The invention relates to quilting equipment, in particular to a computer quilting, rubbing and grinding all-in-one machine.

Background

The computerized quilting machine is a high-efficiency and high-automation quilting equipment, can automatically and quickly sew various materials and patterns, is light in weight, accurate in pattern running and suitable for processing batch cotton quilts, wool quilts and the like. The existing production line for producing quilts mainly comprises a computerized quilting machine, a grinding plate, a rubbing plate, a quilt clamping frame and the like. The general process is as follows: putting cotton on a grinding plate, starting a plate kneading machine for grinding, after grinding and leveling, manually sheathing the quilt cover on the quilt cover, then transferring the quilt cover to a computer quilting machine, wherein a quilt clamping frame with a plurality of clamps is arranged on the computer quilting machine, clamping the periphery of the unsewn quilt, after laying and leveling, starting the computer quilting machine, and finishing sewing. The front and back of the track 2 are connected with a front supporting leg 3 and a back supporting leg 18, and the frame 1 slides on the track 2 through a pulley 5. The computer control screen 15 is arranged on the frame 1,

as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the lower ends of the two sides of the frame 1 are provided with connecting plates 4, the lower ends of the connecting plates 4 are provided with pulleys 5 at positions close to the rails 2, and the pulleys 5 are arranged on the rails 2 and can slide on the rails 2. The track 2 of the original quilter is arranged at the outer side of the bottom of the frame 1, and because the distance between the two frames 1 is larger, an operator generally stands at the inner side of the track 2 during operation, and is very easy to trip over the track 2 without paying attention during operation, thereby causing unnecessary accidents and occupying larger ground space. The invention arranges the track 2 at the inner side of the frame 1 through the connecting plate 4, and the operator can stand at the outer side of the track 2, thus avoiding stumbling and saving the floor area of the whole quilter.

A plurality of supporting legs 7 are fixed on the inner side of the track 2, generally 4 supporting legs are needed. The grinding plate 8 is fixed on the supporting legs 7, a plate kneading machine hung on a ceiling is arranged right above the grinding plate 8, the plate kneading machine is provided with a plate kneading plate 13, and the plate kneading plate 13 can knead and grind cotton wool on the grinding plate 8 to level the cotton wool.

Two holes are formed in the proper position of the grinding plate 8, the support 9 is inserted into the holes respectively, the support 9 and the transverse frame 12 are matched to place the quilt clamping frame 10, and the clips 11 are arranged on the four sides of the quilt clamping frame 10.

As shown in fig. 2, the driving motor 16 of the present invention is connected to a rotating shaft 17, the rotating shaft 17 passes through a bearing 19 provided on the rear leg 18, and the belt 6 is fitted over the rotating shaft 17. The driving motor 16 is started, the belt 6 rotates, and the rack 1 is driven to move on the track 2. Cross brace 12 is secured to rear leg 18.

The head motor 20 is started, and the quilting machine head 14 moves back and forth and left and right on the quilt according to the program set by the computer control screen 15 to quilt the quilt with regular patterns.

The working principle is as follows:

putting cotton wool taken from the carding machine on a grinding plate 8, starting the plate kneading machine, and kneading and grinding the cotton wool on the grinding plate 8 by a kneading plate 13 to flatten the cotton wool; covering the cotton wool with a quilt cover; placing a bracket 9, wherein one end of a quilt clamping frame 10 is covered on the bracket 9, and the other end is covered on a cross frame 12; the driving motor 16 is started, the frame 1 with the quilting machine head 14 moves back and forth on the rails 2 (the cross frame 12 does not move), and meanwhile, the machine head motor 20 is started, the quilting machine head 14 moves back and forth, left and right on the cotton quilt, and quilts the cotton quilt.

The invention also provides a cross bar with a clip 11. If the quilt with smaller size is processed, the cross bar can be placed on the quilt clamping frame 10 to clamp the smaller quilt together with the other three sides of the quilt clamping frame 10.
