Background

The test probe is also called a semiconductor probe and consists of a needle tube, a spring and a needle head. During assembly of the test probe, the needle is typically inserted into the screen plate.

However, at present, the needle is inserted into the sieve plate and is mainly operated manually, and the operation mode has low production efficiency and is difficult to adapt to large-scale production and processing operation.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a full-automatic needle head shaking machine, which solves the problem of low efficiency caused by the fact that a needle head is inserted into a sieve plate in the existing manual mode.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: the full-automatic needle head shaking machine comprises a machine case, wherein a vibrating mechanism and a jacking mechanism are arranged at the top of the machine case, the jacking mechanism is located below the vibrating mechanism, and a material placing box and a tray jacking mechanism are arranged on the jacking mechanism.

As shown in fig. 4, in the full-automatic needle head shaking machine of the present invention, the jacking mechanism includes two jacking cylinders 19 disposed at the top of the case 1, the two jacking cylinders 19 are disposed at two sides of the supporting rod 15, the driving end of each jacking cylinder 19 is provided with a limiting plate 16, and the limiting plate 16 is provided with a pulley 8.

When the two jacking cylinders 19 work, one is always in an extending state, and the other is in a contracting state. The jacking cylinder 19 drives the lower supporting plate 9 to swing left and right by taking the supporting rod 15 as an axis, and the swinging degree is determined by the matching track of the cam shaft 6 and the cam hole. Meanwhile, under the vibration action of the vibrator 14, the discharging box 2 rocks on the upper supporting plate 12 supported by the plurality of buffer springs 10, and finally the needle head is vibrated to the sieve holes of the sieve plate.

As shown in fig. 3, in the fully automatic needle oscillating machine of the present invention, the number of the buffer springs 10 is four, and four buffer springs 10 are disposed at four corners of the upper support plate 12.

The four buffer springs 10 support the upper supporting plate 12, so that the elasticity of the upper supporting plate 12 is ensured to be uniform, and the four buffer springs are matched with the two jacking cylinders 19 to form periodic shaking.

As shown in fig. 3, in the fully automatic needle swinging machine of the present invention, a limiting rod 17 is disposed on the limiting plate 16, and a jacking spring 18 is sleeved on the limiting rod 17.

The lower end of the limiting rod 17 extends into the case 1, so that the jacking spring 18 is ensured to contract when the jacking cylinder 19 contracts, and a certain limiting effect is achieved.

As shown in fig. 4, in the full-automatic needle head shaking machine of the present invention, the top plate mechanism comprises a top plate cylinder 5 disposed at the top of the machine case 1, a top block 20 is disposed at the driving end of the top plate cylinder 5, and the top block 20 extends into the material placing box 2.

After the vibration is set for time, the driving end of the top disc cylinder 5 extends out, the sieve plate with the inserted needle head is ejected out through the ejector block 20, and a worker can take away and replace the next sieve plate without the inserted needle head.

As shown in fig. 5, the fully automatic needle shaking machine of the present invention further comprises a protective cover 3, wherein the protective cover 3 is arranged between the machine case 1 and the material discharging box 2.

The vibration mechanism, the jacking mechanism and the disc jacking mechanism are positioned in the protective cover 3, so that a part can be prevented from being shaken off and popped up in the vibration process and being splashed onto a person.

Therefore, compared with the prior art, the full-automatic needle head shaking machine has the advantages that the needle heads of the probes are inserted in a machining mode, the manual participation degree is low, the production efficiency is greatly improved, and the full-automatic needle head shaking machine can adapt to industrial large-scale production operation. In addition, the full-automatic needle head shaking machine is simple in structure, convenient to operate, low in manufacturing cost and good in market popularization and application prospect.
