1. An automatic compression molding machine, comprising:

a machine frame, a plurality of guide rails and a plurality of guide rails,

a bottom hydraulic press is vertically arranged at the lower part of the frame; the piston rod end of the bottom hydraulic machine is arranged upwards;

a base platform is arranged at the end part of a piston rod of the bottom hydraulic machine;

the base platform is provided with an enclosed pressing cylinder and a driving device for driving the pressing cylinder to move, and a pressing head is fixedly arranged on the rack corresponding to the pressing cylinder;

the driving device comprises a horizontal driving device and a lifting driving device;

the bottom hydraulic machine is used for moving the pressing cylinder on the platform upwards to enable the pressing head to enter the pressing cylinder to complete the compression work;

the horizontal driving device is used for pushing the pressing cylinder forwards so as to enable the pressing cylinder to be positioned at the filling position; or the horizontal driving device is used for moving the pressing cylinder backwards so as to enable the pressing cylinder to be positioned at the compression position;

the lifting driving device is used for moving the pressing cylinder upwards after the compression is finished and enabling the pressed object to fall out of the bottom of the pressing cylinder under the action of the pressing head.

the driving device comprises:

the lower pressing plate is arranged on the base platform through a horizontal sliding rail; a horizontal driving cylinder is arranged at the rear side of the lower pressing plate;

the upper pressure plate is arranged above the lower pressure plate through a guide rod, and a lifting cylinder is arranged between the lower pressure plate and the upper pressure plate;

an opening with the same outer diameter as the pressing cylinder is arranged between the lower pressing plate and the upper pressing plate; the pressing cylinder is arranged on the upper pressing plate, and the bottom of the pressing cylinder is arranged in a gap with the base platform.

3. The automatic compression molding machine of claim 1 wherein a boost cylinder is provided on the base platform corresponding to the opening of the lower platen.

a machine frame, a plurality of guide rails and a plurality of guide rails,

the lifting driving device is used for moving the pressing cylinder upwards after the compression is finished and enabling the pressed object to fall out of the bottom of the pressing cylinder under the action of the pressing head.

the lower pressing plate is arranged on the base platform through a horizontal sliding rail; a horizontal driving cylinder is arranged at the rear side of the lower pressing plate;

the upper pressure plate is arranged above the lower pressure plate through a guide rod, and a lifting cylinder is arranged between the lower pressure plate and the upper pressure plate;

an opening with the same outer diameter as the pressing cylinder is arranged between the lower pressing plate and the upper pressing plate; the pressing cylinder is arranged on the upper pressing plate, and the bottom of the pressing cylinder is arranged in a gap with the base platform.

Further, in the above-mentioned case,

a pushing assisting cylinder is arranged on the base platform corresponding to the opening of the lower pressing plate.

The invention adopts the oil pressure and pneumatic integrated design to complete the process of compressing the cotton and other sanitary articles, has simple integral structure, does not need manual operation in the whole compression process, has high automation degree, and is safe and reliable.

The invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in figures 1 to 5 of the drawings,

the automatic compression molding machine of the invention comprises:

the machine frame (1) is provided with a frame,

a bottom hydraulic press 2 is vertically arranged at the lower part of the frame; the piston rod end of the bottom hydraulic machine is arranged upwards;

a base platform 3 is arranged at the end part of a piston rod of the bottom hydraulic machine;

the base platform is provided with an enclosed pressing cylinder 4 and a driving device for driving the pressing cylinder to move, and the frame is fixedly provided with a pressing head 5 corresponding to the pressing cylinder; the pressing cylinder 4 is provided with an upper opening and a lower opening;

the driving device comprises a horizontal driving device and a lifting driving device; the driving device comprises:

the lower pressing plate 61 is arranged on the base platform through a horizontal sliding rail; a horizontal driving cylinder 7 is arranged at the rear side of the lower pressure plate;

an upper press plate 62 which is arranged above the lower press plate through a guide rod 63, and a lifting cylinder 64 is arranged between the lower press plate and the upper press plate;

an opening corresponding to the outer diameter of the pressing cylinder is arranged between the lower pressing plate 61 and the upper pressing plate 62; the pressing cylinder 4 is arranged on the upper pressing plate, and the bottom of the pressing cylinder 4 is arranged in a gap with the base platform 3.

The bottom hydraulic machine 2 is used for moving a pressing cylinder (together with a driving device) on the platform upwards to enable a pressing head to enter the pressing cylinder to complete compression work; as shown in fig. 2.

The working process is as follows:

1) firstly, a horizontal driving cylinder 7 drives a lower pressing plate to push forwards, and under the driving of the lower pressing plate, a lower pressing plate 61 and a pressing cylinder 4 arranged on an upper pressing plate 62 move forwards together to enable the pressing cylinder to be far away from a pressing head so as to fill sanitary products into the pressing cylinder;

2) after filling, the horizontal driving cylinder 7 drives the lower pressing plate to move backwards, and the lower pressing plate 61 and the pressing cylinder 4 arranged on the upper pressing plate 62 move backwards together under the driving of the lower pressing plate and are aligned with the pressing head 5 so as to be compressed in the next step;

3) the bottom hydraulic machine 2 is used for moving a pressing cylinder (together with a driving device) on the base platform upwards to enable a pressing head to enter the pressing cylinder to complete compression work; as shown in fig. 2.

4) After the compression is finished, the bottom hydraulic press 2 drives the base platform to descend;

5) the lifting cylinder 64 drives the upper pressure plate to drive the pressure cylinder to move upwards and separate from the lower pressure plate; in the ascending process of the pressing drum, the sanitary products in the pressing drum fall onto the base platform from the bottom of the pressing drum under the relative downward action of the pressing head.

6) And pushing the pressed object falling from the bottom of the pressing cylinder to a preset position by using a boosting air cylinder.

7) Reset, ready for the next compression.
