The shaping mechanism 12 has the effect of enabling edible ink to be rapidly solidified and shaped, the refrigerating pipe 1203 in the shaping box 1201 enables the temperature in the shaping box 1201 to be reduced, the rotary fan 1202 blows cold air to a surface point through the air outlet 1204, the solidification speed of the gelatin layer is increased, and the solidification speed of the edible ink on the pattern can also be increased.

Referring to fig. 1, the ink stored in the ink storage tank 1101 is edible ink, the colloid stored in the glue storage tank 901 is edible gelatin, the front surfaces of the glue storage tank 901 and the ink storage tank 1101 are both provided with an observation window 15, and the lower ends of the left sides of the glue storage tank 901 and the ink storage tank 1101 are both fixedly provided with an electronic control valve 16. Edible ink and edible gelatin enable patterns formed on the top of the pastries not to affect the consumption of the pastries, the observation window 15 is used for facilitating workers to observe the internal surplus of the glue storage tank 901 and the ink storage tank 1101, and the electronic control valve 16 is used for controlling the opening and closing conditions of the glue outlet 905 of the glue storage tank 901 and the injection pipe 1104 of the ink storage tank 1101 and facilitating the control of the workers.

Referring to fig. 1-2, a silica gel non-slip mat 17 is adhered to the front surface of the conveyor belt 802, and a plurality of groups of barrier bars 18 are integrally connected to the outer surface of the silica gel non-slip mat 17. Silica gel slipmat 17 is used for playing the guard action to the face point of placing on conveyer belt 802, and multiunit barrier 18 is used for forming a plurality of lattices that hold, can avoid the face point to contact each other, plays spacing effect to every face point.

Referring to fig. 7, the control assembly 14 is connected to an external power source through a wire, and the control assembly 14 is electrically connected to the hydraulic cylinder 6, the conveying mechanism 8, the glue spraying mechanism 9, the printing mechanism 10, the ink injecting mechanism 11, and the shaping mechanism 12 through wires. The control assembly 14 is connected with an external power supply through a wire, so that electric power support is provided for the operation of the equipment, the control assembly 14 facilitates the operation of the equipment to be controlled by workers, the work difficulty can be reduced, the labor cost is reduced, and the work efficiency is improved.

When the surface imaging equipment for the pastry products is used, a worker firstly connects the equipment with an external power supply, then places the pastry on a conveyor belt 802, a silica gel antiskid pad 17 is bonded on the surface of the conveyor belt 802 and can protect the pastry, a plurality of groups of barrier fences 18 are arranged on the surface of the antiskid silica gel pad, the plurality of groups of barrier fences 18 form a plurality of containing grids which can limit the pastry, then the worker operates a control assembly 14 to enable the equipment to operate, a hydraulic cylinder 6 operates to drive a mounting plate 7 to operate downwards so that other mechanisms are close to the pastry, then a conveying mechanism 8 starts to operate to convey each pastry forwards, the conveying mechanism 8 stops operating when the pastry passes through a glue spraying mechanism 9, the glue spraying mechanism 9 sprays edible gelatin on the tops of the pastry to form a gelatin layer, then the conveying mechanism 8 continues to operate, and stops operating when the pastry passes through a printing mechanism 10, the printing mechanism 10 operates to print patterns on the gelatin layer, when a first face point is positioned on the printing mechanism 10, a second face point is just positioned below the gelatin spraying mechanism 9, the gelatin spraying mechanism 9 sprays the gelatin layer, after the printing of the first face point is completed, the conveying mechanism 8 continues to operate, when the face point passes through the ink injecting mechanism 11, the operation is suspended, the ink injecting mechanism 11 colors the patterns on the gelatin layer, after the coloring is completed, the conveying mechanism 8 continues to operate, when the face point passes through the shaping mechanism 12, the operation is suspended, the shaping mechanism 12 enables the edible ink and the gelatin layer to be quickly solidified and shaped, after the shaping, the surface imaging operation of the face point can be completed, the face point is taken out by a worker, and the equipment continues to operate, so that the surface imaging operation of other face points is completed.
