Background

The three-dimensional weaving, manufacturing and forming is a novel weaving technology, yarn bundles are distributed in a three-dimensional space along two mutually vertical directions of a warp direction and a weft direction and are mutually interwoven to form an integral structure, the three-dimensional weaving technology is adopted, high-performance fibers are used as raw materials, a prefabricated body is prepared by a weaving and forming process, and a composite material member prepared by using the prefabricated body as a reinforcement has the advantages of light weight, high strength, excellent mechanical property and the like.

The three-dimensional weaving equipment is shown in figure 1, which is a basic manufacturing principle diagram of three-dimensional weaving. In the manufacturing process, a warp yarn bundle 1 is led out from a creel 2, penetrates through a heddle eye 4 of a heddle connected with a harness cord 3 according to a certain rule, penetrates through a reed 5 and is clamped by a clamp 6; the opening device 8 controls the lifting of the heddle eyes 4 to enable the warp yarn bundles 1 to form a plurality of sheds; the weft feeder 7 draws the weft yarn through the shed; after weft insertion, the reed 5 pushes the weft yarns to a cloth fell; the pulling-off mechanism pulls out the formed preform, forming a manufacturing cycle.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a continuous traction device which can ensure that the cloth fell of a prefabricated body is unchanged according to the design requirement of the prefabricated body, continuously lead the formed prefabricated body away from the cloth fell and realize the continuous production and manufacture of a three-dimensional woven prefabricated body.

The technical solution for realizing the purpose of the invention is as follows: a continuous traction device comprises a rack, a first warp yarn bundle fixing device, a second warp yarn bundle fixing device, two linear guide rails and two sets of traction assemblies. The frame is the platform of whole device, and two sets of traction assembly all set up in the frame, have linked firmly a warp direction yarn bundle fixing device respectively on every traction assembly, and first warp direction yarn bundle fixing device and second warp direction yarn bundle fixing device all are connected with two linear guide, slide along two linear guide.

The first warp yarn bundle fixing device is in a loose state, the second warp yarn bundle fixing device is in a yarn clamping state in a moving traction mode, in the weaving process, the second warp yarn bundle fixing device achieves fabric traction, when the forming size of the woven preform reaches the number of pieces or the length of a required sample, the first warp yarn bundle fixing device clamps, the second warp yarn bundle fixing device loosens and moves to a position close to the position behind the first warp yarn bundle fixing device, the second warp yarn bundle fixing device clamps, the first warp yarn bundle fixing device loosens, an operation cycle is completed, operation is conducted according to the operation cycle, yarn does not need to be tied again, and continuous production weaving of the woven preform is achieved.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the remarkable advantages that:

(1) the cloth fell of the prefabricated body is ensured to be unchanged by utilizing the traction mechanism, the cloth fell is matched with the parameter design of the prefabricated body, the weaving forming manufacturing efficiency is high, and the continuous forming manufacturing of the prefabricated body can be realized;

(2) the servo motor is used for controlling, the operation is reliable, and the mechanism is very simple;

(3) the invention adopts a horizontal traction movement mode to integrally adjust the tension of the warp yarn bundles.

(4) The horizontal traction moving step pitch can be set according to the technological requirement of weft control density of the prefabricated body, each traction action and the moving step pitch of the prefabricated body can be accurately controlled by a servo motor, and meanwhile, the weaving opening position of the prefabricated body is fixed and controllable.

(5) Traction, while presented for three-dimensional woven preform forming fabrication, is equally applicable to other three-dimensional orthogonal preform woven fabrication.

The present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the attached drawing figures.

With reference to fig. 2 to 6, the continuous traction device of the present invention includes a frame 103, a first warp yarn bundle fixing device 101, a second warp yarn bundle fixing device 102, two linear guide rails 104, and two sets of traction assemblies. The machine frame 103 is a platform of the whole device, two sets of traction assemblies are arranged on the machine frame 103, each traction assembly is fixedly connected with a warp yarn bundle fixing device, and the first warp yarn bundle fixing device 101 and the second warp yarn bundle fixing device 102 are connected with the two linear guide rails 104 and slide along the two linear guide rails 104.

The traction assembly comprises a servo motor 51, a speed reducer 52, a plurality of tension wheels 53, a plurality of synchronous pulleys 54, a synchronous belt 55, two rigid couplings 56, two lead screw fixed end supports 57, two lead screws 58, two ball lead screw nuts 59 and two bearing seats 60. Two lead screws 58 are symmetrically arranged on a frame 103 in parallel, one end of each lead screw is connected and positioned with the frame 103 through a bearing seat 60, the other end of each lead screw penetrates through the frame 103 and is connected with a synchronous pulley 54 through a lead screw fixed end support 57 and a rigid coupling 56, a ball lead screw nut 59 is arranged on each lead screw 58, a synchronous belt 55 is connected with a tension pulley 53 and the synchronous pulley 54, a speed reducer 52 is arranged on a servo motor 51, and the servo motor 51 is connected with the synchronous pulley 54.

The servo motor 51 drives the synchronous pulley 54 to rotate, the synchronous pulley 54 controls the synchronous belt 55 to rotate in a tensioning mode under the extrusion of the tensioning wheel 53 and drives the rigid coupling 56 to rotate, so that the screw rod 58 and the rigid coupling 56 rotate synchronously, the screw rod 58 drives the ball screw nut 59 to move linearly in the rotating process, and the ball screw nut 59 is fixedly connected with a warp-direction yarn bundle fixing device. The ball screw nut 59 drives the warp-wise yarn bundle fixing device to horizontally pull and move, and can move forward or backward, and the movement step and the reciprocating motion of the warp-wise yarn bundle fixing device are controlled by the servo motor 51 and the speed reducer 52.

The screw rods 58 in the two traction assemblies are arranged in parallel and in the same horizontal plane, the two screw rods 58 in the first traction assembly are symmetrically positioned on the inner side of the frame 103, and the two screw rods 58 in the second traction assembly are symmetrically positioned on the outer side of the frame 103.

Two linear guide rails 104 are fixed on the top surface of the frame 103 in parallel, located between the two traction assemblies, and parallel to the screw rod 58.

Referring to fig. 5, the first warp yarn bundle fixing device 101 includes a first base 31 and two sets of first fixing devices located at two ends of the first base 31, and the first fixing devices include a first pressing block 32, a first lock nut 33, a first screw 34, a first connecting rod 35, a first driving rocker 36, a first guiding slider seat 37, a first air cylinder 38, a first air cylinder support 39, a first rocker slider mechanism frame 40 and a yarn traction and tying device 41. The first base 31 is horizontally fixed on two ball screw nuts 59 and two linear guide rails 104 in the first traction assembly, two sets of fixing devices are positioned at two ends of the first base 31 and connected with the top surface of the first base 31, wherein the first rocker-slider mechanism frame 40 is vertically arranged above the top surface of the first base 31 and fixedly connected with the first base 31 through a connecting piece, a first screw 34, a first connecting rod 35, a first driving rocker 36 and a first guide slider seat 37 are fixed on the first base, and the first pressing block 32 is connected with the first screw 34 through a first locking nut 33. A link mechanism consisting of a first connecting rod 35, a first driving rocker 36, a first guide slider seat 37 and a first rocker slider mechanism frame 40 is driven by a first air cylinder 38 to perform linear motion in the vertical direction, and a yarn traction and fastening device 41 is arranged on the top surface of the first base 31.

The first warp yarn bundle fixing device 101 and the second warp yarn bundle fixing device 102 are respectively provided with a traction tying device 41. The contact surfaces of the first base 31 and the first pressing block 32 are designed into the shape of mutually-meshed waves, so that the clamping force of the traction device is increased, namely the friction force between the first base and the prefabricated body is increased, and a good clamping and traction effect is ensured.

Referring to fig. 4, the second warp-wise yarn bundle fixing device 102 includes a second base 11 and two sets of second fixing devices located at two ends of the second base 11, each second fixing device includes a second pressing block 12, a second lock nut 13, a second clamping rocker 14, a second connecting member 15, a second bolt 16, a second driving rocker 17, a second connecting rod 18, a second double-rocker mechanism frame 19, a second cylinder 20, a second cylinder support 21 and a second yarn clamping device support seat 22, the second base 11 is horizontally fixed on two ball screw nuts 59 and two linear guide rails 104 in the second traction assembly, the two second yarn clamping device support seats 22 are symmetrically fixed at two ends of the top surface of the second base 11, one end of the second cylinder 20 is fixed on the top surface of the second yarn clamping device support seat 22 through the second cylinder support seat 21, and the other end of the second cylinder 20 is connected to the second driving rocker 17, the second connecting rod 18, And the top surface and the bottom surface of the second clamping rocker 14 are connected with a second connecting piece 15, and the second pressing block 12 is fixed with the second connecting piece 15 through a second locking nut 13 and a second bolt 16.

The yarn pulling and tying device 41 comprises a U-shaped pressing cover 411, a pressing fixing bolt 412 and a plurality of pins 413, the U-shaped pressing cover 411 is fixedly connected with the first base 31 (or the second base 11) through the pressing fixing bolt 412, the pins 413 are sequentially arranged, one end of each pin is inserted into the corresponding hole (reserved in advance) of the first base 31 (or the second base 11), the other end of each pin is inserted into the U-shaped pressing cover 411 (reserved in advance), warp yarns need to be hung on the pins 413 at the corresponding position at the starting position of the prefabricated body, the U-shaped pressing cover 411 is detached during yarn tying, the U-shaped pressing cover 411 is installed and fixed after tying is finished, warp yarn bundles at one end are fixed on the yarn pulling and tying device 41, and the yarn pulling and tying device 41 performs horizontal movement under the driving of the first pulling assembly (or the second pulling assembly), and horizontal pulling movement is completed.

Referring to fig. 6, initially, the fixed first warp yarn bundle fixing device 101 is in a loose state, the second warp yarn bundle fixing device 102 is drawn in a yarn clamping state by movement, during weaving, the second warp yarn bundle fixing device 102 realizes drawing of the fabric, when the formed dimension of the woven preform reaches the piece number or length required for sample shedding, the first warp yarn bundle fixing device 101 is clamped, the second warp yarn bundle fixing device 102 is loosened, the fabric preform advances to a position adjacent to the rear of the first warp yarn bundle fixing device 101, the second warp yarn bundle fixing device 102 is clamped, the first warp yarn bundle fixing device 101 is loosened, and according to fig. 6, an operation cycle is completed from step 1 to step 4, the operation is performed according to the operation cycle, and continuous production weaving of the woven preform is realized without tying yarns again.
