Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of textile printing and dyeing, and particularly relates to a water-based acrylate coating adhesive.

Background

The textile coating finishing agent is also called coating glue, and is a macromolecular compound uniformly coated on the surface of a fabric. The fabric has one or more layers of films formed on the surface of the fabric through the adhesion effect, so that the appearance and style of the fabric can be improved, the functions of the fabric can be enhanced, and the fabric has special functions of water resistance, water pressure resistance, ventilation and moisture permeability, flame retardance, stain resistance, shading reflection and the like.

The original product has the defects of only water resistance and no moisture permeability, and the coated fabric has stuffy feeling and poor comfort when in use. The polyacrylate fabric coating adhesive is one of the coating adhesives commonly used at present, and has the following advantages: the fastness to sunlight and weather is good, and yellowing is not easy to occur; the transparency and the compatibility are good, and the colored coating product is favorably produced; the washing fastness is good; the adhesive force is strong; the cost is low. The disadvantages are that: the elasticity is poor, and the wrinkles are easy to wrinkle; poor surface finish; the hand feeling is difficult to adjust moderately.

s1, preparing emulsion: preparing monomers of styrene, hydroxyethyl acrylate, butyl methacrylate, ethyl acrylate, diacetone acrylamide and adipic dihydrazide to prepare emulsion for later use;

s2, preparing a base solution: preparing a base solution by adopting an emulsifier, water and seeds;

s3, preparing a finished product: heating the base solution, then dropwise adding the emulsion into the base solution, taking potassium persulfate as an initiator, and reacting to obtain a finished product.

As a further scheme of the invention: the emulsifier in the step S2 is environment-friendly sodium dodecyl diphenyl ether disulfonate 2A 1.

Compared with the prior art, the invention improves the glass transition temperature of the product by introducing monomers such as styrene and the like, increases the hand feeling of the product, and improves the wear resistance and hydrostatic pressure of the product; after the product is used, the wear resistance, hydrostatic pressure and the like of the textile can be obviously improved.

The water-based acrylate coating adhesive comprises the following components: monomers of styrene, hydroxyethyl acrylate, butyl methacrylate, ethyl acrylate, diacetone acrylamide, adipic acid dihydrazide, potassium persulfate and water; preparing the water-based acrylate coating adhesive according to the component proportion: 3 parts of monomer styrene, 10 parts of hydroxyethyl acrylate, 30 parts of butyl methacrylate, 3 parts of ethyl acrylate, 3.3 parts of diacetone acrylamide, 0.4 part of adipic dihydrazide, 0.3 part of potassium persulfate and 50 parts of water.

The production process of the water-based acrylate coating adhesive comprises the following specific steps:

s1, preparing emulsion: preparing 3 parts of monomer styrene, 10 parts of hydroxyethyl acrylate, 30 parts of butyl methacrylate, 3 parts of ethyl acrylate, 3.3 parts of diacetone acrylamide and 0.4 part of adipic dihydrazide to prepare emulsion for later use;

s2, preparing a base solution: preparing a base solution by using an emulsifier, 50 parts of water and seeds;

s3, preparing a finished product: heating the base solution, then dropwise adding the emulsion into the base solution, taking 0.3 part of potassium persulfate as an initiator, and reacting for 60 minutes.

Example two

The water-based acrylate coating adhesive comprises the following components: monomers of styrene, hydroxyethyl acrylate, butyl methacrylate, ethyl acrylate, diacetone acrylamide, adipic acid dihydrazide, potassium persulfate and water; preparing the water-based acrylate coating adhesive according to the component proportion: 2.5 parts of monomer styrene, 10 parts of hydroxyethyl acrylate, 40 parts of butyl methacrylate, 3.5 parts of ethyl acrylate, 3 parts of diacetone acrylamide, 0.5 part of adipic dihydrazide, 0.5 part of potassium persulfate and 40 parts of water.

The production process of the water-based acrylate coating adhesive comprises the following specific steps:

s1, preparing emulsion: preparing 2.5 parts of monomer styrene, 10 parts of hydroxyethyl acrylate, 40 parts of butyl methacrylate, 3.5 parts of ethyl acrylate, 3 parts of diacetone acrylamide and 0.5 part of adipic dihydrazide to prepare emulsion for later use;

s2, preparing a base solution: preparing a base solution by using an emulsifier, 40 parts of water and seeds;

s3, preparing a finished product: heating the base solution, then dropwise adding the emulsion into the base solution, taking 0.5 part of potassium persulfate as an initiator, and reacting for 50 minutes.

EXAMPLE III

The water-based acrylate coating adhesive comprises the following components: monomers of styrene, hydroxyethyl acrylate, butyl methacrylate, ethyl acrylate, diacetone acrylamide, adipic acid dihydrazide, potassium persulfate and water; preparing the water-based acrylate coating adhesive according to the component proportion: 2 parts of monomer styrene, 8 parts of hydroxyethyl acrylate, 35 parts of butyl methacrylate, 4 parts of ethyl acrylate, 5 parts of diacetone acrylamide, 0.6 part of adipic dihydrazide, 0.4 part of potassium persulfate and 45 parts of water.

The production process of the water-based acrylate coating adhesive comprises the following specific steps:

s1, preparing emulsion: preparing 2 parts of monomer styrene, 8 parts of hydroxyethyl acrylate, 35 parts of butyl methacrylate, 4 parts of ethyl acrylate, 5 parts of diacetone acrylamide and 0.6 part of adipic dihydrazide to prepare emulsion for later use;

s2, preparing a base solution: preparing a base solution by using an emulsifier, 45 parts of water and seeds;

s3, preparing a finished product: heating the base solution, then dropwise adding the emulsion into the base solution, taking 0.4 part of potassium persulfate as an initiator, and reacting for 70 minutes.

Example four

The water-based acrylate coating adhesive comprises the following components: monomers of styrene, hydroxyethyl acrylate, butyl methacrylate, ethyl acrylate, diacetone acrylamide, adipic acid dihydrazide, potassium persulfate and water; preparing the water-based acrylate coating adhesive according to the component proportion: 3 parts of monomer styrene, 8 parts of hydroxyethyl acrylate, 30 parts of butyl methacrylate, 5 parts of ethyl acrylate, 3 parts of diacetone acrylamide, 0.8 part of adipic dihydrazide, 0.2 part of potassium persulfate and 50 parts of water.

s1, preparing emulsion: preparing 3 parts of styrene monomer, 10 parts of hydroxyethyl acrylate, 40 parts of butyl methacrylate, 4.5 parts of ethyl acrylate, 2 parts of diacetone acrylamide and 0.3 part of adipic dihydrazide to prepare emulsion for later use;

s2, preparing a base solution: preparing a base solution by using an emulsifier, 40 parts of water and seeds;

s3, preparing a finished product: heating the base solution, then dropwise adding the emulsion into the base solution, taking 0.2 part of potassium persulfate as an initiator, and reacting for 70 minutes.

EXAMPLE six

The water-based acrylate coating adhesive comprises the following components: monomers of styrene, hydroxyethyl acrylate, butyl methacrylate, ethyl acrylate, diacetone acrylamide, adipic acid dihydrazide, potassium persulfate and water; preparing the water-based acrylate coating adhesive according to the component proportion: 2 parts of monomer styrene, 9 parts of hydroxyethyl acrylate, 35 parts of butyl methacrylate, 4 parts of ethyl acrylate, 4.3 parts of diacetone acrylamide, 0.3 part of adipic dihydrazide, 0.4 part of potassium persulfate and 45 parts of water.

The production process of the water-based acrylate coating adhesive comprises the following specific steps:

s1, preparing emulsion: preparing 2 parts of monomer styrene, 9 parts of hydroxyethyl acrylate, 35 parts of butyl methacrylate, 4 parts of ethyl acrylate, 4.3 parts of diacetone acrylamide and 0.3 part of adipic dihydrazide to prepare emulsion for later use;

s2, preparing a base solution: preparing a base solution by using an emulsifier, 45 parts of water and seeds;

s3, preparing a finished product: heating the base solution, then dropwise adding the emulsion into the base solution, taking 0.4 part of potassium persulfate as an initiator, and reacting for 50 minutes.

As shown in the data in Table 2, the weight of the sample is slightly increased compared with the products in the prior art in China, the hand feeling is equivalent, the dry rubbing fastness and the wet rubbing fastness of the sample are better than those of the products in the prior art in China, and the hydrostatic pressure of the sample is also obviously better than that of the products in the prior art in China.

The emulsifier in the step S2 is environment-friendly sodium dodecyl diphenyl ether disulfonate 2A 1.
