1. The preparation method of the moisture-absorbing and quick-drying polyester low stretch yarn is characterized by comprising the following steps of:

(1) pretreatment of raw materials: carrying out high-temperature pre-crystallization on polyethylene glycol terephthalate slices, and then drying the polyethylene glycol terephthalate slices; simultaneously drying the color master batches, the hydrophilic polymer and the water-soluble polyester chips to ensure that the water content of the dried polyethylene terephthalate chips, the color master batches, the hydrophilic polymer and the water-soluble polyester chips is less than 30 ppm;

(2) melting and mixing: adding the dried polyethylene terephthalate slices into a double-screw extruder, adding the color master batch, the hydrophilic polymer and the water-soluble polyester slices which are dried under the drying condition, heating, mixing, melting and extruding the mixture by the double-screw extruder to obtain a melt material;

(3) spinning: adding the melt material prepared in the step (2) into a spinning box, extruding the melt material through a spinning metering pump, filtering and a hollow structure spinning nozzle to obtain hollow polyester precursor, and uniformly blowing and cooling the polyester precursor by using circular blowing;

(4) after finishing; placing the hollow polyester precursor in hot water for immersion treatment to strip water-soluble polyester components in the hollow polyester precursor, taking out the hollow polyester precursor for drying, oiling and wrapping by an oiling device, and winding;

(5) elasticizing treatment: and (4) subjecting the filament bundles subjected to post-finishing in the step (4) to texturing treatment by a texturing device to obtain the antibacterial polyester low-stretch yarns.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of polyester yarn preparation, in particular to a preparation method of moisture-absorbing quick-drying polyester low-stretch yarns.

Background

The polyester low stretch yarn (DTY) is a type of textured yarn of polyester chemical fiber, which is prepared by using polyester chips (PET) as raw materials, spinning polyester pre-oriented yarn (POY) at a high speed and then performing drafting and false twisting processing. The terylene heat insulation material has the characteristics of high breaking strength and elastic modulus of common terylene, excellent heat setting property, good resilience, heat resistance, light resistance, strong corrosion resistance, easy washing, quick drying and the like, and also has the characteristics of high bulkiness, good heat insulation property, comfortable hand feeling, soft luster and the like. The polyester low stretch yarn is an ideal raw material for knitting or weaving processing. The terylene low stretch yarn is generally used in the fields of clothing fabrics, bedding, decorative articles and the like.

With the improvement of living standard of people, the sports fitness becomes a necessary component of daily life of people, and the clothes for the sports fitness need to have the functions of sweat absorption, ventilation and quick drying so as to meet the use requirement. At present, most of sportswear with moisture absorption and quick drying functions is to put the knitted fabric into a finishing agent for moisture absorption and quick drying finishing, and then cut and make clothes. The clothes prepared by the method have poor moisture absorption and quick drying performance and poor washing fastness, and the moisture absorption and quick drying performance can be greatly reduced after the clothes are worn or washed for a plurality of times.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention mainly solves the technical problem of providing the preparation method of the moisture-absorbing quick-drying terylene low stretch yarn, which can fundamentally solve the problem of poor moisture-absorbing quick-drying performance of the fabric of the sportswear.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts a technical scheme that: the preparation method of the moisture-absorbing and quick-drying polyester low-stretch yarn comprises the following steps:

(1) pretreatment of raw materials: carrying out high-temperature pre-crystallization on polyethylene glycol terephthalate slices, and then drying the polyethylene glycol terephthalate slices; simultaneously drying the color master batches, the hydrophilic polymer and the water-soluble polyester chips to ensure that the water content of the dried polyethylene terephthalate chips, the color master batches, the hydrophilic polymer and the water-soluble polyester chips is less than 30 ppm;

(2) melting and mixing: adding the dried polyethylene terephthalate slices into a double-screw extruder, adding the color master batch, the hydrophilic polymer and the water-soluble polyester slices which are dried under the drying condition, heating, mixing, melting and extruding the mixture by the double-screw extruder to obtain a melt material;

(3) spinning: adding the melt material prepared in the step (2) into a spinning box, extruding the melt material through a spinning metering pump, filtering and a hollow structure spinning nozzle to obtain hollow polyester precursor, and uniformly blowing and cooling the polyester precursor by using circular blowing;

(4) after finishing; placing the hollow polyester precursor in hot water for immersion treatment to strip water-soluble polyester components in the hollow polyester precursor, taking out the hollow polyester precursor for drying, oiling and wrapping by an oiling device, and winding;

(5) elasticizing treatment: and (4) subjecting the filament bundles subjected to post-finishing in the step (4) to texturing treatment by a texturing device to obtain the antibacterial polyester low-stretch yarns.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in the step (1), the temperature of the pre-crystallization is 170 to 175 ℃, the temperature of the drying is 185 to 188 ℃, and the drying time is 7 to 7.5 hours.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in the step (2), the addition amount of each material is: the polyester resin composition comprises, by weight, 60-70 parts of polyethylene terephthalate chips, 5-10 parts of color master batches, 20-30 parts of water-soluble polyester chips and 10-15 parts of hydrophilic resin.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the shear viscosity of the water-soluble polyester chip is less than the shear viscosity of the polyethylene terephthalate chip.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the hydrophilic resin is composed of polyether modified polyester and hydrophilic modified polyamide, and the mass ratio of the polyether modified polyester to the hydrophilic modified polyamide is 1: 1.5 to 2.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in the step (3), the temperature of the spinning is 285-295 ℃.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in the step (3), the process conditions of the circular blowing are as follows: the air temperature is 20-25 ℃, the air pressure is 42-45 Pa, and the humidity is 75-80%.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the preparation method of the moisture-absorbing and quick-drying polyester low stretch yarn, the water-soluble polyester chips, the hydrophilic resin and the common polyester chips are melted and spun together, the water-soluble polyester component on the surface of the hollow polyester precursor yarn is removed through hot water stripping before stretching, and micropores generated by stripping the water-soluble polyester on the surface of the hollow polyester precursor yarn can deform in the subsequent winding and stretching process, so that the removal of water absorbed by the polyester precursor yarn is facilitated, and the quick-drying effect is improved; the hollow polyester low stretch yarn prepared by the invention has excellent mechanical property, good water absorption effect, high moisture removal speed, moisture absorption, moisture guide and moisture removal effects and wide market prospect.

Detailed Description

The following detailed description of the preferred embodiments of the present invention is provided to enable those skilled in the art to more readily understand the advantages and features of the present invention, and to clearly and unequivocally define the scope of the present invention.

The embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps:

the preparation method of the moisture-absorbing and quick-drying polyester low-stretch yarn comprises the following raw materials in formula: 70 parts of polyethylene terephthalate chip, 10 parts of color master batch, 30 parts of water-soluble polyester chip and 15 parts of hydrophilic resin; wherein the shear viscosity of the water-soluble polyester chip is less than the shear viscosity of the polyethylene terephthalate chip; the water-soluble polyester chips are added, and can be stripped through hot water treatment after spinning, so that micropores are formed on the surface of the polyester yarn, the wet-conducting effect is improved, the purpose of quick drying is realized, and the hot water stripping method is more environment-friendly and causes less damage to the polyester yarn; the hydrophilic resin is composed of polyether modified polyester and hydrophilic modified polyamide, and the mass ratio of the polyether modified polyester to the hydrophilic modified polyamide is 1: 1.5-2; the hydrophilic resin is selected to absorb moisture generated on the surface of the skin in time, and then the moisture is discharged through the structures such as micropores on the surface of the fiber, so that the purposes of moisture absorption and quick drying are achieved, and the cold catching after the human body sweats due to exercise is prevented.

The preparation method comprises the following steps:

(1) pretreatment of raw materials: performing high-temperature pre-crystallization on polyethylene terephthalate slices at the temperature of 170-175 ℃ for 20min, and then performing hot air drying on the polyethylene terephthalate slices for 7.5h, specifically, performing the same drying treatment on the color master batches, the hydrophilic polymers and the water-soluble polyester slices at the hot air temperature of 185-188 ℃, so that the water content of the dried polyethylene terephthalate slices, the color master batches, the hydrophilic polymers and the water-soluble polyester slices is less than 30ppm, and the raw materials can be prevented from being sticky due to the lower water content;

(2) melting and mixing: adding the dried polyethylene terephthalate slices into a double-screw extruder, adding the color master batch, the hydrophilic polymer and the water-soluble polyester slices which are dried under the drying condition, heating, mixing, melting and extruding the mixture by the double-screw extruder to obtain a melt material; in particular, the twin-screw extruder has six heating sections, each heating section having a temperature of: the extrusion pressure is 7-8.5 MPa at the first zone of 275 ℃, the second zone of 278 ℃, the third zone of 282 ℃, the fourth zone of 283 ℃, the fifth zone of 285 ℃, the sixth zone of 288 ℃;

(3) spinning: adding the melt material prepared in the step (2) into a spinning box, extruding the melt material through a spinning metering pump, filtering and a hollow structure spinning nozzle at the temperature of 285-295 ℃ to obtain hollow polyester precursor, and uniformly blowing and cooling the polyester precursor by using circular blowing; the shear viscosity of the water-soluble polyester chip is less than that of the polyethylene terephthalate chip, so that the water-soluble polyester chip can be formed on the outer layer of the hollow polyester protofilament in the spinning forming process;

specifically, the process conditions of the circular blowing are as follows: the wind temperature is 23 ℃, the wind pressure is 42Pa, and the humidity is 80%;

the outer ring blowing cooling mode changes the form of lateral blowing one-way large-area blowing, and cooling air of the outer ring blowing device is uniformly blown to round tows along the radial direction by round air, so that the evenness index and the extension uniformity of the tows can be effectively improved;

(4) after finishing; immersing the hollow polyester precursor in hot water at 80 ℃ for 60min to ensure that the water-soluble polyester component in the hollow polyester precursor is fully stripped and dissolved in the water, and micropores are formed on the surface of the hollow polyester precursor due to stripping of the water-soluble polyester component, so that absorbed moisture such as sweat and the like can be timely discharged;

then taking out the hollow polyester precursor, drying the hollow polyester precursor by hot air at 75 ℃, and then oiling, wrapping and winding the hollow polyester precursor by an oiling device; the phenomena of broken filaments and end heads of the tows can be effectively solved through oiling treatment;

(5) elasticizing treatment: after passing through a feeding roller, a first hot box, a false twister, a drafting roller and a second hot box, the hollow polyester protofilament after post-finishing in the step (4) is wound and formed through a winding roller to obtain the moisture-absorbing quick-drying polyester low stretch yarn; wherein the winding process conditions are as follows: 2450-2500 m/min. The winding speed has direct influence on related physical performance indexes of the product, the winding speed is too high, and broken filaments and end heads are easy to appear on the product; the winding speed is too low, the product cannot meet the requirements due to the stretching ratio, the strength is low, the elongation is large, the winding tension fluctuation is large, and poor forming is easy to occur.

The moisture-absorbing and quick-drying polyester low-stretch yarn prepared by the invention is tested according to the existing test standard in the field, and the test shows that the breaking strength is 3.5cN/dtex, the elongation at break is 13%, the crimp shrinkage rate is 4.4%, and the boiling water shrinkage rate is 2.1%.

The moisture-absorbing quick-drying polyester low-stretch yarn prepared by the method is woven into base cloth according to plain weave. The base fabric is subjected to performance test by adopting the GB/T21655.1-2008 moisture absorption quick-drying type textile standard, and the result is as follows:

the water absorption rate is 95%, the drip diffusion time is 0.9s, and the evaporation rate is 0.3 s.

The preparation method of the moisture-absorbing quick-drying polyester low stretch yarn has the following advantages:

1. melting and spinning the water-soluble polyester chip and the hydrophilic resin together with the common polyester chip, so that the prepared hollow polyester low-stretch yarn has the effects of moisture absorption, moisture conduction and moisture elimination;

2. the water-soluble polyester component on the surface of the hollow polyester protofilament is stripped and removed before stretching, and micropores on the surface of the hollow polyester protofilament, which are generated by stripping the water-soluble polyester, can deform in the subsequent winding and stretching process, so that the removal of water absorbed is facilitated, and the quick drying effect is improved;

3. the prepared polyester low stretch yarn has excellent mechanical property, good water absorption effect and high moisture removal speed.
