In a specific application scenario of the invention, when the invention is in normal operation, the handle state hall detecting unit 11 records the number of times of opening and closing of the circuit breaker and sends the number to the analyzing and processing circuit 30, the maintenance state hall detecting unit 12 acquires maintenance state information of the circuit breaker and sends the maintenance state information to the analyzing and processing circuit 30, the motor state hall detecting unit 13 acquires the working state of the motor inside the circuit breaker and sends the working state to the processing circuit 30, when the circuit breaker has a closing fault due to a fault inside the circuit breaker, the handle state hall detecting unit 11 acquires the occurrence of a corresponding situation and sends fault alarm information to the analyzing and processing circuit 30, and when the circuit breaker is in a maintenance state, the maintenance state hall detecting unit 12 sends maintenance state alarm information to the analyzing and processing circuit 30, and at the moment, the analyzing and processing circuit 30 prohibits the circuit breaker from performing closing, thereby protecting the safety of workers.
