The positioning assembly comprises a supporting circular table 21, the supporting circular table 21 is matched with a reverse buckle of a pot to be processed and is fixed, the center of the bottom of the supporting circular table 21 is connected with a rotating shaft, the rotating shaft vertically penetrates through the table top of the machine table and is connected with a servo motor 22 arranged below the table top of the machine table, and the servo motor 22 rotates and drives the supporting circular table 21 to rotate.

The hemming assembly includes a first bracket, a first cylinder 31 disposed at a left side of the first bracket, and a first pulley 32 disposed on the first bracket. The first support comprises a bottom plate 33 fixed on the table top of the machine table, a sliding plate 34 movably arranged on the bottom plate 33, and a first vertical plate 35 erected on the sliding plate 34. The top surface of the bottom plate 33 is provided with a sliding slot along the left-right direction, and the bottom surface of the sliding plate 34 protrudes outwards to enable the sliding plate 34 to be installed in the sliding slot in a matching way, so that the sliding plate 34 can slide left and right on the bottom plate 33. When a hand wheel 57 on the screw 55 is rotated clockwise, the screw 55 drives the upper transverse plate 51 to move downwards, so that the pressing plate 54 moves downwards and a pot to be curled is pressed on the supporting round table 21; when the hand wheel 57 on the screw 55 is rotated anticlockwise, the return spring 56 and the screw 55 act together to enable the upper transverse plate 51 to move upwards, the pressing plate 54 assembly rises and is separated from the pot to be curled, and the pot can be taken down from the supporting round platform 21 at the moment.

Compared with the prior art, the beneficial effects of the scheme are that: the quantity of mechanical parts and pneumatic control parts is reduced, the cost is low, and the failure rate is low.
