Further, the hydrogen content of the hydrogen-containing silicone oil is 0.4-1.6 wt%, and preferably 0.5 wt%.

Still further, the viscosity of the hydrogen-containing silicone oil is 60-80 mpa.s, and preferably 70 mpa.s.

Furthermore, the molar ratio of the hydrogen-containing silicone oil to the dodecene is 1: (1-1.3), preferably 1: 1.2.

Preferably, the vacuum degree of the reduced pressure distillation is-0.0998 to-0.1 MPa, and is preferably-0.1 MPa.

Preferably, the reduced pressure distillation temperature is 20-180 ℃, and preferably 150 ℃.

The Speier catalyst is a mixture of chloroplatinic acid and isopropanol.

The mesh number of the silica gel is 100-200 meshes.

The dodecyl modified silicone oil is characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance and infrared spectrum, and the result shows that the dodecyl modified silicone oil prepared by the preparation method of the dodecyl modified silicone oil has a single structure and higher purity.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the raw material cost is low; the silica gel supported platinum catalyst can be recycled, so that the platinum consumption is reduced, and the cost is reduced; strong acid and strong alkali are not needed, post-treatment such as water washing, neutralization and the like is not needed, and reaction steps and time are saved.

Example 1

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a preparation method of dodecyl modified silicone oil comprises the following steps:

step 1, preparing a Speier catalyst with the mass percentage concentration of 1.5%, and then taking a mixture of the Speier catalyst and the Speier catalyst in a mass ratio of 1: 0.028 of Speier catalyst and ethanol are put in a beaker, then silica gel with the mass ratio of 20.6 to the Speier catalyst is added, and the mixture is stirred uniformly and then is kept stand for 21 hours; placing the beaker in an oven, and placing the beaker at 73 ℃ for 2.5h to remove the solvent ethanol to obtain a dry silica gel supported platinum catalyst with the concentration of 0.05 g/g;

step 2, pouring 50.4g of dodecene and 4g of silica gel supported platinum catalyst with the concentration of 0.0975g/g into a 500ml three-hole flask at room temperature, stirring, heating to 70 ℃, dropwise adding 50g of hydrogen-containing silicone oil for 30min, and then maintaining at 130 ℃ for 8 h; and finally cooling to room temperature, vacuumizing to remove low boiling, wherein the vacuum degree is-0.0998 MPa, the highest temperature is 150 ℃, and the time is 1.5 hours, so that a qualified product is obtained.

Example 2

A preparation method of dodecyl modified silicone oil comprises the following steps:

Example 3

A preparation method of dodecyl modified silicone oil comprises the following steps:

Comparative example 1

50g of hydrogen-containing silicone oil is poured into a 500ml three-hole flask at room temperature, stirred, heated to 70 ℃, and then 50.4g of dodecene and 0.1339g of Speier catalyst are dropwise added for 15min and then maintained at 100 ℃ for 6 h. And finally cooling to room temperature, vacuumizing to remove low boiling, wherein the vacuum degree is-0.099 MPa, the highest temperature is 150 ℃, and the time is 1.5h, so that a qualified product is obtained.

The product index is as follows:

Comparative example 2

Pouring 70g of hydrogen-containing silicone oil into a 500ml three-hole flask at room temperature, stirring, heating to 80 ℃, dropwise adding 70.6g of dodecene and 0.3g of Speier catalyst for 18min, and maintaining at 110 ℃ for 6 h. And finally cooling to room temperature, vacuumizing to remove low boiling, wherein the vacuum degree is-0.099 MPa, the highest temperature is 150 ℃, and the time is 1.5h, so that a qualified product is obtained.
