The working principle and the using process of the invention are as follows: in the initial state, the hopper 140 is filled with solid waste, then the treatment box 160 is filled with liquid water, when the invention is put into practical use, the solid waste in the hopper 140 falls onto the material conveying plate 510, then the waste enters the crushing cylinder 130 along the material conveying plate 510 and enters between the first rotating disc 230 and the second rotating disc 250, then the first motor 210 drives the first rotating disc 230 to rotate forwards through the hollow column 220, the second motor 270 rotates the driven rod 240 provided with the second rotating disc 250 backwards through the transmission component 280, then the semicircular lug 260 between the first rotating disc 230 and the second rotating disc 250 crushes the solid waste, then when the waste enters into the circular hole, the circular hole can cut the incompletely crushed waste, meanwhile, the circular hole can enable the waste to fall into the incineration box 120, so as to improve the incineration efficiency, during the period, the driven rod 240 drives the rectangular block 310 connected with the circular hole to rotate, under the mechanical transmission relationship, the rectangular block 310 drives the scraper 360 to move through the rod body 320, the plate body 330 and the sleeve plate 350, the scraper 360 is influenced by the guide rod 370 and reciprocates left and right in the incineration box 120, then the rod body 320 repeatedly stretches in the rectangular block 310, thereby ensuring smooth operation of scraping solid waste materials, the scraper 360 prevents the waste materials from being accumulated in the incineration box 120, the waste materials are tiled in the incineration box 120, the incineration efficiency is improved again, waste gas generated by the incineration operation is conveyed into the sphere 150 through a conveying pipe, the waste gas is filled in the sphere 150, then the water pump 440 is started, the water pump 440 extracts clear water at the bottom of the L-shaped filter screen plate 460 through the water pumping pipe 450, then the clear water is injected into the disc body 410 through the water conveying pipe 430, then under the suction force of the water pump 440, liquid water is sprayed out through the water outlet holes 420, the liquid water is sprayed in the whole sphere 150, so that solid particles in the waste gas slide down to the L-shaped filter screen plate 460 along the inner wall of the sphere 150, the liquid water is filtered by the L-shaped screen plate 460 and then falls into the first cavity, so that the water source can be recycled, as more solid particles are accumulated on the L-shaped screen plate 460, the larger the gravity borne by the L-shaped screen plate 460 is, and finally the L-shaped screen plate 460 pushes the spring door 470 open and then slides out of the treatment box 160.
