Background

In the existing cleaning device, dust on the ground is generally cleaned by a rolling brush in a brush body to achieve the effect of cleaning the ground.

However, since the contact area of the roll brush with the floor is small, although the dust cleaning effect can be achieved, the floor wiping effect cannot be achieved.

Disclosure of Invention

The cleaning device brush body provided by the embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, comprises: a housing 100, a connection pipe 300, a roll brush assembly 400, and a wiping assembly 200;

the rolling brush assembly 400 is disposed at the bottom of the casing 100, one end of the connection pipe 300 is connected to the casing 100, and the other end is used for connecting the machine body;

wiping assembly 200 includes:

a cleaning base 210 movably disposed at the bottom of the housing 100, the bottom of the cleaning base 210 having a wiping surface;

Further, as shown in fig. 2, the cleaning base 210 is located behind the screwing direction of the rolling brush assembly 400, wherein the screwing direction of the rolling brush assembly 400, that is, the propelling direction of the brush body of the cleaning device, that is, the positions of the rolling brush assembly 400 and the cleaning base 210 are arranged in front and at the back, and both are facing the ground, and the moving direction of the cleaning base 210 is parallel to the rolling central axis of the rolling brush assembly 400. I.e. the direction of movement of the cleaning substrate 210 is perpendicular to the direction of advancement of the brush body of the cleaning device, in order to enhance the wiping effect of the cleaning substrate 210. Further, as shown in fig. 3, a through groove 111 is formed at the bottom of the accommodating groove 110;

wiping assembly 200 further includes: a fixing plate 220 fixed in the through groove 111, the structure of which can be seen in fig. 5;

the driving assembly is used for driving the cleaning substrate 210 to move in a first direction relative to the fixing plate 220; the fixing plate 220 is provided with a mounting structure for cooperating with the driving assembly, and a fitting connection structure is provided between the fixing plate 220 and the cleaning base 210, that is, the cleaning base 210 is movably disposed at the bottom of the fixing plate 220 along a first direction. The movable plate further comprises a plate body, four stand columns and positioning pieces, the four stand columns surround the outer side of the eccentric cavity and correspond to the four strip holes of the fixed plate in a one-to-one mode, and protruding portions are arranged at the tops of the stand columns to form a clamping effect.

The locating plate comprises a first locating plate and a second locating plate which are positioned at two sides of the eccentric cavity, and the positions of the first locating plate and the first locating plate correspond to each other.

The driving assembly comprises a driving motor, a bearing, a fixing plate and a swinging plate. The bearing is arranged in the mounting groove of the fixed plate, the swinging plate is arranged in the eccentric cavity of the moving plate, and the transmission shaft of the driving motor penetrates through the bearing and then is arranged in the eccentric hole of the swinging plate.

The fixing plate is fixed inside the housing such that the driving assembly is fixed inside the housing. The outside at the mounting groove of fixed plate still is equipped with four assembly strip holes, still is equipped with the constant head tank in the bottom of fixed plate.

When the fixed plate is assembled with the movable plate, the four stand columns are clamped in the four assembling holes, and the positioning sheet is arranged in the positioning groove. Because the length of the assembling strip hole is greater than that of the upright column, the moving plate can move left and right relative to the fixed plate.

Because the spacer is arranged in the constant head tank, and the top of spacer contacts with the inside of constant head tank, the movable plate passes through the spacer and forms the supporting effect to the fixed plate.

After a transmission shaft of the driving motor penetrates through the bearing and is connected with an eccentric hole of the swinging piece, the swinging piece rotates in the elliptical eccentric cavity in an eccentric state, and the cleaning base body is driven to move left and right during rotation so as to wipe the ground cleaned by the rolling brush through the wet cleaning part.

A cleaning device, comprising: the brush body is communicated with the machine body through a connecting pipe on the brush body so as to guide dust particles brought in by the rolling brush into the machine body.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. after the movable cleaning base body is added at the rear position of the rolling brush, the ground cleaned by the rolling brush can be wiped through the cleaning base body, so that the ground cleaning effect is further improved;

2. because the length of the containing cavity is greater than the moving distance of the cleaning base body, the two end parts of the cleaning base body can be prevented from colliding with the two side walls of the containing cavity in the moving process;

3. because the positioning sheet is arranged in the positioning groove, and the top end of the positioning sheet is contacted with the inside of the positioning groove, the movable plate forms a supporting effect on the fixed plate through the positioning sheet, and further forms a supporting effect on the cleaning substrate;

4. the swinging piece eccentrically rotates in the eccentric cavity, and drives the cleaning base body to move left and right when rotating so as to wipe the ground cleaned by the rolling brush through the wet cleaning base body.
