Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of drilling machine control, in particular to a method for controlling the rotating speed of an engine of a sampling drilling machine.

Background

In the construction process of the drilling machine, when one drill rod is drilled, sampling and other operations which do not need the action of the drilling machine are needed. In order to save fuel and provide a more comfortable sound environment, the engine speed is generally adjusted to an idle speed state when the drilling machine does not operate, and the engine speed is adjusted to a working speed when the drilling machine needs to operate.

In the prior art, the control input signals are divided into a switch type control and an analog type control according to the engine speed.

As for the switching control method, there are mainly the following control methods. Firstly, an accelerator switch signal of a local operation panel is connected to an input port of a controller, a wireless remote controller receiver communicates with the controller through a CAN bus, the controller receives an acceleration and deceleration speed signal of the input port or the CAN bus, and after logical judgment, the controller transmits the signal to an engine through a CAN bus signal or an analog voltage output mode so as to control the rotating speed of the engine. The second is a touch display screen or a display soft key mode. The engine speed acceleration and deceleration button is operated on the display, the display directly controls the engine speed through a CAN bus, or the display transmits a control signal to the controller, and the controller controls the engine speed. Thirdly, the panel adds and subtracts the rotational speed switch signal, and the relay of the remote controller outputs the add and subtract signal to directly enter the controller.

For the analog quantity control mode, a main throttle potentiometer signal and a remote throttle signal are mainly used for entering a controller or an ECM, and the two throttles are switched through the ECM remote throttle signal.

In order to save the layout space of a panel and control simplicity of speed regulation at multiple positions, the conventional sampling drilling machine generally does not adopt an idle switch mode to switch the idle speed and the working speed of an engine.

In order to save energy, the drilling machine is basically a load sensitive system consisting of a hydraulic proportional multi-way valve and a variable pump. The main drilling action, the amplitude variation action and the like are basically in the modes of hydraulic handle operation. The hydraulic system collects the pressure of each valve block LS and sends the pressure to the LS port of the variable pump through the shuttle valve.

The prior art has the following defects: only has the manual speed regulation function, and the accelerator needs to be manually increased or reduced each time the drilling machine operates and stops operating; manual engine speed regulation needs to look over an engine speed meter to regulate to a set speed, needs manual observation and multiple times of regulation, and is inconvenient to observe the speed when the sight is not good or the remote wireless operation is carried out.

In the automatic mode, when the drilling machine acts, the rotating speed of the engine is automatically and rapidly set as the working rotating speed; when the drill stops operating, the engine speed is automatically set to the idling speed. The engine can be quickly set to the working speed and the idling speed in the manual mode.

Referring to fig. 1, a method for controlling the rotation speed of an engine of a sampling drilling machine,

the control hardware comprises a controller, and an engine rotating speed control switch, a display, a wireless remote controller and a pressure switch which are respectively connected with the controller;

the control method of the engine rotating speed comprises an automatic speed regulation mode, wherein the automatic speed regulation mode comprises the following steps:

The engine speed and the default operating speed of the engine can be displayed on the display.

2. Principle of automatic speed regulation

When the hydraulic handle acts, the maximum working pressure LS of the system is obtained through comparison of the shuttle valve, and the pressure LS is connected with the LS port of the load sensitive pump. The load-sensitive pump automatically adjusts the pump displacement according to the LS port pressure to meet the load requirement, a constant pressure difference is formed between the output pressure of the system and the load, and whether the drilling machine acts or not can be directly judged by detecting the LS pressure.

Due to the pressure variations that are always loaded, the displacement of the pump is adjusted, which in turn affects the engine torque percentage. The LS pressure is always chronologically earlier than the percentage change in torque obtained from the engine.

Because of the hysteresis characteristics of the pressure switch, the pressure is sensed at the LS port and the reset setting of the pressure switch should be just enough to avoid the standby pressure (typically around 2 mpa) when the device is not active. Thus the subsystem is most sensitive and free of erroneous operation.

The rotating speed of the engine can be automatically controlled directly by detecting the LS pressure, and the torque percentage is used as an auxiliary and redundant detection scheme.

Automatic governing by LS pressure sensing controls engine speed only when LS pressure changes so that manual governing can preferentially control engine speed.

3. Principle of manual speed regulation

In the occasions requiring manual speed regulation, such as debugging, maximum speed testing and the like, the speed regulation can be realized by manual speed regulation. The priority of manual operation is higher than the priority of automatic speed regulation.

Adding signals according to the rotating speed for a long time, and increasing the rotating speed of the engine (such as 25 revolutions) according to certain interval time (such as 0.2S) and amplitude until the highest rotating speed of the engine; and the signal is reduced according to the rotating speed for a long time, and the rotating speed of the engine is reduced according to certain interval time and amplitude until the engine rotates at the idle speed.

Detecting the rotating speed of the speed regulating switch and a switch double-click signal, and automatically regulating to the working rotating speed; and detecting a double-click signal of a rotating speed reducing switch of the speed regulating switch, and automatically regulating to an idle speed.

The beneficial effects of the above technical scheme are that:

the invention provides a sampling drilling machine engine rotating speed control method, which not only can automatically adjust the rotating speed of an engine, but also can reduce the times and time of manual operation and improve the working efficiency; and the engine can be prevented from running without load for a long time, the oil consumption is reduced, the energy is saved, and the construction cost is reduced.
