An air collecting cavity 17, a flow guide cavity 18, a first air outlet channel 19 and a second air outlet channel 20 are arranged in the air guide box body 3, the air collecting cavity 17 is communicated with the first air outlet channel 19 and the second air outlet channel 20 through the flow guide cavity 18, the air collecting cavity 17 is communicated with an air inlet, the first air outlet channel 19 and the second air outlet channel 20 are respectively communicated with a first air outlet and a second air outlet, a sealing mechanism 21 is arranged between the first air outlet channel 19 and the second air outlet channel 20, the sealing mechanism 21 comprises a sealing plate 24, a second rotating shaft 23 and a knob 10, the sealing plate 24 is fixedly connected with the second rotating shaft 23 through a connecting rod 25, the knob 10 is arranged at the end part of the second rotating shaft 23, the knob 10 is arranged at the outer side of the left wing plate 1, the length of the sealing plate 24 is larger than the inner diameters of the first air outlet channel 19 and the second air outlet channel 20, when the corresponding air outlet is determined to be used, the air outlet is rotated and rotated, so, meanwhile, the sealing plate 24 is longer, so that the sealing effect can be improved, and the noise can be reduced. The guide groove 26 is symmetrically arranged on the outer side surface of the sealing plate 24, one side of the first air outlet channel 19 and the second air outlet channel 20 communicated with the guide cavity 18 is provided with a limiting column 22, the limiting column 22 is symmetrically provided with a first limiting block 27, the first limiting block 27 is matched with the guide groove 26, one side of the first air outlet channel 19 intersected with the second air outlet channel 20 is provided with a second limiting block 28, the second limiting block 28 is matched with the guide groove 26, the sealing plate 24 can be blocked through the design of the limiting column 22, the sealing performance is improved, the first limiting block 27 and the second limiting block 28 can limit the guide groove 26, and the stability and the reliability of the movement of the sealing plate 24 are improved. The design through motor positioning mechanism can improve the installation stability and the reliability of motor, and the installation of the motor of being convenient for is dismantled, and the design of a plurality of air outlets can select corresponding air outlet according to the requirement of actual installation, has improved the flexibility of scavenger fan installation greatly, and remaining air outlet can seal through sealing mechanism 21 simultaneously, and it can to keep corresponding air outlet to switch on.

The manufacturing method of the ventilation fan shell is characterized by comprising the following steps:

1) left wing plate 1 processing

a. Firstly, the size of a left wing plate 1 is determined according to design requirements, the required left wing plate 1 is formed by forging and pressing, the surface of the left wing plate 1 is polished, the flange is turned outwards along the edge of the left wing plate 1, the flange and the left wing plate 1 are ensured to be mutually vertical, mounting grooves are symmetrically formed along the flange, and the mounting stability and reliability of the ventilation fan are improved;

b. then, an air inlet is formed along the left wing plate 1, an air inlet flange 4 with a proper size is selected according to the size of the air inlet, and louver blades 7 are uniformly arranged along the inner side surface of the air inlet flange 4, so that the ventilation fan can be protected;

c. then, the processed air inlet flange 4 is fixedly arranged on the left wing plate 1, and a through hole for installing the knob 10 is formed in the left wing plate 1 according to design requirements, so that the sealing mechanism 21 is convenient to install, the sealing mechanism 21 is convenient to adjust, and the installation flexibility of the ventilating fan is improved;

2) right side wing plate 2 processing

a. Firstly, the size of a right wing plate 2 is determined according to the size of a left wing plate 1, the right wing plate 2 is formed through forging and pressing, the surface of the right wing plate 2 is polished, the flange is turned outwards along the edge of the right wing plate 2, the flange and the right wing plate 2 are ensured to be mutually vertical, and mounting grooves are symmetrically formed along the flange, so that the mounting stability and reliability of the ventilation fan are improved;

b. then, a motor mounting hole 11 is formed in the right wing plate 2, the size of the motor positioning mechanism is determined according to the size of the motor mounting hole 11, and the stability of motor mounting is improved;

c. processing a corresponding upper locating plate 12 and a corresponding lower locating plate 13, uniformly installing a fixed rod 14 on the outer side of the right wing plate 2 along the circumferential direction of the motor installation hole 11, uniformly installing a rotating rod 15 on the upper locating plate 12 and the lower locating plate 13, fixedly connecting a telescopic rod 16 on the rotating rod 15, and rotating the rotating rod 15 to connect the telescopic rod 16 with the fixed rod 14, wherein when the upper locating plate 12 and the lower locating plate 13 are moved to the same vertical plane, the upper locating plate 12 and the lower locating plate 13 are fixedly connected through a bolt 30, so that the installation strength and the stability of the motor are improved, and the motor is protected;

3) machining of air guide box body 3

a. Firstly, determining the size of an air guide box body 3 according to the sizes of a left wing plate 1 and a right wing plate 2, processing the corresponding air guide box body 3, determining the sizes of an air collecting cavity 17, a flow guide cavity 18, a first air outlet channel 19 and a second air outlet channel 20 along the inside of the air guide box body 3, and processing the corresponding air collecting cavity 17, the flow guide cavity 18, the first air outlet channel 19 and the second air outlet channel 20, wherein the side surface and the top surface of the air guide box body 3 are respectively provided with a first air outlet and a second air outlet, so that the first air outlet and the second air outlet are respectively communicated with the first air outlet channel 19 and the second air outlet channel 20, and the air collected by the air collecting cavity 17 can be conveyed to the first air outlet channel 19 or the second air outlet channel 20 through the flow guide cavity;

b. then, a limiting column 22 is installed along one side of the first air outlet channel 19 and the second air outlet channel 20 connected with the flow guide cavity 18, a first limiting block 27 is installed along the limiting column 22 in an up-down symmetrical manner, and a second limiting block 28 is installed along the intersecting side of the first air outlet channel 19 and the second air outlet channel 20 in an up-down symmetrical manner, so that the heights of the pairs of the first limiting block 27 and the second limiting block 28 are kept consistent, the sealing plate 24 can be blocked through the limiting column 22, the sealing effect is improved, and the stability and the reliability of the movement of the sealing plate 24 are improved through the first limiting block 27 and the second limiting block 28;

c. then, the size of the sealing plate 24 is determined according to the sizes of the first air outlet channel 19 and the second air outlet channel 20, the corresponding sealing plate 24 and the second rotating shaft 23 are processed, the guide grooves 26 are symmetrically formed in the outer arc side surface of the sealing plate 24, the sealing plate 24 is fixedly connected with the second rotating shaft 23 through the connecting rod 25, the sealing plate 24 is driven to rotate through the second rotating shaft 23, the corresponding air outlet channel can be sealed, the use and the operation are flexible and convenient, and the connecting rod 25 improves the connection strength and the stability between the sealing plate 24 and the second rotating shaft 23;

d. finally, a corresponding first air outlet flange 5 and a corresponding second air outlet flange 6 are processed according to the sizes of the first air outlet and the second air outlet, and semicircular plates 8 are symmetrically arranged along the inner sides of the first air outlet flange 5 and the second air outlet flange 6, so that the semicircular plates 8 are rotatably connected with the first air outlet flange 5 and the second air outlet flange 6 through a first rotating shaft 9, and the anti-backflow effect can be achieved;

4) housing assembly

a. Firstly, welding and fixing the inner side surfaces of the air guide box body 3 and the right wing plate 2, sealing, and then installing the processed sealing mechanism 21 into the air guide box body 3 to ensure that one end of a second rotating shaft 23 is rotatably connected to the right wing plate 2;

b. then welding the left wing plate 1 on the other side of the air guide box body 3, sealing to enable the other end of the second rotating shaft 23 to penetrate through a through hole in the left wing plate 1, and installing a knob 10 at the end part of the second rotating shaft 23, wherein the knob 10 is positioned on the outer side of the left wing plate 1;

c. and finally, installing a motor and a fan according to the requirement, and carrying out limiting and fixing through a motor positioning mechanism.

The manufacturing method has simple steps, is convenient for the rapid installation of the ventilator, can select the corresponding air outlet according to the actual installation requirement, and has good sealing effect, low noise and flexible and convenient installation and disassembly.
