The width and height of the flat hole 6011 are slightly larger than those of the baggage tag 15, so as to prevent the baggage tag 15 from being stuck in the flat tag conveying pipe 601. And the width and the thickness of assembly chamber 6021 slightly are greater than the width and the thickness of mounting bar 8, ensure that mounting bar 8 can insert assembly chamber 6021 smoothly simultaneously, carry on spacingly to mounting bar 8, avoid mounting bar 8 to produce the skew and lead to the problem that luggage label 15 can't insert label jack 803 in the unmatched assembly chamber 6021 of size.

It is further optimized in the above embodiment that the flat label conveying tube 601 is provided with the propelling component 9 for driving the baggage label 15 to move towards the assembly cavity 6021 along the flat hole 6011, the propelling component 9 includes the micro motor 901 installed on the outer wall of the flat label conveying tube 601, and the rubber roller 902 in transmission connection with the micro motor 901, the flat label conveying tube 601 is provided with the intervention hole 6012 through which one side of the rubber roller 902 extends into the flat hole 6011, the rubber roller 902 and the intervention hole 6012 are in one-to-one correspondence, and the plurality of rubber rollers 902 and the plurality of intervention holes 6012 are distributed at intervals from the output end to the other end of the flat label conveying tube 601.

When the luggage tag 15 is output by the tag printing module, the front end of the luggage tag 15 is inserted into the flat hole 6011, and the luggage tag 15 is driven by the plurality of rubber rollers 902 inserted into the flat hole 6011 at the side to rapidly move into the tag insertion hole 803 of the mounting bar 8 along the flat hole 6011, the number of the rubber rollers 902 is correspondingly increased along with the increase of the length of the tag conveying flat tube 601, and the plurality of rubber rollers 902 are driven by the micro motor 901 to rotate in the same rotation mode, so that the luggage tag 15 is prevented from being squeezed or pulled.

The tag mounting module 7 is mounted on one side of the butt-joint beam 602, a transfer hole 6022 penetrating to the assembly cavity 6021 is formed in one side of the butt-joint beam 6 close to the tag mounting module 7, the transfer component 10 is mounted on the butt-joint beam 602, the transfer component 10 is used for transferring the mounting bar 8 inserted with the luggage tag 15 in the assembly cavity 6021 to the tag mounting module 7, and the short nail 801 is provided with an adhesive layer 804 relative to the end of the mounting bar 8.

The mounting bar 8 inserted into the luggage tag 15 is directly transferred from the one-side transfer hole 6022 to the tag mounting module 7 at the driving component of the transfer component 10, and the short nail 801 enables the mounting bar 8 to be mounted on the luggage through the adhesive layer 804 arranged on the end plane of the short nail 801, so that the mounting mode is favorable for the structure of the fake-call tag mounting module 7, and the damage to the luggage is avoided.

Preferably, the label attachment module 7 includes a suction unit 701 and a lifter 702 to which the suction unit 701 is attached, the lifter 702 is attached to the abutting beam 602, the suction unit 701 sucks the mounting bar 8 when the mounting bar 8 passes through the transfer hole 6022, and the lifter 702 drives the suction unit 701 sucking the mounting bar 8 to move downward.

The lifter 702 is equipment with the same function such as a lifting air cylinder, a hydraulic oil cylinder or an electric push rod, the absorber 701 is positioned right above one side of the transfer hole 6022, when the mounting bar 8 is moved out of the transfer hole 6022, the absorber 701 absorbs the mounting bar 8 in a negative pressure or electromagnetic mode to the mounting bar 8, so that the mounting bar 8 is transferred to the label mounting module 7, then, the absorber 701 releases the mounting bar 8 after the short nail 801 at the bottom of the mounting bar 8 is adhered to the luggage through the adhesive layer 804, and the absorber 701 released by the mounting bar 8 is driven by the lifter 702 to reset.

Preferably, the adsorber 701 includes a solenoid 7011 and a plastic housing 7012 enclosing the solenoid 7011, with a plurality of iron plates 805 distributed around the window 802 embedded in the mounting bar 8. The mounting bar 8 is adsorbed in the whole process that the mounting bar 8 is moved out of the transfer hole 6022 by matching the electromagnetic coil 7011 with the iron sheet 805, so that the situation that the mounting bar 8 falls is avoided.

It is further optimized in the above embodiment that the transfer assembly 10 includes a slide plate 1001 slidably mounted at the bottom of the assembly chamber 6021, and a rodless cylinder 1002 for driving the slide plate 1001 out of the assembly chamber 6021 or reset from the transfer hole 6022. The mounting bar 8 inserted into the assembly cavity 6021 is positioned on the sliding support plate 1001, and the rodless cylinder 1002 drives the sliding support plate 1001 to pass through the transfer hole 6022, so that the mounting bar 8 on the sliding support plate 1001 is attracted by the electromagnetic coil 7011 directly above the side of the transfer hole 6022.

In addition, the rodless cylinder 1002 is preferably disposed at the bottom of the docking beam 602, and a strip-shaped hole penetrating through the assembly cavity 6021 is formed at the bottom of the docking beam 602 along the sliding direction of the sliding support plate 1001, so that the slider of the rodless cylinder 1002 extends into the assembly cavity 6021 and is connected with the sliding support plate 1001.

Moreover, two rows of parallel yielding grooves 11 are arranged on the inner wall of the bottom of the assembly cavity 6021 and the sliding support plate 1001 at intervals, a guide groove 6023 for the sliding support plate 1001 to be embedded is arranged at the bottom of the assembly cavity 6021, a plurality of short nails 801 arranged at the bottom of the mounting bar 8 are arranged in two rows in a manner of being matched with the two rows of yielding grooves 11, and the depth of the yielding grooves 11 is greater than the sum of the axial lengths of the short nails 801 and the adhesive layer 804.

By slidably fitting the sliding plate 1001 in the guide groove 6023, the top of the sliding plate 1001 is at the same level as the bottom of the assembly cavity 6021, thereby preventing the sliding plate 1001 from obstructing the insertion of the mounting bar 8 into the assembly cavity 6021. And the two rows of chutes arranged at the bottom of the assembly cavity 6021 and the top of the sliding support plate 1001 realize abdication of the two rows of short nails 801 at the bottom of the mounting bar 8, and realize guiding and limiting of the mounting bar 8 through the matching of the short nails 801 and the chutes, further facilitate the assembly of the mounting bar 8 and the luggage tag 15, and avoid the deviation of the mounting bar 8 when moving out of the transfer hole 6022 along with the sliding support plate 1001.

It is further optimized in the above embodiment that the outer wall of the assembly cavity 6021 on the side provided with the transfer hole 6022 is provided with an extension slide rail 12, the extension slide rail 12 and the surface of the guide groove 6023 are located in the same plane, and the extension slide rail 12 is used for supporting and guiding the sliding support plate 1001 extending out of the assembly cavity 6021.

The extension slide rail 12 extends in a direction in which the slide plate 1001 moves toward the transfer hole 6022, and the extension slide rail 12 is provided to assist in supporting and guiding the slide plate 1001 out of or partially out of the assembly cavity 6021.

s500, after the installation bar with the luggage label inserted therein is moved and the direction of the installation bar is adjusted by the label mounting module, the installation bar is mounted on a label position on the luggage through the short nail in a posture that the bottom of the installation bar faces downwards.

As a preferable aspect of the present invention, the plurality of short pins are arranged at intervals, and after the label processing module moves and adjusts the orientation of the mounting bar, the adhesive is coated on the bottoms of the plurality of short pins to form an adhesive layer.

This implementation guarantees the level and smooth of luggage label when shifting and subsides through the mode at the edge mounting strip of luggage label, and is convenient for the luggage label to be fixed, remove and paste the dress by label subsides dress module.
