背景技术

滚制成球是氧化锆行业常用的成球方法,特别适合小于3毫米的锆球的制备。在锆球制备过程中,往往会出现瑕疵球,这些瑕疵球的共同特点就是球的圆度不够好,如棒球状、逗号球、半边球、不圆的球等。这些不圆锆球主要是成型过程中不均匀造成的,球体内部不一致,使用过程中会出现较快的磨损而影响整批锆球的品质。因此,需要分离这些瑕疵锆球。

目前行业都是采用震动筛分的手段对瑕疵锆球进行分离,不仅单机效率低下,而且分离效果不佳,虽然圆球和不圆球在震动的斜面上会发生分离,但是这种分开来的没有明显的界限,都是靠人为放置容器的位置决定的,经常会出现少量瑕疵球混进了合格球里面,而解决的办法就是重新再做一次筛选,费时费力。

因此,如何能简单、有效地分离锆球制备过程中出现的瑕疵球,是本领域技术人员亟待解决的技术问题之一。

发明内容

本发明的目的是提供一种全新的锆球分级装置,能够快速地将锆球制备中的瑕疵球与成品球分离开来,生产能力大,分离效率高,分离效果好。

本发明提供一种锆球分级装置,包括:垂直的支架、料斗、底座和至少两条螺旋形的滑道,其中所述料斗设置在所述支架的上方,所述的至少两条滑道并排设置在所述垂直的支架上并沿着所述支架螺旋向下延伸,所述滑道的起点位于所述料斗的下方,所述料斗上设有放料口。

本发明涉及一种锆球分级装置,属于氧化锆工业技术领域。

背景技术

滚制成球是氧化锆行业常用的成球方法,特别适合小于3毫米的锆球的制备。在锆球制备过程中,往往会出现瑕疵球,这些瑕疵球的共同特点就是球的圆度不够好,如棒球状、逗号球、半边球、不圆的球等。这些不圆锆球主要是成型过程中不均匀造成的,球体内部不一致,使用过程中会出现较快的磨损而影响整批锆球的品质。因此,需要分离这些瑕疵锆球。

目前行业都是采用震动筛分的手段对瑕疵锆球进行分离,不仅单机效率低下,而且分离效果不佳,虽然圆球和不圆球在震动的斜面上会发生分离,但是这种分开来的没有明显的界限,都是靠人为放置容器的位置决定的,经常会出现少量瑕疵球混进了合格球里面,而解决的办法就是重新再做一次筛选,费时费力。

因此,如何能简单、有效地分离锆球制备过程中出现的瑕疵球,是本领域技术人员亟待解决的技术问题之一。

发明内容

本发明的目的是提供一种全新的锆球分级装置,能够快速地将锆球制备中的瑕疵球与成品球分离开来,生产能力大,分离效率高,分离效果好。

放料口4上设有拔销,通过拔销可以控制放料口的开关并调节放料口的大小,以控制下料的速度。

使用时,锆球先落入瑕疵球滑道内,随着锆球在下降的滑道内加速,越圆的锆球速度越快,会甩出瑕疵球滑道而落入成品球滑道内。为了让成品球能顺利甩出瑕疵球滑道而落入成品球滑道内,瑕疵球滑道不设围挡;而成品球滑道应设置围挡,从而保证成品球不会滑出滑道,造成物料损失。

瑕疵球滑道设置在成品球滑道的上方。为了保证从瑕疵球滑道甩出的正品球能够全部落入成品球滑道内,成品球滑道的宽度应足够大于瑕疵球滑道的宽度。

具体地,在图1所示的一种具体实施方式中,为了防止锆球在狭窄的滑道内挤撞而影响分离效果,所述锆球分级装置设有两条瑕疵球滑道,即瑕疵球滑道5、瑕疵球滑道6,和一条成品球滑道7。瑕疵球滑道5和瑕疵球滑道6不设围挡,成品球滑道7设有围挡。三条螺旋形的滑道并排设置在垂直的支架1上并沿着支架1螺旋向下延伸,三条滑道相互间隔一定距离,其中成品球滑道7的宽度足够大于瑕疵球滑道5和瑕疵球滑道6的宽度,瑕疵球滑道5和瑕疵球滑道6设置在成品球滑道7的内部上方,从而保证从瑕疵球滑道5和瑕疵球滑道6甩出的正品球能够全部落入成品球滑道7内。三条滑道的起点均位于料斗2的下方,其中瑕疵球滑道5位于瑕疵球滑道6的上方,瑕疵球滑道6的起点紧贴着成品球滑道7,瑕疵球滑道5的起点正对着放料口4,正好把放料口4放出来的锆球一分为二,出来的锆球一部分落入到瑕疵球滑道5,另外一部分锆球落入到瑕疵球滑道6,这样就不会出现锆球在狭窄的滑道内挤撞而影响分离效果,避免把瑕疵球撞出滑道而进入成品球滑道7。两条瑕疵球滑道5和6最后汇合成一个封闭的末端并设有瑕疵球出口8。成品球滑道7的末端封闭并设有成品球出口9。

预先将锆球倒入料斗2内,作业时,拔销轻轻向上拔,打开放料口4,锆球从放料口放出,一半落入到瑕疵球滑道5,另外一半锆球落入到瑕疵球滑道6。落入瑕疵球滑道5和瑕疵球滑道6的锆球在下降的滑道内加速,越圆的锆球速度越大,会甩出瑕疵球滑道5和瑕疵球滑道6而落入成品球滑道7内,最终成品球从成品球出口9流出进行收集,瑕疵球从瑕疵球出口8流出进行收集。这样就把成品球和瑕疵球分离开来。还可以通过调节支架1的高度来优化分离锆球的圆度。

本发明的锆球分级装置利用圆球和不圆球体在滚动下降过程中的动能不同,通过设置多条螺旋形的滑道将成品球和瑕疵球很好地分离开来,具有生产能力大,分离效率高,分离速度快,分离效果好等优点,而且操作简单,实用,不耗能,制备成本低,特别适合氧化锆的大规模工业化生产。

除了用于锆球分级,本发明的分级装置也可以用于其它类似的球形粉体的筛选分级。
