1. A hoist transport device, comprising:

the main body frame comprises a bottom frame and a support frame fixed on the bottom frame, and traveling wheels are arranged at the bottom of the bottom frame;

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of hoisting equipment, in particular to a hoisting and transporting device.

Background

After the roller bearing seat, the catcher and other containing parts are taken off, the heavier containing parts need to be hoisted by a crane to an assembly site, and the lighter containing parts are lifted by manpower. If the crane in the factory building is used for hoisting, the crane often needs to wait, so that workers are wasted, and the construction efficiency is relatively low; if the manual carrying is used, the labor intensity is high, the personnel can be easily damaged, and particularly, when the connecting handle and the bearing seat are re-installed, the personnel can be easily scalded, and great potential safety hazards exist.

Therefore, it is necessary to develop a hoisting and transporting device to improve the construction efficiency of replacing shaft containers, reduce labor intensity and improve safety.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above disadvantages of the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide a hoisting and transporting device, which is used to solve the problems of low construction efficiency, high labor intensity and potential safety hazard caused by replacing containers such as a handle, a bearing seat, etc. in the prior art.

To achieve the above and other related objects, the present invention provides a hoist transport device, comprising:

the main body frame comprises a bottom frame and a support frame fixed on the bottom frame, and traveling wheels are arranged at the bottom of the bottom frame;

the lifting bracket is connected with the supporting frame and comprises a lifting bracket through hole;

the bearing support tube is fixed on the lifting bracket and is of a hollow structure, the bearing support tube is communicated with the through hole of the lifting bracket to form a through hole, the through hole is used for accommodating the ejector rod, and an open structure is formed between the bearing support tube and the bottom frame;

elevating system, including gear, drive chain and the lift cylinder that is connected, gear and lift cylinder are fixed in on the main body frame, drive chain's one end with the lift bracket is connected, and the other end warp the gear with lift cylinder connects, through the lift cylinder drive the lift bracket is in order to drive the lift of bearing trusteeship.

Optionally, the bottom frame comprises 2 bottom frame cross beams arranged in parallel and 1 bottom frame longitudinal beam perpendicular to and fixedly connected with the bottom frame cross beams; the support frame is fixed in the upper surface of underframe longeron, just support frame is including parallel arrangement and perpendicular to 2 supporting beam and perpendicular and with supporting beam fixed connection's 1 supporting longeron of underframe longeron.

As mentioned above, the lifting and transporting device is convenient to move by arranging the travelling wheels on the main body frame; the lifting bracket is connected with the lifting oil cylinder through a gear and a transmission chain, the lifting of the lifting bracket is realized by driving the lifting oil cylinder through a rechargeable electric pump, and the bearing support tube is fixed on the lifting bracket and can move up and down along with the lifting bracket in the height direction of the main body frame so as to meet the transportation requirements of bearing seats, connecting handles and other containing parts with different heights; the bearing support tube is designed into a hollow structure and forms a through hole with the lifting bracket, so that a mandril of the drawing equipment during dismantling can be accommodated through the through hole, and the shaft type containing piece can be conveniently dismantled; the bearing support tube and the bottom frame are designed to be of an open structure, so that the shaft containing parts placed on the ground can be conveniently supported or the shaft containing parts which are detached can be conveniently placed on the ground. When the roller is assembled, the hoisting and transporting device can replace hoisting machinery to a great extent, flexible transportation can be carried out on shaft bearings, connecting handles and other accommodating parts, occupation or waiting of a travelling crane is avoided, a large amount of manual carrying operation is avoided, labor intensity of manual carrying is reduced, and particularly when the shaft accommodating parts are re-assembled, direct contact between personnel and a heating member can be avoided, so that construction operation is safer. The hoisting and transporting device has the advantages of simple and reliable structure, high construction efficiency, low labor intensity, high safety and strong popularization.

The embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to specific embodiments, and other advantages and effects of the present invention will be easily understood by those skilled in the art from the disclosure of the present specification. The invention is capable of other and different embodiments and of being practiced or of being carried out in various ways, and its several details are capable of modification in various respects, all without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.

It should be noted that the drawings provided in the present embodiment are only for illustrating the basic idea of the present invention, and the drawings only show the components related to the present invention rather than being drawn according to the number, shape and size of the components in actual implementation, and the type, quantity and proportion of each component in actual implementation may be changed arbitrarily, and the layout of the components may be more complicated.

The embodiment provides a lifting and transporting device, which comprises a main body frame 110, a lifting bracket 130, a bearing support pipe 140 and a lifting mechanism. The main body frame 110 includes a bottom frame and a support frame fixed on the bottom frame, and a traveling wheel 160 is disposed at the bottom of the bottom frame; the lifting bracket 130 is connected to the support frame and includes a lifting bracket through hole; the bearing support pipe 140 is fixed on the lifting bracket 130, the bearing support pipe 140 is a hollow structure, the bearing support pipe 140 is communicated with the through hole of the lifting bracket to form a through hole, a top rod (not shown) of a drawing device during dismantling is accommodated through the through hole, and an open structure is formed between the bearing support pipe 140 and the bottom frame; elevating system is including the gear, drive chain 120 and the lift cylinder 150 that are connected, gear and lift cylinder 150 are fixed in on the main body frame 110, drive chain 120's one end with lift bracket 130 is connected, and the other end warp the gear with lift cylinder 150 is connected, through lift cylinder 150 drive lift bracket 130, in order to drive bearing trusteeship 140 goes up and down.

The hoisting and transporting device includes, by way of example, a hoisting and transporting device applied to bearing seat replacement or catcher replacement, but is not limited to this, and can also be used for transporting other shaft-type containers.

As an example, the support frame has a groove and the lifting bracket has a protrusion, and the lifting bracket 130 and the support frame are connected by the groove and the protrusion. Wherein the groove may be a slide rail and the protrusion may be a pulley, such that the lifting bracket moves on the slide rail of the support frame through the pulley.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the through hole is oval, which is beneficial to the through hole to accommodate the ejector rod of the drawing device during the removal, so that the ejector rod passes through the through hole and abuts against the main shaft, thereby meeting the jacking requirement, and directly sliding into the bearing support tube 140 after the shaft containing part is pulled out, and directly transporting the shaft containing part backwards. As an example, the lifting mechanisms are symmetrically disposed on the main body frame 110.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the lifting mechanism includes the gear, the transmission chain 120 and the lifting cylinder 150, which are correspondingly disposed, and the stability of the hoisting and transporting device can be further improved by symmetrically disposing the lifting mechanism.

Illustratively, the lift cylinder 150 includes a hydraulic cylinder and is driven by a rechargeable electric pump.

As an example, the traveling wheels 160 include a traveling wheel provided with a locking mechanism so as to fix the traveling wheels 160 and facilitate stability of positioning of the lifting transportation device.

As an example, the traveling wheels 160 include two sets having a height difference, and each set of the traveling wheels 160 includes at least two traveling wheels 160 disposed at the same height, so that the bottom frame has a step surface. As shown in fig. 2, in this embodiment, the bottom frame longitudinal beam is located at the step surface, and the stability of the hoisting and transporting device can be further improved by the step surface.

As an example, the bottom of the bottom frame is further provided with a permanent magnet positioning mechanism or an electromagnet positioning mechanism.

In the embodiment, considering that the shaft-like containing parts, such as a catcher, a bearing seat and the like, have the characteristic of being provided with the opening, the hoisting and transporting device with the bearing support pipe 140 is designed, and the bearing support pipe 140 can be inserted into the opening, so that the shaft-like containing parts are supported; furthermore, the shaft containing part can freely rotate on the bearing support pipe 140, and is particularly suitable for mounting the shaft containing part with keys, so that the shaft containing part can meet the requirements of the keys on rotation; the bearing support tube 140 is designed to be a hollow structure, and can be placed at the front end of the main shaft before the shaft containing part is detached, so that a top rod of a hydraulic jack can support the main shaft through the bearing support tube 140 to meet the jacking requirement, and the shaft containing part can directly slide into the bearing support tube 140 after being pulled out and can be directly transported backwards, so that the shaft containing part can be prevented from directly falling off to injure personnel or plant terraces; the bearing support tube 140 is mounted on the lifting bracket 130, so that the lifting bracket 130 drives the lifting cylinder 150 through the rechargeable electric pump under the action of the lifting mechanism, and drives the transmission chain 120, so that the lifting bracket 130 moves up and down along the support frame to drive the bearing support tube 140 to move, thereby satisfying the transportation requirements of the shaft-type containing parts with different heights and expanding the application range; an open structure is designed between the bearing support tube 140 and the bottom frame, so that the shaft-like containing parts placed on the ground can be directly supported, or the shaft-like containing parts which are detached can be placed on the ground; the walking wheels 160 are arranged at the bottom of the bottom frame, so that the lifting and transporting device can conveniently carry the shaft containing pieces to move; the walking wheels with the locking mechanisms, the step surfaces of the bottom frame, the permanent magnet positioning mechanisms or the electromagnet positioning mechanisms can further improve the stability of hoisting and transporting.

According to the hoisting and transporting device, the travelling wheels are arranged on the main body frame, so that the hoisting and transporting device can move conveniently; the lifting bracket is connected with the lifting oil cylinder through a gear and a transmission chain, the lifting of the lifting bracket is realized by driving the lifting oil cylinder through a rechargeable electric pump, and the bearing support tube is fixed on the lifting bracket and can move up and down along with the lifting bracket in the height direction of the main body frame so as to meet the transportation requirements of bearing seats, connecting handles and other containing parts with different heights; the bearing support tube is designed into a hollow structure and forms a through hole with the lifting bracket, so that a mandril of the drawing equipment during dismantling can be accommodated through the through hole, and the shaft type containing piece can be conveniently dismantled; the bearing support tube and the bottom frame are designed to be of an open structure, so that the shaft containing parts placed on the ground can be conveniently supported or the shaft containing parts which are detached can be conveniently placed on the ground.
