the component B comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 150g/L of hydrochloric acid, 10g/L of sulfuric acid, 10g/L of nitric acid and the balance of water; the component B can effectively remove an oxide layer on the surface of the electric heating alloy wire and does not corrode and damage the electric heating alloy wire;

the method for pickling the electrothermal alloy wire by using the pickling solution comprises the following steps:

(1) the degreasing process comprises the following steps: preparing a component A by using clear water, so that each liter of the component A contains 10g of lauryl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 25g of baking soda and 10g of soda, placing the prepared component A into a container, then immersing the drawn electrothermal alloy wire into the pickling solution of the component A, regulating the temperature of the pickling solution of the component A to be 40-45 ℃, soaking for 20min, and then taking out the electrothermal alloy wire;

(2) primary water washing: enabling the electric heating alloy wire subjected to grease removal in the step (1) to pass through a cleaning pool at 80 ℃ at a constant speed of 10m/s so as to remove the residual A component solution on the surface of the electric heating metal wire; the proper high water temperature is beneficial to cleaning the electrothermal metal wire;

(3) and (3) descaling process: preparing a component B by using clear water, so that each liter of the component B contains 150g of hydrochloric acid, 10g of sulfuric acid and 10g of nitric acid, placing the prepared component B into a container, then soaking the electric heating alloy wire subjected to primary water washing into the pickling solution of the component B, regulating the temperature of the pickling solution of the component B to be 40-45 ℃, soaking for 15min, and then taking out the electric heating alloy wire;

(4) and (3) secondary water washing and drying: and (3) washing the electric heating alloy wires after descaling by using high-pressure water with the pressure of 7MPa at the flow rate of 10L/min, and then drying.

The surface of the pickled electric heating alloy wire meets the quality requirement.

The pickling solution and the pickling method of the embodiment can completely remove the residual grease and oxide scale layer on the surface of the electric heating alloy wire after wire drawing through two pickling processes of degreasing and oxide scale removing, so that the performance of the electric heating alloy wire is improved; acid pickling components such as silicate, hydrofluoric acid and the like are not used, the acid pickling solution is convenient to treat, and the environmental pollution is avoided.

The electric heating alloy wire treated by the embodiment has smooth surface, good quality and no punctate corrosion phenomenon, realizes low-loss acid washing, and protects the quality and the service performance of the electric heating alloy wire.
