Referring to fig. 1 and 4, the discharging horizontal base 7 is provided with a plurality of second linear drivers 27 symmetrical along the central line of the discharging horizontal base 7, a power shaft of each second linear driver 27 is connected with the discharging lifting platform 19, the discharging lifting platform 19 is provided with a plurality of second sliding abutting plates 28 symmetrical along the central line of the discharging lifting platform 19, and the second sliding abutting plates 28 are in sliding fit with the discharging horizontal base 7.

In this embodiment, when the ejection of compact elevating platform 19 need go up and down, start second linear actuator 27, power shaft through second linear actuator 27 drives ejection of compact elevating platform 19 and goes up and down, in the lift in-process, through the sliding fit between second slip butt joint board 28 and the horizontal base 7 of ejection of compact, can avoid ejection of compact elevating platform 19 to take place angular deviation at the removal in-process, the accuracy of ejection of compact elevating platform 19 displacement has been improved, technical personnel in the art should understand, second linear actuator 27 can be the cylinder or linear electric motor.

The discharging fixing bottom plate 5 is provided with a plurality of discharging horizontal base guide rails 29 which are arranged in parallel, the bottom of the discharging horizontal base 7 is provided with a plurality of second horizontal rollers 30 which extend into the discharging horizontal base guide rails 29, and the second horizontal rollers 30 are in sliding fit with the discharging horizontal base guide rails 29.

In this embodiment, when the horizontal position of the horizontal discharging base 7 needs to be adjusted, the horizontal position of the horizontal discharging base 7 can be rapidly adjusted through the sliding fit between the second horizontal roller 30 and the horizontal discharging base guide rail 29, and the operation is simple and convenient.

The working principle of the invention is as follows:

when feeding elevating platform 9 is gone up and down to needs, start first linear actuator 15, the power shaft through first linear actuator 15 drives feeding elevating platform 9 and goes up and down, at feeding elevating platform 9 lift in-process, through the sliding fit between first slip butt joint board 16 and the horizontal base 5 of feeding, can avoid feeding elevating platform 9 to take place offset at the lift in-process, has improved the accuracy of displacement.

In the discharging process, an upward abutting force is provided for the cloth through the abutting action between the spring 25 and the tightening abutting block 26 and the cloth, so that the cloth is always kept in a tensioning state in the embroidering and discharging processes, the flatness of an embroidery surface is ensured, the embroidering accuracy is improved, the cloth does not need to be manually tensioned in the whole process, the automation degree is higher, the top of the tightening abutting block 26 is arc-shaped and smooth, the cloth is prevented from being damaged, and the surface smoothness and quality of the cloth are improved.
