Detailed Description

In order to solve the problems that the traditional warning board is simple and unstable in structure and prone to toppling and shifting in the presence of wind, so that the notice and warning effects are lost, the invention provides the windproof fixing device for the warning board, the warning board can rotate along with the wind and has a reset function, toppling and shifting are avoided, and the correct warning direction can be ensured.

A windproof fixing device for a warning board comprises:

a base 10;

a stand pipe 20 installed on the base 10;

the rotating assembly is connected to the top of the stand pipe 20 and comprises a rotating shaft 31 inserted into the top of the stand pipe 20 and connected with the warning board 50, an upper bearing 32 and a lower bearing 33 which are sleeved on the rotating shaft 31 at intervals, and both the upper bearing 32 and the lower bearing 33 and the stand pipe 20 are installed in the stand pipe 20 in an interference fit manner;

and an elastic buffering reset piece 34 is positioned between the upper bearing 32 and the lower bearing 33, a first end of the buffering reset piece 34 is fixed with the inner wall of the stand pipe 20, and a second end of the buffering reset piece 34 is fixed with the outer wall of the rotating shaft 31.

By the arrangement of the expansion plug 22, the rotating shaft 31 and the lower bearing 33 are prevented from sliding downwards due to centrifugal force, and the stability of the rotating assembly is ensured.

In a preferred embodiment, the bottom of the expansion plug 22 is provided with a cone-shaped groove 222 communicated with the groove 221, the cone-shaped groove 222 is internally provided with a cone-shaped nut 223 matched with the bottom of the cone-shaped groove 222, a bolt 224 passes through the cone-shaped groove 222, the nut end of the bolt 224 is blocked at the communication position of the groove 221 and the cone-shaped groove 222, and the screw end of the bolt 224 is screwed with the cone-shaped nut 223.

Specifically, the expansion plug 22 is installed prior to the installation of the rotating component, when the expansion plug 22 is inserted, the bolt 224 (for the convenience of screwing, a socket head cap bolt is preferably adopted in the embodiment) is firstly inserted into the tapered slot 222 with the nut end on the upper side and the screw end on the lower side, then the tapered plug 223 is screwed into the tapered slot 222, so that the tapered plug 223 slightly presses the expansion plug 22 to generate an initial static friction force therebetween, then the expansion plug 22 is inserted into the specified position of the riser 20 (which is required to be adapted to the position for installing the rotating component), then the bolt 224 is screwed by a socket head wrench, the tapered plug 223 is pulled in the tapered slot 222 by the bolt 224, so that the expansion plug 22 is pressed and expanded outwards, and is pressed and fixed with the inner wall of the riser 20.

Further, in order to enable the expansion plug 22 to be tightly squeezed with the inner wall of the stand pipe 20 and not affect the propping force to the lower bearing 33, the side wall of the expansion plug 22 is preferably provided with a ring-shaped annular groove in the present embodiment.

As a preferred embodiment, in conjunction with FIG. 6, FIG. 6 shows a cross-sectional view D-D of FIG. 5 in accordance with the present invention. A sleeve 35 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 31, a top end of the sleeve 35 abuts against the upper bearing 32, a bottom end of the sleeve 35 abuts against the lower bearing 33, and a second end of the buffering reset piece 34 penetrates through the sleeve 35 and then is fixed with an outer wall of the rotating shaft 31.

Specifically, the sleeve 35 is slidably sleeved on the rotating shaft 31, and the sleeve 35 is disposed to prevent the upper bearing 32 and the lower bearing 33 from moving relative to each other without affecting the rotation of the rotating shaft 31, thereby ensuring the stability of the rotating assembly.

As a preferred embodiment, the bottom end of the rotating shaft 31 is provided with a first limit catch 36 for preventing the rotating shaft 31 from sliding out downwards, and the top end of the rotating shaft 31 is provided with a second limit catch 37 for preventing the rotating shaft 31 from sliding out upwards.

Further, a third limiting member 38 is disposed on the vertical tube 20 at a position corresponding to the top end of the upper bearing 32 to prevent the upper bearing 32 from coming off upward.

Specifically, the circumferential side wall of the rotating shaft 31 is respectively provided with a notch for the first limiting clamping piece 36 and the second limiting clamping piece 37 to be embedded, one end of the first limiting clamping piece 36 and the second limiting clamping piece 37 is embedded in the corresponding notch, and the other end extends radially outwards along the rotating shaft 31. A notch for embedding the third limiting clamping piece 38 is formed in the inner circumferential wall of the stand pipe 20, one end of the third limiting clamping piece 38 is embedded with the corresponding notch, the other end of the third limiting clamping piece 38 extends inwards along the radial direction of the stand pipe 20, furthermore, a connecting sleeve is sleeved at a position, corresponding to the position between the second limiting clamping piece 37 and the third limiting clamping piece 38, of the top end of the rotating shaft 31, and the extending ends of the second limiting clamping piece 37 and the third limiting clamping piece 38 are fixed with the connecting sleeve.

When the rotating shaft 31 is subjected to a centrifugal force and tends to be pulled out upwards, the first limiting piece 36, the lower bearing 33, the sleeve 35, the upper bearing 32 and the third limiting piece 38 act on the vertical pipe 20 together to prevent the rotating shaft 31 from moving upwards, and when the rotating shaft 31 has a downward pulling-out tendency, the second limiting piece 37, the upper bearing 32, the sleeve 35, the lower bearing 33 and the expansion plug 22 act on the vertical pipe 20 together to prevent the rotating shaft 31 from pulling out downwards.

As a preferred embodiment, in conjunction with FIGS. 2 and 3, FIG. 2 shows an enlarged view of the structure of FIG. 1 at A; figure 3 shows a structural side view of the cartridge of the present invention. The top end of the rotating shaft 31 is sleeved with a clamping seat 41, a T-shaped plate 42 is inserted into the clamping seat 41, and the warning board 50 is installed on the T-shaped plate 42 in an offset manner.

Specifically, the bottom of the holder 41 is sleeved with the top end of the rotating shaft 31, a clamping groove 43 is formed in the top of the holder 41, a vertical plate of the T-shaped plate 42 is inserted into the clamping groove 43 and is connected to the holder 41 through a bolt, and a horizontal plate of the T-shaped plate 42 is connected to the bottom of the warning board 50 through a bolt in an offset manner. Due to the offset installation of the warning board 50 relative to the holder 41 (i.e., the rotating shaft 31), the warning board 50 can rotate to the same direction as the airflow more quickly and finally be in a static and stable state in the airflow, so that the wind area of the warning board 50 is always at the lowest level and is prevented from being damaged by wind.

As a preferred embodiment, in conjunction with FIG. 7, FIG. 7 shows a cross-sectional view of C-C of FIG. 4 in accordance with the present invention. The bottom of the base 10 is provided with a ground nail 11 for fixing, and the top of the base 10 is connected with a sleeve seat 12 for sleeving the stand pipe 20.

The sleeve mount 12 is fastened to the base 10 by bolts 121 and threaded holes.
