Detailed Description

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. the preparation method of the wear plate 1 comprises the following steps:

the lead screw 265 is rotatably connected with one side of the inner wall of the gluing tank 22, and a threaded block 266 is connected to the outer surface of, the thread block 266 is an L-shaped member, one side of the thread block 266 is fixedly connected with a first electric telescopic rod 267, the length of the first electric telescopic rod 267 is controlled by an external PLC controller, the output end of the first electric telescopic rod 267 is fixedly connected with an installation block 268, one side of the installation block 268 is rotatably connected with a rotating shaft 269, the outer surface of the rotating shaft 269 is fixedly connected with a glue coating roller 2610, one side of the installation block 268 is fixedly connected with a clamping block 2611, one side of the clamping block 2611 is penetrated with a glue storage tube 2612, the inner surface of the glue outlet tube 264 is communicated with a hose 2613, one end of the hose 2613 is communicated with the inside of the glue storage tube 2612, the outer surface of the glue storage tube 2612 is provided with a plurality of mist nozzles 2614, the mist nozzles 2614 do not spray glue when moving towards the left side, the top and the bottom of the inner wall of the bonding box 22 are fixedly connected with a chute plate 2615, the inner surface of the chute plate 2615 is slidably connected with a T-shaped block 261, all-around equal fixedly connected with a plurality of pneumatic cylinder 27 of bonding case 22 top and bottom, pneumatic cylinder 27's output runs through bonding case 22 and extends to bonding case 22's inside, and pneumatic cylinder 27's output fixedly connected with roof 28, bonding case 22's front has a sealing door through hinge rotation connection, the equal fixedly connected with second electric telescopic handle 29 in both sides at supporter 21 top, fixedly connected with lifter plate 20 between two second electric telescopic handle 29's the output, one side of lifter plate 20 contacts with bonding case 22's front.

In the invention, the working method of the bonding equipment 2 is as follows: injecting glue into the glue tank 260 through the glue inlet pipe 262, opening the sealing door, pulling out the C-shaped plate 24 to make the object placing groove 15 leak, inserting the wood base plate 11 into the object placing groove 15 in the second fixture block 251, rotating the nut 259 on the fixture block 251 through an external sleeve tool to make the threaded rod 257 rotate inside the hollow rod 252, making the top block 254 slide on the inner surface of the object placing groove 15, pushing the wood base plate 11, starting the second electric telescopic rod 29 to drive the lifting plate 20 to lift, making the lifting plate 20 contact with the wood base plate 11, coating the glue on the inner surface of the object placing groove 15, placing the sound-absorbing cotton strip 16 into the object placing groove 15, waiting for the glue to solidify, and fixing the sound-absorbing cotton strip 16;

at this time, the C-shaped plate 24 is pushed into the inside of the bonding box 22, then the sealing door is closed, the first electric telescopic rod 267 is started to extend, so that the glue coating roller 2610 on the mounting block 268 is in contact with the wood substrate 11, the glue pumping pump 263 and the servo motor 261 are started, the glue in the glue tank 260 is delivered to the inside of the glue storage tube 2612 through the glue outlet tube 264 and the hose 2613 and is sprayed on the upper surface and the lower surface of the wood substrate 11 through the mist spray nozzle 2614, meanwhile, the servo motor 261 drives the screw rod 265 to rotate, under the limitation of the T-shaped block 2616 and the chute plate 2615, the screw block 266 moves towards one side on the outer surface of the screw rod 265, and the glue coating roller 2610 can uniformly coat the glue on the surface of the wood substrate 11;

then the composite wear-resistant plate 1 and the bakelite plate 13 are inserted into the fixture blocks 251 positioned above and below the wood base plate 11, the threaded rod 257 is rotated to abut against the fixture blocks, the adjusting handle 258 is rotated to enable the fixture blocks 251 to move towards the side away from the wood base plate 11, the hydraulic cylinder 27 is started simultaneously, the composite wear-resistant plate 1, the bakelite plate 13 and the steel balls 256 are rolled through the top plate 28 and are respectively contacted with the top and the bottom of the wood base plate 11, after the glue is solidified, the adjusting handle 258 is rotated reversely to fixedly clamp the adhered wood base plate 11, the bakelite plate 13 and the composite wear-resistant plate 1 through the top block 254 on the hollow rod 252, the steps are repeated, the servo motor 261 and the glue pump 263 below are started, and the veneer 14 is adhered.
