1. The zero-VOCs high-hardness waterborne polyurethane floor finish is characterized by comprising the following A, B components:

the component A comprises the following components in percentage by mass:

50-55% of water-based resin, 0.4-0.8% of dispersing agent, 20-24% of pigment, 10-13% of functional filler, 12-15% of deionized water, 0.1-0.2% of film-forming assistant, 0.1-0.3% of defoaming agent, 0.4-0.7% of wetting agent, 0.3-0.5% of flatting agent, 0.4-0.6% of thickening agent, 0.1-0.2% of anti-settling agent and 0.01-0.05% of anti-mildew agent;

the component B is water dispersible polyisocyanate.

2. The zero-VOCs high-hardness aqueous polyurethane floor finish of claim 1, wherein the aqueous resin is an aqueous acrylic polyol dispersion.

3. The zero-VOCs high-hardness aqueous polyurethane floor finish of claim 2, wherein the aqueous acrylic polyol dispersion is an aqueous acrylic polyol having a hydroxyl content of 4%.

4. The zero-VOCs high-hardness aqueous polyurethane floor finish of claim 1, wherein the pigment is selected from one or more of the following: titanium dioxide, phthalocyanine blue, phthalocyanine green, carbon black and scarlet.

5. The zero-VOCs high-hardness aqueous polyurethane floor finish of claim 4, wherein the titanium dioxide in the pigment accounts for not less than 98% of the total amount of the pigment, and the other pigments account for not more than 2%.

6. The zero-VOCs high-hardness aqueous polyurethane floor finish of claim 1, wherein the functional filler is selected from one or more of the following: feldspar powder and silica micropowder.

7. The zero-VOCs high-hardness aqueous polyurethane floor finish of claim 1, wherein the water dispersible polyisocyanate is HDI trimer isocyanate.

8. The zero-VOCs high-hardness aqueous polyurethane floor finish of claim 7, wherein the water-dispersible polyisocyanate is one or both of NCO content of 22.5% and NCO content of 20.8% respectively.

9. A preparation method for preparing zero-VOCs high-hardness waterborne polyurethane floor finish comprises the following steps:

1) weighing raw materials according to the formula of the component A, wherein the raw materials comprise 50-55% of water-based resin, 0.4-0.8% of dispersing agent, 20-24% of pigment, 10-13% of functional filler, 12-15% of deionized water, 0.1-0.2% of film-forming assistant, 0.1-0.3% of defoaming agent, 0.4-0.7% of wetting agent, 0.3-0.5% of flatting agent, 0.4-0.6% of thickening agent, 0.1-0.2% of anti-settling agent and 0.01-0.05% of anti-mildew agent;

sequentially adding deionized water, a dispersing agent, pigment and a functional filler into a container, stirring for 30min at a rotation speed of 450m/min at a linear velocity of a dispersion disc, and then grinding until the fineness is less than or equal to 35 mu m to obtain pigment filler slurry for later use. Adding water-based resin into another container, stirring, wherein the linear speed of a dispersion disc is 300-;

2) and weighing the raw materials according to the formula of the component B, wherein 100 percent of the water dispersible polyisocyanate is the component B.

Mixing the component A and the component B according to the ratio of 7-7.5: 1 weight ratio, and stirring uniformly to obtain the zero-VOCs high-hardness aqueous polyurethane floor finish.

Technical Field

Background

In recent years, the terrace industry develops rapidly, and polyurethane coatings are widely applied to terrace finish paint due to excellent gloss and color retention, skid resistance and wear resistance. The traditional polyurethane coating is gradually replaced by waterborne polyurethane due to the solvent, however, in the formula design of the waterborne polyurethane, a formula designer often achieves good film forming property and construction property by adding a certain amount of solvent or cosolvent, and neglects the problem of volatile organic compounds of the coating.

Chinese patent (application number 201810765104. X) A water-based two-component polyurethane finish and a preparation method thereof disclose a water-based two-component polyurethane finish and a preparation method thereof, wherein the raw materials comprise an anionic water-based acrylic resin water-based solution, a pigment, a dispersing agent, a water-based defoaming agent, a base material wetting agent, an ultraviolet absorbent, a light stabilizer, deionized water, a thickening agent and a curing agent. Also discloses a preparation process of the material. From the technical content disclosed by the material, the material has the advantages of good water resistance, chemical resistance, high hardness, high fullness, high gloss and the like, but the curing agent used is Bayer N3390, and according to the technical data of Bayer N3300 products, the curing agent contains 10% of solvent, so that the curing agent contains more VOCs, and in addition, the patent does not disclose the technical index of paint film hardness.

With the increasing requirement of environmental protection, VOCs are further controlled, and particularly, the requirements on materials used in closed or semi-closed places with centralized personnel and unsmooth air circulation are met, and the novel waterborne polyurethane floor coating is required in the floor application of places such as offices, entertainment, markets and the like by comprehensively considering the requirements on the hardness and scratch resistance of the floor coating.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a zero-VOCs high-hardness aqueous polyurethane floor finish.

The zero-VOCs high-hardness waterborne polyurethane floor finish paint is a product formed by mixing the following A, B components:

the component A comprises the following components in percentage by mass:

50-55% of water-based resin, 0.4-0.8% of dispersing agent, 20-24% of pigment, 10-13% of functional filler, 12-15% of deionized water, 0.1-0.2% of film-forming assistant, 0.1-0.3% of defoaming agent, 0.4-0.7% of wetting agent, 0.3-0.5% of flatting agent, 0.4-0.6% of thickening agent, 0.1-0.2% of anti-settling agent and 0.01-0.05% of anti-mildew agent;

the component B is water dispersible polyisocyanate.

Preferably, the aqueous resin is an aqueous acrylic polyol dispersion. Further, the aqueous acrylic polyol dispersion is an aqueous acrylic polyol having a hydroxyl group content of not less than 4%.

Preferably, the pigment is selected from one or more of the following: titanium dioxide, phthalocyanine blue, phthalocyanine green, carbon black and scarlet.

Preferably, the functional filler is selected from one or more of the following: feldspar powder and silica micropowder.

Preferably, the water dispersible polyisocyanate is HDI trimer isocyanate. Further, the water dispersible polyisocyanate is one or both of those having NCO contents of 22.5% and 20.8%, respectively.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the zero-VOCs high-hardness waterborne polyurethane floor finish, which comprises the following steps:

weighing raw materials according to the formula of the component A, wherein the raw materials comprise 50-55% of water-based resin, 0.4-0.8% of dispersing agent, 20-24% of pigment, 10-13% of functional filler, 12-15% of deionized water, 0.1-0.2% of film-forming assistant, 0.1-0.3% of defoaming agent, 0.4-0.7% of wetting agent, 0.3-0.5% of flatting agent, 0.4-0.6% of thickening agent, 0.1-0.2% of anti-settling agent and 0.01-0.05% of anti-mildew agent.

Sequentially adding deionized water, a dispersing agent, pigment and a functional filler into a container, stirring for 30min at a rotation speed of 450m/min at a linear velocity of a dispersion disc, and then grinding until the fineness is less than or equal to 35 mu m to obtain pigment filler slurry for later use. And adding water-based resin into another container, stirring, wherein the linear speed of a dispersion disc is 300-.

And weighing the raw materials according to the formula of the component B, wherein 100 percent of the water dispersible polyisocyanate is the component B.

Mixing the component A and the component B according to the ratio of 7-7.5: 1 weight ratio, and stirring uniformly to obtain the zero-VOCs high-hardness aqueous polyurethane floor finish.

The materials mentioned in the present invention are specified below:

5. Defoaming agent: supplier BYK, product model BYK 022.

6. Wetting agent: supplier dihei, product number KL 245.

7. Leveling agent: the supplier degussigoo, product model Tego 410.

8. Thickening agent: dow supplier, product model RM 5000.

9. Anti-settling agent: vendor BYK, product model BYK 420.

10. An anti-mildew agent: supplier THOR, product model ACTICIDE OTW.

11. Water dispersible isocyanate: supplier kojie, product types 2547 (NCO content 22.5%), 2655 (NCO content 20.8%).

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

the invention provides a zero-VOCs high-hardness waterborne polyurethane floor finish, which can be matched with self-leveling polyurethane or epoxy and the like, has excellent adhesive force, plays an excellent protective property for a coating area, and greatly improves the scratch resistance and decorative property of a floor. Can be used in workshops, parking lots, offices, shopping malls, entertainment places and the like.

1) The coating does not contain VOCs, and is safe and environment-friendly;

2) the coating has high hardness and scratch resistance, and the pencil hardness is not lower than 5H;

Example 1

The description of the disclosed embodiments and methods is intended to be illustrative and not restrictive.

A zero-VOCs high-hardness waterborne polyurethane floor finish paint comprises a component A and a component B, wherein the component A comprises the following formula in percentage by mass: 52.5 percent of water-based resin, 0.5 percent of dispersant, 22 percent of pigment (titanium pigment), 11 percent of functional filler (feldspar powder), 12.39 percent of deionized water, 0.1 percent of film-forming additive, 0.1 percent of defoaming agent, 0.5 percent of wetting agent, 0.3 percent of flatting agent, 0.5 percent of thickening agent, 0.1 percent of anti-settling agent and 0.01 percent of anti-mildew agent;

the component B comprises the following components in percentage by weight: the component B is Cosimva Bayhydur 2547 (NCO content 22.5%).

And mixing and stirring the component A and the component B uniformly according to the ratio of 7:1 to obtain the zero-VOCs high-hardness aqueous polyurethane floor finish.

Referring to JC/T2327-2015 waterborne polyurethane terrace standard, main detection items and results are shown in FIG. 1.

Referring to the GB/T23986-2009 gas chromatography for measuring the content of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) in colored paint and varnish, the test results of the VOC are shown in the following table:

A zero-VOCs high-hardness waterborne polyurethane floor finish paint, wherein the component A comprises the following formula in percentage by weight: 52.5 percent of water-based resin (A242), 0.5 percent of dispersant, 22 percent of pigment (titanium dioxide), 11 percent of functional filler (feldspar powder), 12.39 percent of deionized water, 0.1 percent of film-forming additive, 0.1 percent of defoaming agent, 0.5 percent of wetting agent, 0.3 percent of flatting agent, 0.5 percent of thickening agent, 0.1 percent of anti-settling agent and 0.01 percent of anti-mildew agent;

the component B comprises the following components in percentage by weight: the component B is Cosimva Bayhydur 2655 (NCO content 20.8%).

And mixing and stirring the component A and the component B uniformly according to the ratio of 7:1 to obtain the zero-VOCs high-hardness aqueous polyurethane floor finish.

Referring to JC/T2327-2015 waterborne polyurethane terrace standard, main detection items and results are shown in FIG. 2.

Referring to the GB/T23986-2009 gas chromatography for measuring the content of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) in colored paint and varnish, the test results of the VOC are shown in the following table:
