s3: moving the repairing device through the roller (4) to enable the drill rod through hole (20) to be aligned to a calibrated ground water leakage point, driving the hydraulic support column (2) to extend, enabling the support foot pad (3) to be supported and grounded, and accordingly integrally fixing the device;

s4: adding cement and water into the pulping tank (5) through the feed inlet (7), starting the motor (6), and uniformly mixing the raw materials and the water through the stirring shaft (22) and the stirring blade (23) to prepare cement paste;

s5: starting a hydraulic lifting shaft (17) and a drilling machine (14), wherein the hydraulic lifting shaft (17) drives a lifting plate (18) and the drilling machine (14) to integrally move downwards, the drilling machine (14) drills holes at a leakage position of a pipeline through a drill rod (15) in the downward moving process, the drilling depth is measured during drilling, and when the leakage position is reached, the drilling is stopped and the drill rod (15) is taken out through resetting of the hydraulic lifting shaft (17);

s5: starting a hydraulic lifting shaft and a drilling machine, driving the lifting plate and the drilling machine to integrally descend by the hydraulic lifting shaft, drilling a hole at a leakage position of the pipeline by the drilling machine in the descending process, measuring the drilling depth during drilling, stopping drilling when the leakage position is reached, and taking out the drilling rod by resetting the hydraulic lifting shaft;

s6: inserting a grouting head into the drill hole, sealing the drill hole through a conical sealing plug, starting a grouting pump, grouting into the drill hole, monitoring the pressure of grout in the drill hole in real time according to the feedback of a pressure gauge during grouting, and improving the permeability of the grout by improving the pressure of the grout in the drill hole so that the grout can completely block a water leakage point of a pipeline;

s7: and (4) taking out the grouting head after grouting is finished, plugging the drilled hole by cement mortar, and finishing repairing and sealing the water leakage point of the pipeline after the poured cement slurry is solidified.

s5: starting the hydraulic lifting shaft 17 and the drilling machine 14, driving the lifting plate 18 and the drilling machine 14 to integrally move downwards by the hydraulic lifting shaft 17, drilling a leakage position of the pipeline by the drilling machine 14 through the drilling rod 15 in the downward moving process, measuring the drilling depth during drilling, stopping drilling and taking out the drilling rod 15 by resetting the hydraulic lifting shaft 17 when the leakage position is reached;

s6: inserting a grouting head 11 into a drill hole, sealing the drill hole through a conical sealing plug 12, starting a grouting pump 8, grouting into the drill hole, monitoring the pressure of grout in the drill hole in real time according to the feedback of a pressure gauge 10 during grouting, and improving the permeability of the grout by improving the pressure of the grout in the drill hole to completely plug a water leakage point of a pipeline by the grout;
