A use method of a PVA collodion cotton head preparation mold comprises the following steps:

s1, pouring the mold: the upper mold 51 and the lower mold 5 are separated, and the PVA collodion raw material is poured into the upper mold 51 and the lower mold 5 to compact the upper mold 51 and the lower mold 5.

S2, steaming the raw materials: add water to the inside of storage water tank 11 through inlet tube 12, start the inside water that second water pump 45 extracted storage water tank 11 and carry to the inside of heating box 42, start hot plate 43 and add hot water, overturn second chamber door 46 simultaneously, starter motor 22 drives ball screw 23 and rotates, make nut plate 24 drive second chamber door 46 reset and fix a position through hasp 411 after lower mould 5 and last mould 51 move to the inside of heating box 41 again, start second electric putter 47 and drive second closing plate 48 and will be located one section activity hole 27 of heating box 41 inside and shelter from, reduce the heat loss.

S3, preserving heat for later use: after the steaming is finished, the second box door 46 is opened, the starting motor 22 drives the nut plate 24, the lower die 5 and the upper die 51 to move out of the heating box 41, then the second box door 46 is closed, and meanwhile, the second electric push rod 47 is started to descend again, so that the second sealing plate 48 drives the stop block 49 to shield the gap left after the nut plate 24 is moved away, the heating box 41 is in a heat preservation state, and the heating efficiency is improved when the heating box is used next time.

S4, cooling the die: the first box door 34 is opened, the starting motor 22 drives the lower die 5 and the upper die 51 to move to the inside of the cooling box 31 through the nut plate 24, then the first box door 34 is reset, the first electric push rod 37 is started to drive the first sealing plate 38 to shield a section of movable hole 27 in the cooling box 31, water sputtering is avoided, the first water pump 32 is started to pump water in the water storage tank 11 and convey the water to the spraying pipe 33, and the water is sprayed out through a spray head at the bottom of the spraying pipe 33, so that the lower die 5 and the upper die 51 are cooled rapidly, and the flushed water is filtered through the filter screen 36 and is collected again to the inside of the water storage tank 11 through the water collecting tray 35.

S5, taking out raw materials: after the cooling finishes, close first water pump 32, start fan 39 will go up the water blowdown on mould 51 surface, the staff of being convenient for takes, with first chamber door 34 upset back, starter motor 22 drives nut plate 24 and removes from the inside of cooler bin 31, can take out the PVA glued membrane after the shaping, and adnexed water droplet falls on the lower mould 5 at the top of storage water tank 11, can collect the inside to storage water tank 11 with the water that drips through the hole 14 that leaks.

When the water heater is used, water is added into the water storage tank 11 through the water inlet pipe 12, the second water pump 45 is started to pump the water in the water storage tank 11 and convey the water into the heating box 42, the heating plate 43 is started to heat the water, the second box door 46 is turned over, the starting motor 22 drives the ball screw 23 to rotate, the nut plate 24 drives the lower die 5 and the upper die 51 to move into the heating box 41, then the second box door 46 is reset and positioned through the buckle 411, the second electric push rod 47 is started to drive the second sealing plate 48 to shield a section of movable hole 27 in the heating box 41, after the raw materials are steamed, the second box door 46 is opened, the starting motor 22 drives the nut plate 24, the lower die 5 and the upper die 51 to move out of the heating box 41, then the second box door 46 is closed, the second electric push rod 47 is started to descend again at the same time, so that the second sealing plate 48 drives the stop block 49 to shield the vacant position left, so that the heating box 41 is in a heat preservation state, the first box door 34 is opened, the starting motor 22 drives the lower die 5 and the upper die 51 to move to the inside of the cooling box 31 through the nut plate 24, then the first box door 34 is reset, the first electric push rod 37 is started to drive the first sealing plate 38 to shield a section of movable hole 27 in the cooling box 31, so that water is prevented from sputtering everywhere, the first water pump 32 is started to pump water in the water storage box 11 and convey the water to the spraying pipe 33, and the water is sprayed out through a nozzle at the bottom of the spraying pipe 33, so that the lower die 5 and the upper die 51 are rapidly cooled, the flushed water is collected to the inside of the water storage box 11 through the water collecting tray 35 of the water filtering net 36, after cooling is finished, the fan 39 is started to blow off water on the surface of the upper die 51, after the first box door 34 is turned over, the starting motor 22 drives the nut plate 24 to move out from the inside, at the same time, the filter screen 36 can be removed for cleaning, and the operation of the device is completed as described above.
