3. A method of using the universal male thread detection tool of claim 1, wherein: the method comprises the following steps:

(A) confirming whether the external thread to be detected is in the detection range of the general detection tool: namely, the thread pitch is not the same as the internal thread (5.1) on the tool, and the size is not in a detection range;

(B) manufacturing a core rod with a corresponding size according to the basic size difference value of the internal thread of the workpiece to be detected and the original internal thread, putting the core rod into a core rod clamping hole (5.2), and using an adjusting handle to be arranged in a hexagonal adjusting hole (1.1) to the position of a clamping core to complete the adjustment of the pitch diameter value of the thread;

(C) after the adjustment is completed, the external threads of the workpiece to be detected are detected by using the tool to complete the through and stop of the threads of the relevant specifications.

Technical Field

The invention relates to an external universal thread detection tool and a machining and using method thereof, belonging to the technical field of machining and manufacturing.

Background

In the technical field of machining, detection of external threads of machined workpieces is generally performed by using a thread ring gauge, namely the working thread ring gauge is used for performing qualified judgment on the passing and stopping properties of the external threads so as to determine whether the machined external threads meet requirements or not. An external thread needs to correspond to a thread ring gauge, and for machining enterprises with various threads, the purchase, metering, use and management of the thread ring gauge need to invest relatively large manpower and material resources, so that the thread ring gauge is at a disadvantage in the current manufacturing era with intense competition.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the technical problem that each external thread in the traditional machining industry needs to be detected by a thread ring gauge.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

a general detection tool for external threads comprises a main shaft 1, a chuck 2, a jaw 3 and a soft jaw 5;

the spindle 1 is provided with a clamping groove, and three chucks 2 are movably embedded in the clamping groove; the side part of the main shaft 1 is also provided with a hexagonal adjusting hole 1.1;

A machining method of a general detection tool for external threads comprises the following steps:

(A) firstly, respectively fixing three brass bars on three clamping jaws 3;

(B) then, the three chucks 2 are placed in the clamping grooves, and the three chucks 2 are moved into the main shaft 1 through the hexagonal adjusting holes 1.1 by using the adjusting handle;

(C) fixing the three clamping jaws 3 with the brass bars fixed on a chuck 2 through three screws 4 respectively, screwing the three clamping jaws 3 with the brass bars to central holes of the three brass bars through a hexagonal adjusting hole 1.1 by using an adjusting handle, and processing internal threads 5.1;

(D) and then, using a corresponding checking thread plug gauge to detect the pitch diameter of the thread action by using the tool for processing the internal thread 5.1, and checking the processing at the same time until the processed internal thread 5.1 meets the detection requirement.

A use method of a universal external thread detection tool comprises the following steps:

(A) confirming whether the external thread to be detected is in the detection range of the general detection tool: that is, the thread pitch is not the same as the internal thread 5.1 on the tool, and the size is not in the detection range;

(B) manufacturing a core rod with a corresponding size according to the basic size difference value of the internal thread of the workpiece to be detected and the original internal thread, putting the core rod into a core rod clamping hole 5.2, and using an adjusting handle to be arranged in a hexagonal adjusting hole 1.1 to the position of a clamping core to complete the adjustment of the pitch diameter value of the thread;

(C) after the adjustment is completed, the external threads of the workpiece to be detected are detected by using the tool to complete the through and stop of the threads of the relevant specifications.

The beneficial effect of adopting above-mentioned technical scheme is:

the invention successfully replaces most of thread ring gauges meeting the conditions by continuously carrying out theoretical analysis, data analysis, design and processing and production and use verification, is used for judging the pass and stop of the external threads of the processed workpiece to determine whether the processed threads meet the requirements or not, can enlarge the detection range, realizes the detection of the external threads with the same thread pitch and different sizes by using one detection tool, and plays an important role in reducing the processing cost and improving the efficiency of enterprises.

Detailed Description

The invention is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings:

as shown in fig. 1, the general detection tool for external threads comprises a main shaft 1, a chuck 2, a jaw 3 and a soft jaw 5;

the spindle 1 is provided with a clamping groove, and three chucks 2 are movably embedded in the clamping groove; the side part of the main shaft 1 is also provided with a hexagonal adjusting hole 1.1 which can adjust the positions of the chuck 2 and the clamping jaw 3;

the number of the clamping jaws 3 is three, a hole is formed in each clamping jaw, and the three clamping jaws 3 are fixed on the three chucks 2 through three holes respectively by three screws;

three soft claws 5 are respectively welded and fixed on the three claws 3;

the centers of the three soft claws 5 are provided with internal threads 5.2 which can be adjusted in size through hexagonal adjusting holes 1.1; the screw thread with one specification of metric screw thread, imperial screw thread and uniform screw thread can be processed according to the use requirement;

a size adjusting shaft 5.1 is arranged on the excircle between the three soft claws 5; the size of the size adjusting shaft 5.1 is adjusted, and the detection of external threads with the same pitch and different nominal diameters can be carried out after the adjustment is finished.

A machining method of a general detection tool for external threads comprises the following steps:

(A) firstly, respectively fixing three brass bars on three clamping jaws 3;

(B) then, the three chucks 2 are placed in the clamping grooves, and the three chucks 2 are moved into the main shaft 1 through the hexagonal adjusting holes 1.1 by using the adjusting handle;

(C) fixing the three clamping jaws 3 with the brass bars fixed on a chuck 2 through three screws 4 respectively, using an adjusting handle to fix the three clamping jaws 3 with the brass bars through a hexagonal adjusting hole 1.1, and screwing the three clamping jaws 3 with the brass bars until central holes of the three brass bars are at phi 45 and machining M50 1 internal threads 5.1 (the small diameter of the threads is phi 49) on the assumption that the internal threads of the workpiece to be measured range from M18 x 1 to M50 x 1;

(D) and detecting the effective pitch diameter of the thread by using a corresponding check thread plug gauge by using the tool with the processed external thread, and checking the processing at the same time until the processed internal thread 5.1 meets the detection requirement of M50 x 1.

A use method of a universal external thread detection tool comprises the following steps:

(A) confirming whether the external thread to be detected is in the detection range of the general detection tool: i.e. whether the pitch is the same as the internal thread 5.1 on the tool and whether the size is within the detection range (here M18 x 1-M50 x 1);

(B) according to the basic size difference between the internal thread of the workpiece to be detected and the original internal thread (here M50), a core rod with the corresponding size is manufactured to be placed in the core rod clamping hole 5.2, for example: the detected internal thread of the workpiece is M32 x 1, the difference value between the detected internal thread and the original internal thread is 18, a standardized phi 31 core is placed in the center, and an adjusting handle is used for being installed in a hexagonal adjusting hole 1.1 to the position for clamping the phi 31 core, so that the adjustment of the diameter value of the thread is completed;

(C) after the adjustment is completed, the external threads of the workpiece to be detected are detected by using the tool to complete the through and stop of the threads of the relevant specifications.

Implementation example:

an external thread workpiece to be detected: is a fine thread with the thread pitch of 1 and the external thread M28 is 1-6 h. The material of the tested part is selected as the soft claw 5 according to the actual use requirement, and the principle that the large diameter, the medium diameter and the small diameter of the same type of threads (such as metric system, imperial system, uniform threads and the like) are only related to the nominal diameter and the thread pitch is utilized for calculation. Machining an M50 x 1 internal thread 5.2 (a thread minor diameter phi 49) at the center of the soft claw 5, and detecting by using a check thread plug gauge to meet the requirements of open and stop; and adjusting the hexagonal adjusting hole 1.1 to clamp the phi 27 standard core. At this point, the M28 x 1 thread ring gauge is completed, and the tool can be used to inspect workpieces with external threads of M28 x 1-6 h.
