Referring to fig. 1 to 7, there is shown a specific structure of a preferred embodiment of the present invention, which includes a frame 10, two sliders 20, two jacking devices 30, two workpiece rotating devices 40, two toggle mechanisms 50, two punch mechanisms 60, and an eccentric wheel device 70.

The frame 10 is provided with two workpiece placing positions 11; in this embodiment, the frame 10 has a box 12, the box 12 is filled with a lubricant (not shown), the frame 10 has a worktable 13, the worktable 13 is fixed with two fixing seats 14, the two fixing seats 14 are arranged on the left and right, the two workpiece placing positions 11 are respectively located on the corresponding fixing seats 14, and the box 12 is fixed on the worktable 13.
