背景技术

传统摩托车前挡泥板一般安装在前叉或与其他塑料件相连，起到安装固定、防止甩泥的作用，与前叉安装结构大都分布在前挡泥板的中间或中间两侧，长度方向偏长，而前挡泥板采用注塑工艺，产品容易变形。

发明内容

发明目的：本发明的目的是提供了一种踏板摩托车前挡泥板装置，解决现有前挡泥板安装不便、容易变形的问题。

技术方案：本发明所述的踏板摩托车前挡泥板装置，包括转向节臂、前挡泥板支架和前挡泥板，所述转向节臂一侧设置有安装台，所述前挡泥板支架与安装台对应的位置设置有横向的折弯平台，所述安装台和折弯平台之间通过螺钉连接，所述前挡泥板支架的竖向面上开设有安装孔，所述前挡泥板设置有与前挡泥板支架折弯平台适配的卡槽，所述前挡泥板卡槽外侧与安装孔对应的位置设置有沉孔，在沉孔和安装孔里安装螺钉连接前挡泥板和前挡泥板支架。

为了方便连接转向节臂和前挡泥板支架，所述转向节臂为重力铸造铝件，所述安装台上设置有螺纹孔，所述折弯平台与螺纹孔对应的位置设置有安装孔。

所述安装孔采用采用落料冲压而成。

为增加塑料件的强度和刚度，所述前挡泥板卡槽一侧设置有翻边。

为了保证结构连接稳定性，所述转向节臂下部和前挡泥板下部通过螺钉连接。

有益效果：本发明通过螺钉将前挡泥板、前挡泥板支架组件、转向节臂连接在一起，前挡泥板支架组件先与转向节臂相连，之后前挡泥板与前挡泥板支架组件、转向节臂相连，安装方便简易、提高装配效率、安装可靠；前挡泥板支架组件主要采用落料、成型工艺，产品复杂度低、开发简易、精度高、产品一致性好；前挡泥板采用注塑工艺，能有效保证安装点的尺寸；转向节臂为重力浇铸铝件，强度和刚度性能佳，前挡泥板和前挡泥板支架组件通过螺钉将三者连接在一起，整体性好，安装、拆卸方便、简易，振动性能好；同时避免了螺钉外露，外观美观。

如图1-2所示，踏板摩托车前挡泥板装置，包括转向节臂1、前挡泥板支架2和前挡泥板3，前挡泥板3在前挡泥板支架2的前方，前挡泥板支架2在转向节臂1的前上方；前挡泥板3和转向节臂1通过前挡泥板支架2连接在一起。转向节臂1一侧设置有安装台，安装台包括左右两个，左右两个安装台上分别设置有M6的螺纹孔101，转向节臂1为重力铸造铝件，前挡泥板支架组件2上部通过折弯成型90°后形成横向的折弯平台，折弯平台上设置有与安装台螺纹孔对应的第一安装孔201，第一安装孔201采用落料冲压而成，M6的螺钉4通过螺纹孔101将前挡泥板支架2与转向节臂1相连；前挡泥板设置有与前挡泥板支架折弯平台适配的卡槽，前挡泥板卡槽外侧与安装孔对应的位置设置有沉孔301，均采用注塑工艺成型；前挡泥板支架2为冲压落料成型件，前挡泥板支架的竖向面上开设有第二安装孔202，第二安装孔202后部焊接M5的凸焊螺母203，通过M5的台阶螺钉5将前挡泥板支架2与前挡泥板1两者连接在一起；转向节臂1下部设置一个M5的螺纹孔102，螺钉5通过前挡泥板下部的沉孔301打入到螺纹孔102中将前挡泥板3和转向节臂1两者连接在一起，前挡泥板安装支架组件2前部折弯成型有与前挡泥板配合的平台204，与前挡泥板配合，起到支撑的作用，前挡泥板卡槽一侧设置有翻边302，增加塑料件的强度和刚度。
