when the mower is wound by a blade, the chassis lifting mechanism is controlled to adjust the movable chassis to a proper height, so that the mowing blade is prevented from being touched when being stored;

the screw rod driving motor controls the screw rod to drive the cutter pressing device to move downwards, the cutter pressing ring presses the mowing cutter to move, and the mowing cutter is accommodated under the action of the sliding block and the return spring; in the descending process, the cleaning device starts to clean the wound objects on the surface of the mowing knife, and the combing and brushing device is used for secondarily cleaning the residual wound objects on the surface of the mowing knife;

after the cleaning work is finished, the screw rod driving motor controls the screw rod to drive the cutter pressing device to move upwards; the slide block pushes the mowing knife to return to the initial position under the action of the return spring;

Examples

As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 1-2, the blade winding cleaning device provided by the present embodiment is used on a mower, and includes a blade carrier device, a blade pressing device, a screw rod driving mechanism and a chassis lifting mechanism; the knife rest device comprises a knife rest 1, a mowing knife 2, a sliding block 10, a transmission shaft 8, a return spring 11 and a spring hook seat 12. The mowing knife 1 is arranged on the knife rest 2, and the mowing knife 1 is supported at an initial position by the sliding block 10; the knife rest 1 is fixedly connected with the transmission shaft 8 and is used for driving the mowing knife 2 to mow; the transmission shaft 8 is connected with an engine 13 and is used for transmitting the power of the engine; the sliding block 10 is positioned in the tool rest 1 and used for supporting the mowing knife 2 to be at an initial position, and when the knife pressing device descends, the sliding block 10 can move inwards to be in a storage state; when the cutter pressing device moves upwards, the mowing knife can be pushed to return to the initial position under the action of the return spring 11.

The pressing knife device comprises a pressing knife circular ring 9, a cleaning device 4 and a combing device 5; the cutter pressing ring 9 is in threaded connection with the screw rod 6, is in bearing connection with the guide rod 7 and can move up and down under the action of a screw rod driving mechanism; the cleaning device 4 is positioned on the lower side of the inner wall of the pressing knife circular ring 9, and cuts objects wound on the surface of the mowing knife 2 in the descending process of the pressing knife device; the combing and brushing device 5 is positioned on the upper side of the inner wall of the cutter pressing ring 9 and used for secondarily cleaning residual wound objects on the surface of the mowing cutter 2 to prevent blockage.

The screw rod driving mechanism comprises a screw rod 6, a screw rod driving motor 14 and a guide rod 7; the screw rod 6 is arranged on the pressing cutter circular ring 9 and is in threaded connection with the pressing cutter circular ring 9 under the driving of a screw rod driving motor 14 to drive the pressing cutter device to move up and down; the guide rod 7 is arranged on the pressing cutter circular ring 9, is in bearing connection with the pressing cutter circular ring 9 and is used for stabilizing the pressing cutter circular ring 9, reducing resistance and enabling the pressing cutter circular ring to be stable and flexible in up-and-down movement; the screw rod driving motor 14 is arranged on a movable chassis 16 of the mower and drives the screw rod 6 to move up and down.

It can be understood that the spring hook seat is used for fixing the return spring, and the two spring hook seats are arranged at the tail end of the sliding block and the other spring hook seat is arranged in the tool rest.
