The cutting device 5 comprises a fixed frame 51, a fixed plate 52, a movable frame 53, a pressing mechanism 54, a cutting mechanism 55, a sliding rod 56, a connecting spring 57 and an air cylinder 58, wherein the fixed frame 51 is installed on the right side of the upper end of the fixed bottom plate 11, the fixed plate 52 is connected to the middle part of the fixed frame 51, the fixed plate 52 is tightly attached to the lower side of the upper end of the transmission belt 4, the movable frame 53 is arranged above the fixed frame 51, the pressing mechanism 54 is uniformly installed at the lower end of the movable frame 53, the cutting mechanism 55 is arranged at the upper end of the movable frame 53, the sliding rods 56 are symmetrically fixed on the left side and the right side of the upper end surface of the movable frame 53, the sliding rods 56 are arranged on the fixed frame 51 in a sliding manner, the sliding rods 56 are connected with the fixed frame 51 through the connecting spring 57, the air cylinder 58 is installed in the middle part of, the cutting mechanism 55 is pushed by the air cylinder 58 to move downwards, so that the moving frame 53 and the pressing mechanism 54 move downwards, the sliding rod 56 is synchronously driven to slide downwards, the connecting spring 57 is compressed, the moving frame 53 drives the pressing mechanism 54 to contact with the hot melt adhesive firstly to press the hot melt adhesive, then the cutting mechanism 55 is continuously pushed by the air cylinder 58 to move downwards, the hot melt adhesive is cut at a fixed length, and the hot melt adhesive is supported by the supporting force when being pressed and cut by the fixing plate 52.

The pressing mechanism 54 comprises a push rod 541, a first pressing plate 542, an installation spring 543, a rotating rod 544, a limiting plate 545 and a second pressing plate 546, the push rod 541 is uniformly arranged below the moving frame 53, the first pressing plate 542 is fixed at the lower end of the push rod 541, the upper end of the push rod 541 is connected with the moving frame 53 through the installation spring 543, the rotating rods 544 are symmetrically installed at the left end and the right end of the push rod 541 through a first pin shaft, one side, away from the push rod 541, of the upper end of the rotating rod 544 is installed on the limiting plate 545 through a second pin shaft, the limiting plate 545 is installed on the moving frame 53, and the second pressing plate 546 is arranged at the lower end of the rotating rod 544; the first pressing plate 542 and the second pressing plate 546 are arc-shaped, and a flexible buffer layer is arranged on the lower end face of the first pressing plate and the second pressing plate; the lengths of the front end and the rear end of the first pressing plate 542 and the second pressing plate 546 are smaller than the distance between the grooves 423, so that the cutter can fall down to cut off the hot melt adhesive, during specific work, the cylinder 58 pushes the cutting mechanism 55 to move downwards, the first pressing plate 542 is firstly contacted with the outer wall of the top of the upper end of the hot melt adhesive, the first pressing plate 542 and the push rod 541 are pushed to move upwards and extrude the mounting spring 543, the mounting spring 543 is used for mounting and resetting, the push rod 541 moves upwards and drives the rotating rod 544 to rotate, so that the second pressing plate 546 is tightly attached to two side walls of the upper end of the hot melt adhesive, and by adopting the pressing mode, the situation that the hot melt adhesive cannot be appropriately pressed after being cooled can be prevented, if a pressing mode completely matched with the placing mechanism 42 is adopted, namely, the pressing is carried out by adopting a structure identical to that the placing ring 422, the pressing effect on the two sides of the upper end of the hot melt adhesive is poor, and the hot melt adhesive cannot be well attached.

The cutting mechanism 55 comprises a square plate 551, cutters 552, a through groove 553, a limit spring 554, a baffle 555 and an electric push rod 556, wherein the square plate 551 is installed on the ejection end of the air cylinder 58, the cutters 552 are evenly arranged at the lower end of the square plate 551, the through groove 553 is arranged below the cutters 552 and is arranged at the upper end of the movable frame 53 through the groove 553, the left side and the right side of the lower end of the square plate 551 are connected with the movable frame 53 through the symmetrically arranged limit springs 554, the baffle 555 is arranged on the left side and the right side of the upper end of the movable frame 53 in a sliding manner, the baffle 555 is positioned between the movable frame 53 and the square plate 551, one end of the baffle 555, which is far away from the square plate 551, is connected with the movable end of the electric push rod 556, the electric push rod 556 is installed on the movable frame 53 through the electric push rod base, when the work is specific, the square plate 551 is pushed to move downwards through the air cylinder, the baffle 555 is driven to be drawn out through the electric push rod 556, meanwhile, under the supporting force of the limiting spring 554, the moving frame 53 slightly moves upwards, the air cylinder 58 is continuously driven to drive the square plate 551 to move downwards, the square plate 551 extrudes the limiting spring 554, and meanwhile, the cutter 552 penetrates through the groove 553 to cut the hot melt adhesive at a fixed length.

When the machine is adopted for preparing the hot melt adhesive, the method also comprises the following steps:

s1, extrusion molding: the hot melt adhesive is intermittently extruded by the extruder 13 and falls onto the placing mechanism 42;

s2, cooling: the rotating roller 3 on the right side is driven to rotate intermittently by the intermittent driving mechanism 15, so that the transmission belt 41 drives the hot melt adhesive to be conveyed to the lower part of the cutting device 5 after being cooled by the cooling mechanism 14;

s3, pressing and cutting: the square plate 551 is pushed by the air cylinder 58 to move downwards, so that the pressing mechanism 54 appropriately presses the hot melt adhesive and cuts the hot melt adhesive by the cutting mechanism 55;

s4, collecting and packaging: the cut hot melt adhesive is brought to the rightmost side by the transmission belt 41 and falls into the collection cabinet 23, the collection cabinet 23 is drawn out, and the hot melt adhesive in the collection cabinet 23 is dried and then collected and packaged.
