Background

In normal work of the blast furnace, the blast furnace needs to be cooled continuously, cooling water passes through a cooled component cavity and takes away heat from the surface of the cooling water, and therefore the temperature of the cooling water is increased. Cooling is usually performed with circulating water.

However, in the existing cooling process of the circulating water, the circulating water has long circulating process and long cooling time, so that a large amount of circulating water is adopted for cooling the blast furnace, and the production efficiency and the operation cost are too large.

The invention aims to solve the defects in the prior art and provides a blast furnace circulating water cooling device which can rapidly cool circulating water and has the advantage that the cooling temperature balance is not disordered.

The using method of the blast furnace circulating water cooling device of the embodiment comprises the following steps:

the rotating motor 4 is started first to make the rotating fan blades 3 start to suck air inwards. The blast furnace circulating water flows in from the cooling ring 1 at one end, and the cooling ring rotating ring driven by the rotating cooling ring rotating ring 12 in the cooling ring 1 stirs the stirring plate 15 to balance the water temperature and the water pressure, and then the blast furnace circulating water starts to flow in the arc-shaped water passing pipeline 24 of the cooling fin top water passing ring 21, and further cooling and heat exchange of the water temperature are carried out. The arc-shaped water pipeline 24 controls the flow rate of water flow so that the water flow does not cause local excessive water pressure on the cooling fins 2 and then starts to flow into the cooling fins 2, and after the cooling fins 2 and the flowing air on the side face perform large-scale heat exchange and cooling, the water flow flows into the next connected cooling ring 1 from the other side of the cooling fins 2 to perform the next round of cooling, and the circulation is performed until the final cooling of the circulating water is completed.
