According to the requirements of national and international product standards, the raw materials for producing plastic pipes and plastic pipe fittings for cold and hot water are special materials for pipelines which pass the qualification judgment by testing according to the regulations in GB/T18252-2000 'determination of long-term hydrostatic strength of thermoplastic plastic pipes by an extrapolation method for plastic pipeline systems'. That is, each raw material manufacturer must make a creep rupture curve meeting the predicted strength reference curve according to the floor heating pipe product standard to prove that the sold raw material is qualified. The floor heating pipe needs to be temporarily stored in the production process, and a storage device is used at the moment.

The existing storage device is used for carrying out rolling storage on a ground heating coil after extrusion molding, firstly conveying the ground heating coil for a distance, then rolling the ground heating coil, wherein the inner diameter of the coil formed by rolling is fixed, and the maximum outer diameter which can be reached by the coil is also fixed, so that the maximum length of the ground heating coil which can be rolled can not be changed, the storage capacity of the storage device can not be adjusted according to actual needs, the practicability is limited, and therefore the temporary storage device after extrusion molding of the ground heating coil is needed to overcome the problem.

In view of this, the invention provides a temporary storage device for a floor heating pipe after extrusion molding, which can change the size of the inner diameter of a floor heating pipe tray by adjusting the position of a limiting plate, so that the maximum storage capacity of the storage device is changed, and the practicability is higher.

According to one embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 1-2, the guide carriage comprises a height adjustable crane 1 and a support guide assembly 2 mounted on top of the crane 1. The crane 1 comprises a lifting base 101, an outer sleeve 102, an inner sleeve rod 103 and a locking bolt 104. The lifting base 101 may be fixed to the ground by bolts or may be directly placed on the ground. The bottom of the support frame 202 is welded with a connecting plate 201, and the connecting plate 201 is connected with the top of the inner loop bar 103. A driving toothed ring 901 engaged with the driven gear 905 is installed on the top of the winding frame 7, and a driving member (e.g., a motor, not shown in the figure) drives the driving toothed ring 901 to rotate around its central axis, so as to drive the threaded rod 904 to rotate, so that the moving plate 906 moves along the length direction of the connecting seat 903 (i.e., the diameter direction of the winding frame 7), thereby achieving the purpose of changing the inner diameter of the tube disc.

The limiting plate 8 and the moving plate 906 are detachably connected through bolts, so that the deformed limiting plate 8 can be maintained and replaced conveniently.

The working principle of the invention is as follows: the extruded ground heating pipe 10 is conveyed by the supporting guide roller 203, then conveyed by the limiting guide roller 502, and finally wound into a pipe coil by the winding frame 7 for temporary storage. According to the size of the volume of the ground heating coil 10 of same batch production, can adjust the position of limiting plate 8 to change the internal diameter size of tube coils, under the unchangeable condition of the external diameter size of tube coils, changed the rolling storage capacity of rolling frame 7 in other words, make its practicality stronger.
