4. A method of preparing a hydrogen peroxide based plasma sterilant according to claim 3, characterised in that: the processing voltage intensity in the third step is 30-80 KV.

5. A method of preparing a hydrogen peroxide based plasma sterilant according to claim 3, characterised in that: the treatment time in the third step is 1-10 min.

Background

The cold source plasma sterilization technology is a new non-thermal sterilization technology for food, and compared with high-temperature sterilization, the method can achieve a higher sterilization effect at room temperature; compared with microwave sterilization and irradiation sterilization, the technology has the advantages of low cost, simple equipment structure and convenient operation. The medium blocks the cold source plasma under different gaseous medium, electric field intensity, medium plate and separates the condition, can produce different active material such as oxygen free radical, nitrogen free radical, ozone, ultraviolet ray, these active material are absorbed by water, produce active ingredient such as ozone, hydrogen peroxide, nitrogen peroxide free radical, nitrogen-containing free radical in water, thus increase the oxidation reduction potential of water, make the water after processing have certain sterilization fresh-keeping ability. At present, the main mode of food sterilization and fresh-keeping is sterilization mainly carried out at high temperature or high temperature and high pressure, and the sterilization mode can damage the appearance, nutrient components (vitamins, functional proteins and functional pigments), volatile flavor components, texture characteristics and the like of food due to overhigh temperature, so the sterilization mode is not suitable for the sterilization and fresh-keeping packaging of heat-sensitive food or fresh agricultural products and animal products. Due to the limitation of the application of the sterilization mode, the abuse of antibacterial drugs or illegal additives in the process of passing the food is caused, and the safety accident of the food is caused. Therefore, the exploration of novel antibacterial substances in food, the effective inhibition of the growth and the propagation of microorganisms such as pathogenic bacteria and the like, and the maintenance of the original flavor quality and the nutritional value of food have become necessary trends of the development of new food cold sterilization technology in the world.

and step three, adjusting the corresponding treatment voltage intensity and treatment time in the reaction interface, and finally obtaining the hydrogen peroxide-based plasma bactericide.

Preferably, the processing voltage intensity in the third step is 30-80 KV.

Preferably, the treatment time in step three is 1 to 10 min.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the hydrogen peroxide-based plasma bactericide and the preparation method thereof are obtained by treating the hydrogen peroxide aqueous solution with the medium blocking cold source plasma, can greatly improve the sterilization capability, have a great application range, belong to non-thermal sterilization technology, and have profound significance for bacteriostasis and disinfection of non-thermal foods, medicines, materials and the like, so that the market prospect is high.

Example 5

Firstly, 0.8 weight part of hydrogen peroxide is added into a reaction container, 99.2 weight parts of water is filled in the reaction container, then the reaction container is placed in a reaction interface of the dielectric barrier discharge cold source plasma, the corresponding voltage treatment intensity is adjusted to be 50KV, the corresponding treatment time is 5 min, and the hydrogen peroxide-based plasma bactericide is obtained after the treatment.

Example 6

Firstly, adding 1.4 parts by weight of hydrogen peroxide into a reaction container, wherein 98.6 parts by weight of water is filled in the reaction container, then placing the reaction container in a reaction interface of a dielectric barrier discharge cold source plasma, adjusting the corresponding voltage treatment intensity to be 60KV, and the corresponding treatment time to be 4 min, and obtaining the hydrogen peroxide-based plasma bactericide after the treatment.

Comparative example 1

First, 1 part by weight of hydrogen peroxide was added to a reaction vessel containing 99 parts by weight of water, and then the reaction vessel was not placed in a reaction interface of a dielectric barrier discharge cold source plasma for treatment, to obtain the bactericide of comparative example 1.

Comparative example 2

The reaction vessel containing no hydrogen peroxide but only water was placed in the reaction interface of the dielectric barrier discharge cold source plasma, the corresponding voltage treatment intensity was adjusted to 60KV, the corresponding treatment time was 4 min, and the bactericide of comparative example 2 was obtained after the treatment.

The bactericidal agents obtained in the above examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 and 2 were analyzed for their bactericidal effects against staphylococcus aureus in a planktonic state and a biofilm state under the same experimental conditions, and the test results shown in table 1 below were obtained;

As can be seen from table 1, the sterilization effect of the sterilizer was significantly reduced when the voltage treatment was not performed or when hydrogen peroxide was not added, and the sterilization effect of the sterilizer was significantly improved when the voltage treatment was performed after hydrogen peroxide was added.

Therefore, the hydrogen peroxide-based plasma bactericide and the preparation method thereof are obtained by treating the hydrogen peroxide aqueous solution with the dielectric barrier cold source plasma, wherein the dielectric barrier cold source plasma generates active oxygen radicals, hydroxyl radicals, nitroxide radicals and other active ingredients by breaking down air in a system to provide active substances for the reaction system; the hydrogen peroxide provides hydrogen atoms and oxygen atoms for the system, so that the absorption effect of the system on the plasma is improved to a greater extent, and the hydrogen peroxide is used as a reaction carrier to react with active ingredients in the plasma to generate more stable disinfection ingredients, so that the sterilization capability can be greatly improved, the hydrogen peroxide has a great application range, belongs to a non-thermal sterilization technology, and has profound significance for the bacteriostasis and sterilization of non-thermal foods, medicines, materials and the like, and thus, the market prospect is high.
