Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of tire retreading, and particularly relates to a method for tire retreading.

Background

The number of waste tires is continuously increased every year, and in order to reduce resource waste, a mode of continuously using the tires after being renovated appears in the prior art, so that the utilization rate of resources is improved. However, in the traditional retreading method, the whole tread is usually attached with the same thickness when the middle cushion rubber is attached, so that the firmness degree after retreading is lower, and the quality of the retreaded tire is influenced.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention overcomes the deficiencies of the prior art by providing a method for retreading a tire having a high tire quality.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: a method for tire retreading comprising the steps of:

(1) fixing the tire through detection equipment, and detecting a through hole in the tire and a nail pricked on the surface of the tire;

(2) after the nails on the surface of the tire are removed, the surface of the tire is ground to remove stains on the surface of the tire;

(3) coating the surface of the tire with rubber cement, winding cord fabric on the crown of the tire, and attaching middle cushion rubber; the step of sticking the middle cushion glue is as follows: 2-3 layers of cushion rubber are attached to the position where the tire is not wound with the cord fabric, and 1 layer of cushion rubber is attached to the crown of the tire.

According to the invention, the middle cushion rubber is adhered to the position where the cord fabric is not wound correspondingly, so that the situation that the position where the cord fabric is wound is easily damaged in the later use process can be effectively avoided, the service life of the tire body is prolonged, and the overall quality of the retreaded tire is improved.

A buffer gasket 56 is arranged on the side wall of the positioning concave part 521, and the buffer gasket 56 is arranged along the edge of the side wall of the positioning concave part 521; the buffer gasket 56 comprises a fixed layer 561 and a buffer layer 562, wherein the fixed layer 561 is a plastic block, and the buffer layer 562 is a rubber strip; a plurality of fixing protrusions 563 are arranged on the fixed layer 561, the upper end portions of the fixing protrusions 563 are of an umbrella-shaped structure, a plurality of connecting holes 564 are arranged on the buffer layer 562, and the fixing protrusions 563 are inserted into the connecting holes 564, so that the buffer layer 562 and the fixed layer 561 are temporarily fixed, and in order to enable the buffer layer 562 and the fixed layer 561 to be more stably connected, the fixed layer 561 and the buffer layer 562 are further bonded through glue; when the fixing convex part is inserted into the buffer layer, the fixing layer and the buffer layer are tightly connected, so that the fixing layer and the buffer layer are conveniently and accurately positioned and connected; and the setting of fixed convex part and locating hole can effectively fix the buffer layer when the buffer layer appears partly coming unstuck, avoids the further aggravation that comes unstuck between buffer layer and the fixed layer, has prolonged the life of cushion washer.
