(2) using amino polymer elastic system resin and an environment-friendly D-type ethyl acetate solvent as substrate diluent, mixing the substrate diluent with high-temperature-resistant nano polymer complex dye toner, diluting and dissolving the mixture into high-temperature-resistant color paste, coating the high-temperature-resistant color paste on the front surface of a pet film, and controlling the temperature to be 180 ℃ and the machine speed to be 40-50 meters per second in the coating process;

(3) plating a layer of electrochemical aluminum on the pet film by using a high-temperature vacuum aluminum plating mode, wherein the aluminum plating thickness is to reach the thickness of the optical refractive index of 3.0, and the temperature is controlled at 220 ℃ and 240 ℃;

(4) using high-temperature curing equipment to stay the pet film at high temperature for 10-15 seconds, and controlling the temperature at 230-260 ℃;

(5) and stripping the comprehensive coating outside the pet film by using a stripping machine and crushing to obtain the crushed drilling powder.

3. The method for preparing the broken drill powder by the high temperature resistant molecular release layer coating according to claim 2, characterized in that the broken drill powder can be prepared by using the same coating process on the back of pet film.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of a manufacturing process of broken drill powder, and particularly relates to a high-temperature-resistant molecular release layer coating and a method for preparing broken drill powder by using the coating.

Background

The powder is also called titanium gold powder, and is a powder coating widely applied to products such as beauty treatment and nail beautification, leather, automobile paint, wall paint, toys, artware, integrated wallboards and the like. In the field of beauty and make-up, the broken diamond powder is also called magic mirror powder, aurora powder, mirror powder, nail-beautifying solid magic mirror powder, neon powder and platinum solid nail-beautifying broken diamond powder. At present, the traditional process flow of the broken drilling powder is to spray paint on cambered surface glass, solidify the paint, scrape the coating off and grind the coating. The traditional process has the defects that the pigment is sprayed on the glass, the area of the glass is limited, so that the yield of the broken drill powder is small, the continuous production cannot be realized, each piece of glass is heavy, the requirement on equipment is high, large-scale equipment is generally required, and the difficulty and the cost for manufacturing the broken drill powder are improved.

Disclosure of Invention

The first purpose of the invention is to provide a high-temperature-resistant molecular release layer coating which can be applied between a PET (polyethylene terephthalate) film and a crushed drilling powder color layer to realize continuous high-yield production of the crushed drilling powder.

The high-temperature-resistant molecular release layer coating provided by the invention is characterized by comprising, by weight, 30-35% of 5747 amino resin, 25-30% of polyurethane epoxy resin, 5-10% of 4040 drier, 5-10% of ST75 drier, 5-8% of SA33 curing agent, 5-8% of oily leveling agent and 5-10% of KP359 lubricant.

The action principle of the high-temperature-resistant molecular release layer coating is as follows: 1. the surface stripping force of the PET film reaches 8-20gf, so that the adhesion of the coating of the later process on the surface of the film can be realized, and the comprehensive coating can be completely stripped from the surface of the PET film after all the processes of coating, electroplating, high temperature and the like are finished; 2. the nanometer macromolecular complex dye and other various processes are uniformly coated on the surface of the film with light adhesive force; 3. the high-temperature molecular release layer can not be damaged under the conditions of repeated operation, expansion with heat and contraction with cold under the high-temperature environment with the temperature of 150-; 4. the high-temperature molecular release layer is dried after being cured at high temperature, does not return to be sticky, and is not excessively dried and hardened, so that the later-stage process coating penetrates through the high-temperature molecular release layer and is attached to the PET film.

The invention also provides a method for preparing the broken drill powder by using the high-temperature-resistant molecular release layer coating, which comprises the following steps:

(1) coating a high-temperature resistant molecular release layer coating as claimed in claim 1 on the corona-free pet film by using a dry coating special machine;

(2) using amino polymer elastic system resin and an environment-friendly D-type ethyl acetate solvent as substrate diluent, mixing the substrate diluent with high-temperature-resistant nano polymer complex dye toner, diluting and dissolving the mixture into high-temperature-resistant color paste, coating the high-temperature-resistant color paste on the front surface of a pet film, and controlling the temperature to be 180 ℃ and the machine speed to be 40-50 meters per second in the coating process;

(3) plating a layer of electrochemical aluminum on the pet film by using a high-temperature vacuum aluminum plating mode, wherein the aluminum plating thickness is to reach the thickness of the optical refractive index of 3.0, and the temperature is controlled at 220 ℃ and 240 ℃;

(4) using high-temperature curing equipment to stay the pet film at high temperature for 10-15 seconds, and controlling the temperature at 230-260 ℃;

(5) and stripping the comprehensive coating outside the pet film by using a stripping machine and crushing to obtain the crushed drilling powder.

The invention uses pet film as the base material for coating to prepare the broken drill powder, can realize continuous high-yield production, and the produced broken drill powder is solvent-resistant, acid-base resistant, environment-friendly and healthy, has no standard exceeding of heavy metal content, bright color, various color systems, easy grinding and no damage to skin and nails.

Further, in the above method of preparing the dust, the dust may be prepared by using the same coating process on the back surface of the pet film. Because the invention adopts the high-temperature resistant molecular release layer coating, the coating which forms the broken drill powder can be attached to the pet film for a plurality of operations, expands with heat and contracts with cold, and the coating structure can still be kept without being damaged under the condition of infrared irradiation and baking, so the broken drill powder coating can be manufactured on both sides of the pet film. In the traditional process, the pigment is sprayed on the glass, and then the coating is scraped off by a tool, so that the glass is the cambered glass in order to facilitate scraping of the coating, and the glass is not suitable for manufacturing the broken drilling powder by adopting a double-sided coating process.

Further, a step (a 1) is further included between the step (2) and the step (3): and electroplating the zinc sulfide layer by adopting a high-temperature vacuum electroplating mode. The surface of the zinc sulfide layer is enabled to achieve a mirror surface effect through brightening and brightening, so that the mirror surface broken drilling powder with different colors and high brightness like the mirror surface effect is prepared.

Detailed Description

The following describes embodiments of the present invention, and further details of the operation principle and the like by describing the implementation examples.

The high-temperature resistant molecular release layer coating comprises, by weight, 30-35% of 5747 amino resin, 25-30% of polyurethane epoxy resin, 5-10% of 4040 drier, 5-10% of ST75 drier, 5-8% of SA33 curing agent, 5-8% of oily leveling agent and 5-10% of KP359 lubricant.

Preparing the broken drill powder by using the high-temperature-resistant molecular release layer coating:

(1) a first layer of coating: coating a high-temperature resistant molecular release layer coating as claimed in claim 1 on the corona-free pet film by using a dry coating special machine;

(2) and (3) second layer coating: coloring the front surface of the pet film, using amino polymer elastic system resin and an environment-friendly D-type ethyl acetate solvent as a substrate diluting solvent, mixing the substrate diluting solvent with high-temperature-resistant nano polymer complex dye toner, diluting and dissolving the mixture into high-temperature-resistant color paste, coating the high-temperature-resistant color paste on the front surface of the pet film, and controlling the temperature to be 180 ℃ and the machine speed to be 40-50 meters per second in the coating process; the step can ensure that the painted coating is not anti-sticky in drying, has high temperature resistance and acid and alkali resistance, and cannot be too brittle, so that the excellent performances of the subsequent mirror layer, laser layer and other processes are ensured. The color of the high-temperature-resistant color paste in the step can be transparent, red, yellow, blue, green, or the like, and different colors can be prepared according to different requirements.

(3) Plating a layer of electrochemical aluminum on the pet film by using a high-temperature vacuum aluminum plating mode, wherein the aluminum plating thickness is to reach the thickness of the optical refractive index of 3.0, and the temperature is controlled at 220 ℃ and 240 ℃; the process conditions of the step ensure that the brightness and the transmittance of the coating reach the standard and ensure the penetration of the finished product of the broken drill powder.

(4) Using high-temperature curing equipment to stay the pet film at high temperature for 10-15 seconds, and controlling the temperature at 230-260 ℃; the high-temperature curing step plays a role in curing the coating, so that the comprehensive coating is high-temperature resistant, better in acid and alkali resistance, capable of removing the auxiliary agent residue and environment-friendly.

(5) And stripping the comprehensive coating outside the pet film by using a stripping machine and crushing to obtain the crushed drilling powder.

In a preferred embodiment, the method for producing a dust cake according to the present invention may be such that the dust cake is produced by repeating the steps (2) and (3) on the back surface of the pet film.
