization and scaling, and mainly comprises a heating jacket and a scraper, heating steam is introduced into the jacket, the scraper is arranged on a rotatable shaft, a small gap is kept between the scraper and the inner wall of the heating jacket, usually 0.5-1.5 mm, feed liquid is preheated and then added from the upper part of the evaporator along the tangential direction, the feed liquid is distributed on the inner wall to form a downward-rotating film under the action of gravity and the rotating scraper, the downward-rotating film is continuously evaporated and concentrated in the descending process, finished liquid is discharged from the bottom, secondary steam escapes from the top, and a large amount of liquid foam is generated on the surface of the demister due to the fact that the demister is arranged near a steam outlet, and the liquid foam can be adhered to the demister, thereby influencing the demister and also influencing the scraper evaporator.
