Therefore, there is a need to provide a method for manufacturing a foldable reinforced pet cage to solve the above-mentioned problems.

The cutting mechanism 5 comprises a first air cylinder 51, a first motor 52 and a cutting blade 53, the first air cylinder 51 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the third fixing plate 4, the top of the first motor 52 is fixedly connected to a piston rod of the first air cylinder 51, and the cutting blade 53 is fixedly connected to an output end of the first motor 52.

Grinding machanism 6 includes second motor 61, bull stick 62, grinding wheel 63 and abrasive paper 64, and second motor 61 fixed connection is in one side of second fixed plate 3, and bull stick 62 and second motor 61's output fixed connection, the one end fixed connection of second motor 61 is kept away from with bull stick 62 to grinding wheel 63, and abrasive paper 64 fixed connection is at the inner circle of grinding wheel 63.

The first connecting block 7 is fixedly connected to the top of the base 1.

The second cylinder 8 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the third fixing plate 4.

It should be noted that: when cutting off the aluminum pipe, a user inserts the aluminum pipe into a channel formed by a first connecting block 7 and a second connecting block 9 from a hole on a first fixing plate 2, conveys the aluminum pipe through a rotating shaft 11 and a sleeve 12 on the first connecting block 7 and the second connecting block 9 and limits the position of the aluminum pipe until one end of the aluminum pipe extends into a through hole 14 in a supporting block 13, then rotates a threaded rod 15 through a turntable 26, fixes the aluminum pipe through a snap ring 16 on the threaded rod 15, then opens a first air cylinder 51, drives a first motor 52 to move through the first air cylinder 51 until a cutting blade 53 on the first motor 52 contacts with the aluminum pipe, then opens the first motor 52 through a switch 25, drives the cutting blade 53 to rotate through the first motor 52 to cut the aluminum pipe, during cutting, the user opens a water pump 20, sprays clean water in a water tank 19 through a spray nozzle 22 through the water pump 20 to spray the cutting blade 53 and the aluminum pipe for cooling, meanwhile, dust generated during cutting is sprinkled to reduce dust, after the aluminum pipe is cut, when the aluminum pipe needs to be polished, a user loosens the clamping ring 16 from the outer side of the aluminum pipe, then moves the cutting end of the aluminum pipe to one end of the polishing wheel 63 until the polishing end of the aluminum pipe is placed into the inner ring of the polishing wheel 63, then fixes the aluminum pipe through the clamping ring 16, after the aluminum pipe is fixed, the second motor 61 is started, the polishing wheel 63 is driven to rotate through the second motor 61, the cutting end of the aluminum pipe is polished through abrasive paper 64 inside the polishing wheel 63, the polished aluminum pipe is manually riveted into a pet cage, and the riveted pet cage is tested to be qualified and then packaged.

Referring to fig. 1, a piston rod of the second cylinder 8 is fixedly connected with a second connecting block 9, the top of the first connecting block 7 and the bottom of the second connecting block 9 are both fixedly connected with a fixing block 10, the inside of the fixing block 10 is rotatably connected with a rotating shaft 11, and the outside of the rotating shaft 11 is fixedly connected with a sleeve 12.

It should be noted that: through setting up second cylinder 8, first even piece 7, second even piece 9, pivot 11 and sleeve pipe 12, the user is convenient for to the removal and the spacing of aluminum pipe.

Referring to fig. 1, 4 and 5, a supporting block 13 is fixedly connected to the top of the base 1, a through hole 14 is formed in the supporting block 13, threaded rods 15 are connected to two sides of the inside of the supporting block 13 in a threaded manner, the threaded rods 15 penetrate through the supporting block 13 and extend into the through hole 14, a snap ring 16 is fixedly connected to one end of each threaded rod 15, a cushion 28 is fixedly connected to the inner side of the snap ring 16, and a non-slip mat is fixedly connected to the outer side of the cushion 28.

One end of the threaded rod 15 far away from the snap ring 16 is fixedly connected with a rotary disc 26, and one side of the rotary disc 26 is fixedly connected with a handle.

The top of the supporting block 13 is welded with a spring 23, and one end of the spring 23 far away from the supporting block 13 is welded with a top plate 24.

It should be noted that: through setting up supporting shoe 13, through-hole 14, threaded rod 15 and snap ring 16, can fix the aluminum pipe, prevent that the aluminum pipe from taking place to rock when the cutting and influence the cutting effect, through setting up carousel 26 and handle, convenient to use person is to the removal of threaded rod 15, thereby fix the aluminum pipe, through cushion 28, can prevent that snap ring 16 from causing the injury to the aluminum pipe, through setting up spring 23 and roof 24, thereby can prevent that the contact from causing the injury to first motor 52 between the bottom of first motor 52 and the top of supporting shoe 13.

Referring to fig. 1, a roller 17 is fixedly connected to one side of the second connecting block 9, a sliding rail 18 used in cooperation with the roller 17 is formed on one side of the first fixing plate 2, and the outer side of the roller 17 is in rolling connection with the inner wall of the sliding rail 18.

Referring to fig. 1, a water tank 19 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the base 1, a water pump 20 is fixedly connected to one side of the water tank 19, the water tank 19 and the water pump 20 are communicated through a hose, a water outlet of the water pump 20 is communicated with a conduit 21, and a spray head 22 is communicated with one end of the conduit 21, which is far away from the water pump 20.

It should be noted that: by arranging the water tank 19, the water pump 20, the guide pipe 21 and the nozzle 22, when the aluminum pipe is cut, water is sprayed on the aluminum pipe to reduce the temperature of the aluminum pipe and the cutting blade 53, and meanwhile, dust generated during cutting can be sprayed and reduced.

Referring to fig. 1, a switch 25 is installed on one side of the base 1, and an electrical output end of the switch 25 is electrically connected to electrical input ends of the first motor 52, the second motor 61, the first cylinder 51 and the second cylinder 8.

The both ends of base 1 bottom are equal fixedly connected with landing leg 27, and the bottom fixedly connected with non slipping spur of landing leg 27.

It should be noted that: by arranging the switch 25, the user can conveniently open and close the first motor 52, the second motor 61, the first cylinder 51 and the second cylinder 8, and by arranging the supporting legs 27, the stability of the device in use is improved.

The working principle of the processing method of the folding type reinforced pet cage provided by the invention is as follows:

when cutting off the aluminum pipe, a user inserts the aluminum pipe into a channel formed by a first connecting block 7 and a second connecting block 9 from a hole on a first fixing plate 2, conveys the aluminum pipe through a rotating shaft 11 and a sleeve 12 on the first connecting block 7 and the second connecting block 9 and limits the position of the aluminum pipe until one end of the aluminum pipe extends into a through hole 14 in a supporting block 13, then rotates a threaded rod 15 through a turntable 26, fixes the aluminum pipe through a snap ring 16 on the threaded rod 15, then opens a first air cylinder 51, drives a first motor 52 to move through the first air cylinder 51 until a cutting blade 53 on the first motor 52 contacts with the aluminum pipe, then opens the first motor 52 through a switch 25, drives the cutting blade 53 to rotate through the first motor 52 to cut the aluminum pipe, during cutting, the user opens a water pump 20, sprays clean water in a water tank 19 through a spray nozzle 22 through the water pump 20 to spray the cutting blade 53 and the aluminum pipe for cooling, meanwhile, dust generated during cutting is sprinkled to reduce dust, after the aluminum pipe is cut, when the aluminum pipe needs to be polished, a user loosens the clamping ring 16 from the outer side of the aluminum pipe, then moves the cutting end of the aluminum pipe to one end of the polishing wheel 63 until the polishing end of the aluminum pipe is placed into the inner ring of the polishing wheel 63, then fixes the aluminum pipe through the clamping ring 16, after the aluminum pipe is fixed, the second motor 61 is started, the polishing wheel 63 is driven to rotate through the second motor 61, the cutting end of the aluminum pipe is polished through abrasive paper 64 inside the polishing wheel 63, the polished aluminum pipe is manually riveted into a pet cage, and the riveted pet cage is tested to be qualified and then packaged.
