Technical Field

The present invention relates to a writing system, and more particularly to a guided standardized patient protocol writing system.

Background

Standardized patients (referred to as "SP"), also known as simulated patients, are generally used by healthy people to perform their appearance according to the medical and performance requirements of standardized patient medical records (test questions), to evaluate the clinical ability of examinees (usually medical professionals or students) through the diagnosis and treatment process of examinees and standardized patients, or to teach the examinees where they need to learn or improve.

Generally, the content of the standard patient schoolwork is mainly divided into three parts, namely, the examinee, the examiner and the standard patient guide.

In the past, when writing a standardized patient's tutorial, it was usually done by using a template (tutorial form) for filling in blanks. The teaching plan is written by using the teaching plan template, and the advantages are as follows:

1. the writer can have a complete teaching plan framework concept;

2. the completeness of the written content of the teaching plan can be ensured;

3. can ensure the consistency of the structure of the teaching plan of different writers.

However, the teaching plan template also has the following disadvantages:

1. in response to the requirements of different departments, enumerating too many items that may need to be filled in or building too many templates of different departments;

2. misleading the writing order of the contents of the teaching plan (most people are used to write from the first page), increasing the difficulty of writing;

3. the problem of inconsistent guide contents of examinees, examiners and standardized patients is easy to occur;

for many years, although many medical and foreign standardization patient teaching plan templates have been developed by many medical and school schools and all the teaching plan templates have definite filling items, the problems of high difficulty and low completion rate in teaching plan writing still cannot be effectively solved.

Compared with Taiwan patent No. M566880 'cross-field standardized patient rating System':

1. the subject and object are different:

the patent is mainly used for establishing the scoring, recording and inquiring of the performance of the standardized patient and the recording and inquiring of the certification qualification of the standardized patient, and the object is 'standardized patient'.

The system is mainly used to write and store the standard teaching plan (examination questions) of the patient, and provide the future writer with the ability to log and query the written teaching plan, the target is "writer's materials".

2. The system has different practicability contents:

the patent inputs and records performance scores for standardized patients. The main contents are a standardized patient performance evaluation table (checking table) and standardized patient performance and time record of course participation.

All data of standardized patient questions are input and recorded by the system, and the data comprises: teaching plan topics, examinee gate guidelines, standardized patient guidelines, examiner guidelines. Can contain tens of test takers, standardized patients, and data required by the examiner.

3. The system novelty is different:

the main content of the patent is a system for recording and summing up the performance of the average standardized patient and inquiring the related records, which is similar to the common personnel management system.

The system guides the creation thought of the teacher by adjusting the sequence of the items to be written of the teaching plan (examination questions), and connects the related contents of each written item by the characteristics of the database window system, thereby specifically reducing the repeated input of the same data on different pages, not only avoiding the problem of poor data correlation between different guides (entrance guide of examinees, standard patient guide, examiner guide), but also greatly shortening the writing time of the teaching plan (examination questions).

Comparing with the "intelligent teaching plan planning system and method and the computer program product and recording medium thereof" in taiwan patent No. 1447682:

1. the subject is different:

the patent is mainly used for planning an initial teaching plan for classroom teaching, and the subject is 'teaching synopsis/guidance'.

The system is mainly used to write and store the "examination questions" of the standardized patients.

2. The application method and the purpose are different:

the purpose of this patent is to utilize the teaching ability index and the activity body of establishing in advance, according to the pointer project that the teacher preselected, plan feasible initial teaching plan.

However, if the capability index or activity body required by the teacher is not in the pre-built database, the system cannot be executed.

In addition, if the planned initial teaching plan does not meet the requirement of the teacher, other additional indexes or other activity bodies need to be input again, and an attempt is made to generate an approximate teaching plan which is not in line with the requirement of the teacher.

Thus, there may be embarrassment that fails to produce a suitable tutorial.

The system guides the creation thought of the teacher in writing by adjusting the order of the items to be written of the teaching plan (examination questions), and connects the related contents of each writing item by the characteristics of the database window system, thereby ensuring the correlation of data among different guides and greatly shortening the writing time of the teaching plan (examination questions).

The required teaching plan (examination questions) can be written according to different departments and the requirements of clinical teachers, the need of preset contents is avoided, and the embarrassment that the teaching plan cannot be generated is avoided.

In view of the above, it is an urgent task to develop a teaching plan writing system that can solve the above problems and reduce the burden of the clinical teacher, so as to enhance the willingness of the clinical teacher to participate in medical education.

Accordingly, the present invention has been made in view of numerous practical tests and experiments conducted by the present inventors for many years in the field of practical experience and active research and development in medical institutions.

Disclosure of Invention

The objective of the present invention is to provide a guided standardized patient's teaching plan writing system, which can reduce the difficulty of writing the teaching plan, improve the shortcomings of the conventional teaching plan template, and greatly reduce the difficulty and time of writing the teaching plan by applying a new teaching plan writing mode and cooperating with the writing platform and the assistance of several writing function modules thereof, thereby quickly writing the complete standardized patient's teaching plan. Therefore, the method is beneficial to the writing willingness of novice teachers and teachers who are not available to write teaching notes and the completion rate of the teaching notes, and is also beneficial to the development and storage of standard patient teaching notes of all teaching units.

To achieve the above object, the present invention comprises a writing platform and an input unit, wherein the writing platform comprises a clinical scenario module, an object and task module, a scoring table module, an examinee gate guidance module, a standardized patient script module, an examiner guidance module, a white example sentence module, a teaching plan manuscript module, a teaching plan output module, a teaching plan management module, an automatic filling module, and a database, each of the clinical scenario module, the object and task module, the scoring table module, the examinee gate guidance module, the standardized patient script module, the examinee guidance module, and the white example sentence module comprises a writing description area for presenting contents to be written, and a content input area for guiding and providing input contents, the automatic filling module for automatically writing repeated data, the database is used for storing the teaching plan content data input and processed by the modules; the input unit is connected with the composition platform and used for inputting the content data to the composition platform.

Furthermore, the writing platform is a server, and the input unit is connected with the writing platform through the Internet.

Further, the writer platform includes a login module for the writer to register online.

Furthermore, the writing platform comprises a guiding module for the writing platform to make the writer understand and follow the steps of writing the teaching plan by means of text, audio-visual description and guidance.

Further, the input unit is one of an intelligent device, a computer and a mobile phone.

Detailed Description

Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the present invention includes a writing platform 1 and an input unit 2. As will be described in detail below:

the composition platform 1 comprises a clinical scenario module 11, an object and task module 12, a score list module 13, an examinee gate guide module 14, a standardized patient script module 15, an examiner guide module 16, a pair of white example sentence modules 17, a teaching plan initial draft module 18, a teaching plan output module 19, a teaching plan management module 20, an automatic filling-in module 21, and a database 22, wherein each of the clinical scenario module 11, the object and task module 12, the score list module 13, the examinee gate guide module 14, the standardized patient script module 15, the examiner guide module 16, and the pair of white example sentence modules 17 comprises a composition description area 23 and a content input area 24, the composition description area 23 is used for prompting the content to be composed, the content input area 24 is used for guiding and providing the content for inputting, the automatic filling-in module 21 is used for automatically writing in repeated data, the database 22 is used for storing the teaching plan content data input and processed by the modules.

The input unit 2 is connected to the composition platform 1 for inputting content data to the composition platform 1.

In one embodiment, the composition platform 1 is a server, and the input unit 2 is connected to the composition platform 1 via the internet.

In one embodiment, the writing platform 1 includes a registration module 25 for allowing the writer to register online in real time, and after registration, the writer can log in, write and store the teaching plan in the database 22 online.

In one embodiment, the composition platform 1 includes a guiding module 26, which is used for the composition platform 1 to make the composition person understand and follow the steps of composing the reconstructed teaching plan by means of text, audio-visual description and guidance.

In one embodiment, the input unit 2 is one of a smart device, a computer, and a mobile phone.

In summary, the technical means applied by the present invention are analyzed as follows:

guiding and accelerating the composition of the teaching plan by changing the composition sequence of the content structure of the teaching plan:

1. firstly, filling items in a teaching plan (examination questions) structure as required to deconstruct, taking clinical scenes and examinee tasks as initial guidance, deriving scoring items according to the examinee tasks, deriving examinee gate guidance, standardized patient script, examiner guidance, white example sentence alignment, and the like according to the scoring items, and generating a concept of continuous derived teaching plan content.

2. By changing the writing order of each structure page of the teaching plan, the guiding writing concept and the writing method are achieved.

Secondly, establishing an online writing system:

1. and establishing an online writing system according to the writing sequence of the structure pages of the teaching notes.

2. Through the text and video description and guidance of the online system, the writer can understand and follow the step of writing the reconstructed teaching plan.

3. The automatic filling characteristic of the online system is used to avoid repeatedly filling the same data, and after the data filling is completed, the required teaching plan (examination question) template is selected.

4. The teaching plan templates of various university departments, medical affair posts and clinical departments can be pre-built, and the data of each teaching plan structure is filled into the corresponding structure according to the format requirements of different templates, so as to quickly finish the teaching plan (examination questions) which has complete content and accords with different teaching plan template formats.

Thirdly, establishing a database system for user login and teaching plan storage:

1. the system of the invention can register on line in real time, and after registering, the teaching plan can be logged in, written and stored on line.

2. The user can access the teaching plan which is registered, written and stored.

3. The privacy and the safety of the system can be ensured through system monitoring and filtering.

The following is a description of the components and their components of the present invention, and the following is a description of the embodiments, features and benefits of the present invention:

referring to fig. 1, a writer can enter the writing platform 1 through the input unit 2 of the present invention, such as a computer, and can display the function pages of the modules of the writing platform 1 through the display screen of the input unit 2.

Referring to fig. 3, first, the system homepage of the present invention is entered, and the writing platform 1 of the present invention includes a login module 25, so that the online real-time registration can be performed, and after the registration, the online login, writing and storing of the teaching plan can be performed.

Referring to fig. 4 to 10, when the function keys of the clinical scene module 11, the object and task module 12, the score table module 13, the entrance guide module 14 of the examinee, the standardized patient script module 15, the examinee guide module 16, and the pair of white example sentence module 17 are sequentially pressed on the display page of the display screen of the input unit 2, the corresponding function pages can be entered, and the content to be composed can be known and input by the description area and the content input area of the function pages of these modules.

Referring to fig. 11, pressing the function key of the teaching plan initial draft module 18 on the display page of the display screen of the input unit 2 can display the written teaching plan initial draft and the standardized patient scenario. The writer can also complement or correct the content of the missing and filling item in the module.

Of course, the function key of the teaching plan output module 19 can be pressed on the display page of the display screen of the input unit 2 to print out the written teaching plan.

Referring to fig. 12, pressing the function key of the teaching plan management module 20 on the display page of the display screen of the input unit 2 can display the historical teaching plan and the edited teaching plan, so as to manage the stored teaching plan and facilitate the writing and editing of the stored teaching plan.

The advantageous benefits of the invention are at least as follows:

1. the difficulty of writing the content of a specific teaching plan is reduced by an image writing method guided by clinical scenes and tasks.

2. Specifically, the structural content of the examinee, the examinee and the standardized patient guide is connected, and the consistency of various guide contents is ensured.

3. Reduces the content and steps of repeatedly filling in the teaching plan, and effectively shortens the time for completing the writing.

4. The output format of the teaching plan can be flexibly adjusted according to the teaching plan templates of different teaching units, and the trouble of format difference of different departments or medical affairs can be effectively solved.

5. The system has the characteristics of online real-time registration and online login writing, can access the teaching plan which is written and stored by a login user, and can ensure the privacy and the safety of the system.
