Two or more connecting pipes 21 are respectively connected with the back groove strip 6 and the hook 27 of the L-shaped supporting strip 9 at the back end edge at a plurality of positions by studs and nuts 22, so that a plurality of plate bodies 1 are connected into an integral traffic signboard plate 20. The connecting pipe 21 is connected with hooks 27 of the supporting bar 9 with the L shape at the back end edge at a plurality of positions by studs and nuts 22, so that the joggling structure of the end surface downward bent hook clamping groove 8 and the end surface card inserting inner convex strip 10 of the two adjacent section plates is more stable.

The invention has the advantages that: the section bar single plate can be extruded and formed at one time, the plate body, the back groove strip, the end face downward bent hook clamping groove, the back end side L-shaped supporting strip, the end face inserted inner convex strip and other components are of an integrated structure and cannot fall off, so that the traffic sign formed by splicing a plurality of section bar plates is good in safety when being blown by wind; a plate body 1 spliced with a traffic sign plate is firmer due to the fact that connecting pipes at different positions are provided with a plurality of connecting points. The profile single plate is simple in one-step extrusion forming process, low in cost and uniform in quality, and the existing process for welding the back groove strips on the plate body is complex, high in cost and non-uniform in quality. The destructive performance of the traffic sign board which consists of the back groove strip, the end face downward hook clamping groove, the back end edge L-shaped supporting strip and the end face inward insertion protrusion is reduced.

The existing traffic sign board is characterized in that a metal plate with the size of the final use is backed and then polished, a plurality of back groove strips are welded, the time consumption and the cost are high, air pollution and sound pollution are caused, aluminum oxide gas to be emitted by the welding sign board causes serious environmental pollution, the sound of a polished welding point is large, the sound pollution is serious, and the air pollution caused by the dust of the polished welding point is serious.

The combined traffic sign board is a spliced traffic sign board, a plurality of section single boards are connected with the connecting pipe only by using the studs and the nuts in the manufacturing process, polishing and welding are not needed, the combined traffic sign board can be assembled on a construction site, a production factory is not needed, air pollution and sound pollution are avoided in the assembling process, and the combined traffic sign board is good in wind resistance quality, low in cost, free of factory building pollution in assembling and capable of replacing welding by splicing.

Detailed Description

Example 1 longitudinal splice profile plate with centered back groove strip

As shown in figures 1, 2, 3 and 4,

the longitudinally spliced section plate with the centered back groove strip comprises a plate body 1, wherein the plate body 1 is provided with a front face 2 for advertisement, a back face 3 for support, a left end face and a right end face which are parallel to each other; the method is characterized in that: the left end face or the right end face is provided with an end face downward hook clamping groove 8, the other end face is provided with an end face card insertion inner convex strip 10, and the size and the shape of the end face downward hook clamping groove 8 and the end face card insertion inner convex strip 10 are of an embedded clamping structure capable of being matched tightly;

a back groove strip 6 is arranged in the middle of the back 3 of the plate body 1, the plate body 1 and the back groove strip 6 are of an integral structure, the back groove strip 6 is parallel to the left end face or the right end face, two sides of an opening of the back groove strip 6 are respectively provided with a buckling strip 7, and the two buckling strips 7 enable the opening width D of the back groove strip 6 to be smaller than the internal space width D of the back groove strip 6;

Manufacturing a longitudinal splicing section plate with a groove strip at the back side in the middle: manufacturing the profile plate with the structure by using an aluminum or engineering plastic extrusion forming process or an injection molding forming process, and forming the profile plate with the length of 120 cm and the width of 40 cm for later use; the back groove strip 6, the end face downward bent hook clamping groove 8 and the end face card inserting inner protruding strip 10 are all 120 cm long as the total length of the section bar plate.

the plate is characterized by further comprising two or more connecting pipes 21, wherein each connecting pipe 21 is respectively connected with the back groove strip 6 on the back 3 of each plate body 1 in a stud and nut 22 mode;

the cap head of the stud and the nut 22 are clamped into the hollow of the back groove strip 6, a hole is drilled on the connecting pipe 21, the stud and the nut 22 penetrate through the hole on the connecting pipe 21, and the back groove strip 6 and the connecting pipe 21 are fixed by the nut.

Each connecting pipe 21 is respectively connected with the hook 27 of the L-shaped supporting strip 9 at the back end edge of the back 3 of each plate body 1 in a mode of a stud and a nut 22; the plurality of plate bodies 1 are connected into a whole traffic signboard plate 20.

That is, each section plate has three components of two hooks 27 of the L-shaped supporting strip 9 at the back end edge and a back groove strip 6 which are connected with the connecting pipe 21 by a stud and a nut 22; the adjacent section plates are connected in an embedded and clamped mode through the end face downward bent hook clamping groove 8 and the end face inserting inner convex strip 10, so that a plurality of section plates are connected into an integral wind-resistant and shock-resistant traffic indicator plate 20.
