Printing the prepared ink of the link layer on a substrate cloth, adding the B component of the prepared ink layer of the silica gel into the A component, wherein the weight ratio of the A component to the B component is 100: 7, printing the ink on the linking layer, and finally adding a component D of the silica gel bright cover ink into a component C, wherein the weight ratio of the component C to the component D is 100: and 7, printing the silica gel ink on the silica gel ink layer, namely preparing the silica gel ink for preventing printing poisoning on the cloth.

Comparative example 1

A silicone ink that can be printed on a poisoning-prone cloth, but which does not include a linking layer, and a method of making the same, are provided similar to example 1.

Comparative example 2

A silica gel ink that can be printed on a cloth susceptible to poisoning, but without the addition of 1, 3-divinyl-1, 1,3, 3-tetramethyldisiloxane platinum, and a method for preparing the same are provided similar to example 1.

Comparative example 3

Similar to example 1, a silica gel ink capable of being printed on cloth prone to poisoning and a preparation method thereof are provided, but dimethyl silicone oil is not added in the silica gel layer ink and the silica gel glossy cover ink.

To further illustrate the beneficial effects of the embodiments of the present invention, the performance tests were performed on the embodiments 1 and 2 and the comparative examples 1 and 2, respectively, and the obtained product was printed on the cloth (diving suit) susceptible to poisoning by using a 120-mesh and 200-mesh screen, the printing effect and the physicochemical index are shown in table 1, and the testing method is as follows:

1. printability: under normal temperature and normal pressure, adding corresponding components B and D in a mixed state with proper ink viscosity, sequentially printing on the cloth of the diving suit, and observing the printing appearance effect, the leveling property, the defoaming property and the existence of poor printing;

2. adhesion force: the degree of adhesion of the ink layer to the substrate after printing on the substrate and drying;

3. water resistance: the printing piece is continuously soaked in clear water for 24 hours, and the adhesion degree and the surface state of the ink layer and the substrate are as follows: no bubble and no ink layer drop;

4. salt water resistance: the printing piece is continuously soaked in clear water for 24 hours, and the adhesion degree and the surface state of the ink layer and the substrate are as follows: no bubble and no ink layer drop.

Table 1 results of performance testing

As can be seen from table 1, the silica gel ink disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention can be used for a cloth (diving suit) which is prone to printing poisoning, and has excellent printing effect, adhesion, water resistance, salt water resistance, and better flexibility and plump glossiness, and meets the printing requirements of the current related industries on the silica gel ink. The key of the invention is the introduction of a link layer, the selection and the proportion of each component.

It should be clear that the application of the present invention is not limited to the above-described inks and the process for their preparation, but that modifications and variations are possible to those skilled in the art in light of the above teachings, and all such modifications and variations are intended to fall within the scope of the appended claims.

As the chemical industry is a continuously innovated and improved industry, raw material suppliers continuously adjust and improve the production process of raw materials, and better raw materials of the same type can replace corresponding components in the formula of the invention, such as main resin, functional auxiliary materials and the like. If the formula provided by the invention is referred, a competitor cannot be avoided producing similar or better ink products with similar performance, but the selection of the main resin, the functional auxiliary materials, the matching of the components and the like do not depart from the scope of the invention.
