Background

In industrial applications, thermometers are widely used to measure temperature parameters of the internal medium of process system pipes, vessels, etc. However, when thermometers are used to measure the temperature of the fluid medium inside certain vessels or pipes that are relatively large and operate at relatively high pressures. In order to ensure the accuracy of temperature measurement, a thermometer with a long length needs to be inserted into the interior of the temperature measuring device effectively, the insertion depth of some thermometers can reach 0.5 meter or even more than 1 meter according to different process system conditions, and the design length of the thermometers exceeds the length of the thermometers in common industrial application. Meanwhile, in order to improve the measurement sensitivity of the thermometer, the diameter of the thermometer probe is designed to be thin, so that the conduction of the temperature is accelerated, the response time of the thermometer is shorter, and the sensitivity is higher.

In the industrial application, in order to protect the thermometer body and prevent the thermometer from directly contacting with the measured medium, a dedicated thermometer protection tube is generally designed. A protective tube is usually welded to the wall of the vessel or pipeline, a thermometer is mounted in the protective tube, the temperature of the medium is transmitted to the thermometer via the protective tube, and the temperature of the medium is measured indirectly by measuring the temperature of the wall at the end of the protective tube. In order to ensure that the measurement accuracy and the response time meet the requirements, the thermometer probe internally provided with the temperature sensing element such as a PT100 resistance wire needs to be in close contact with the end part of the protection tube, and the looseness or obvious clearance is not allowed.

In practical application, the thermometer and the protection tube thereof are long and are placed in high-temperature and high-pressure fluid, so that the protection tube has certain vibration. Along with the long-term operation of a process system, the bending deformation of the armored cable of the thermometer is easily caused by the action of the gravity of the thermometer, so that the thermometer probe cannot be attached to the wall surface of the protective tube of the thermometer, and the measurement precision and the response time are influenced. Taking a primary loop thermometer of a certain nuclear power station as an example, the length of the thermometer is more than 0.5 meter, and the diameter is less than 4 millimeters. In order to protect the thermometer, the thermometer is provided with a protective tube, and simultaneously, in order to provide the thermometer with a support and prevent the thermometer from vibrating under the influence of fluid, the thermometer is provided with a solid metal support ring in a segmented mode. When the unit is operated at full power, the temperature of the medium measured by the thermometer exceeds 300 ℃, and the pressure of the medium exceeds 15 MPa.

However, in this high-temperature and high-pressure environment, after the thermometer runs for a long time, because the diameter of the thermometer probe and the armored cable is small, the middle support ring of the thermometer is tightly attached to the inner wall of the protection tube, the assembly clearance is small, the inner diameter of the protection tube becomes small due to the deformation of the thermometer protection tube caused by long-term high pressure, the thermometer support ring is clamped, and the situation that the thermometer cannot be pulled out or the thermometer is broken occurs for many times. In addition, the position of the thermometer is a containment building, the radiation dose of the building is high, and maintenance personnel are not suitable for long-time maintenance.

Therefore, it is very important to design a thermometer with high precision and sensitivity, vibration resistance and easy disassembly, reduce the failure rate of the thermometer and improve the working efficiency of maintenance personnel.

The invention aims to provide a large length-diameter ratio thermometer based on an elastic support ring, which is long in length and small in diameter, supports an armored cable arranged in a protective tube through a novel elastic support ring, is vibration-resistant and easy to disassemble, can effectively cope with severe environments such as large insertion depth, high temperature, high pressure, flow-induced vibration and the like, guarantees temperature measurement precision and response time, reduces the failure rate of the thermometer, and improves the working efficiency of maintenance personnel.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.

As shown in FIG. 1, the invention provides a thermometer with large length-diameter ratio based on an elastic support ring, which comprises: the thermometer comprises a thermometer body, a protection tube 1, a thermometer electrical interface 2, a thermometer mounting interface 3 and an elastic support ring 5; the thermometer body comprises an armored cable 4 and a thermometer probe 6.

The center of the bottom end of the inner cavity of the protection tube 1 is provided with a hole groove, the diameter of the hole groove is the same as that of the thermometer probe 6, and the depth of the hole groove is larger than the length of the thermometer probe 6.
