Referring to fig. 1-9, the multifunctional portable electric appliance comprises a box body 1 and a door body 2, wherein an inner container 3 for disinfection, preservation, hot drink making, heat preservation and fermentation is arranged in the box body 1, a plurality of layers of shelf frames 4 for placing articles are arranged in the inner container 3, an ultraviolet disinfection device 5 is arranged at the rear upper part of the inner container 2, a hot air device 6 is arranged at the rear lower part of the inner container 2, an air outlet 6.1 of the hot air device 6 extends into the inner container 3, a temperature sensor 7 is arranged at a position, close to the air outlet 6.1, on the hot air device 6, and an operation panel 8 is arranged on the box body 1 or the door. The ultraviolet disinfection device 5 is mainly used for disinfecting and sterilizing tableware, mother and infant articles and the like and keeping fruits and vegetables fresh, the hot air device 6 is mainly used for making hot drinks, preserving heat of meals, fermenting fermented bread, steamed buns and other fermented foods, meanwhile, the hot air device can be matched with the ultraviolet disinfection device 5 to disinfect the tableware, the mother and infant articles and the like, and the temperature sensor 7 is used for detecting the internal temperature of the inner container 3.

When used for sterilizing mother and infant articles (such as feeding bottle, nipple, toy, clothes, etc.), strong ultraviolet with ozone is firstly used for directly irradiating tableware, and the concentration is released to be 20mg/m³The ozone is disinfected and then is transferred into hot air for drying, the drying temperature is controlled at 60 ℃, and the disinfection and drying time can be set according to different articles, so that the disinfection effect can achieve the aim of killing mould, new crown pneumonia and mites.

A mother and infant disinfection control program; the keys of the mother and infant products are divided into three gears, and the function key is pressed for 90min, the function key is continuously pressed for two times for 60min, and the function key is continuously pressed for three times for 30 min.

A 90min gear, which is used for drying difficult articles such as mother and infant clothes, toys and the like; and (3) program control flow: working the quartz high-ozone ultraviolet tube for 11min, and stopping for 10 min; working for 5min, stopping for 14min (reaching a one-star disinfection ozone concentration), and drying and thermally decomposing ozone for 90min by using hot air for 50 min.

Procedure for making a hot beverage: the hot air device 6 works until the temperature sensor 7 detects that the temperature of the inner container 3 reaches 55 ℃, the hot air device 6 is switched on and off, so that the temperature of the inner container 3 is kept about 50 ℃, and the beverage is heated and kept warm.

When the rice dish is used for heating/fermenting (mainly aiming at keeping cooked rice and dishes in a hot state for eating), the inner container 3 is kept at 45 ℃ for a long time by the hot air device 6, so that the rice and dishes which are put in the inner container are kept at 45 ℃ and are most suitable for eating the taste; in addition, the function can be used for accelerating the fermentation of fermented foods such as bread, steamed bread and the like.

Warm vegetable/fermentation procedure: the hot air device 6 works until the temperature sensor 7 detects that the temperature of the inner container 3 reaches 50 ℃, and the hot air device 6 is switched on and off, so that the temperature in the inner container 3 is kept at about 45 ℃ for long-term heat preservation.

When the quartz glass is used for preservation (mainly aiming at fresh fruits and vegetables), the fruits and vegetables are prevented from mildewing and are kept fresh all the time by irradiating the fruits and vegetables with the quartz glass high-ozone ultraviolet tube and releasing ozone.

And (3) fresh-keeping procedure: the quartz high-ozone ultraviolet tube works for 30min to sterilize the surfaces of food, vegetables and fruits, and simultaneously generates ozone to effectively decompose and sterilize the pesticide residues and bacteria of the food, the vegetables and fruits; controlling the flow; after starting, the operation is carried out for 30min and then for 5min every 4 hours.

This portable electrical apparatus still possesses the AI intelligent function, and the AI intelligent function includes automatic identification function and automatic work function, and after the function through discerning last use, when closing the door, the product can carry out automatic work according to in service behavior: if the tableware disinfection function is used, the product can be automatically disinfected as long as the tableware is taken or placed through the door, and the product can disinfect the indoor tableware at intervals; when the hot drink or warm tea function is used, the product can keep the hot drink or warm tea function every time the machine is restarted or the door is opened.
