The pulse eddy current technology uses square waves with a certain duty ratio as an excitation source, the pulse current peak value is large, the duration is short, the heating problem of a coil is weakened, eddy currents can enter deeper areas of conductors to obtain deeper defect information, and the pulse eddy current technology has unique application advantages in the aspect of monitoring the wall thickness of a metal pipeline with a heat insulation layer.

However, the existing pulse eddy current technology is mostly used for monitoring the wall thickness of a metal pipeline without dismantling a heat insulation layer, and testers need to regularly bring instruments and equipment to the metal pipeline with the heat insulation layer for monitoring, so that the operation is dangerous and tedious, and the obtained data is only the data of the selected time point, and the workers cannot be reminded to maintain the metal pipeline at the first time when the metal pipeline is possibly in a dangerous working state.

In order to further enhance the stability of the elastic member 121 on the fixed mounting seat for clamping the pulse eddy current sensor, the fixed mounting seat further comprises a sliding rod 134 and a sliding groove 135.
