Weighing SbCl3, putting the SbCl3 into a dry reaction container, pre-weighing absolute ethyl alcohol in the reaction container, wherein the ratio of SbCl3 to the absolute ethyl alcohol is 1:6g/mL, stirring the absolute ethyl alcohol by using a stirring device to ensure that SbCl3 is fully dissolved in the absolute ethyl alcohol, controlling the temperature of the absolute ethyl alcohol to be 45 ℃ during stirring, adding a surfactant SDS after stirring for reaction for 2 hours, stirring by using ultrasonic assistance, slowly dropping ammonia water at the speed of 60mL/min during the process, then performing centrifugal filtration, washing for 3 times, drying for more than 2 hours at the temperature of 200-300 ℃, grinding for 24 hours in a planetary ball mill to obtain Sb2O3 colloid, wherein the rotation speed during grinding is 400 r/min;

Test examples

The purpose of this test example is to verify the performance of the easily peelable, insulating, flame retardant, and waterproof polymeric materials provided in examples 1 to 10.

The easily peelable, insulating, flame retardant and waterproof polymer materials provided in examples 1 to 10 were respectively prepared into samples with a thickness of 3mm, which were numbered in sequence as 1 to 10, and the Limit Oxygen Index (LOI) of the easily peelable, insulating, flame retardant and waterproof polymer material provided in the present invention was tested with reference to the requirements of GB/T10707-2008, and the Heat Release Rate (HRR) of the easily peelable, insulating, flame retardant and waterproof polymer material provided in the present invention was tested with reference to ISO 5660-1. The results of the flame retardancy test are shown in Table 1, with modified Sb2O3 added in a specific ratioThe flame retardant effectively increases the LOI value of the easily-peelable, insulating, flame-retardant and waterproof polymer material provided by the invention, which is significantly larger than the limit (27%) of the industry on the LOI value of the flame-retardant material, wherein the LOI value of the easily-peelable, insulating, flame-retardant and waterproof polymer material provided by the embodiment 1 is the highest. Meanwhile, the specific flame retardant is added to modify the silicone rubber, so that the HRR value of the easily-stripped, insulating, flame-retardant and waterproof high polymer material provided by the invention can be 301.13kW/m at least2

In addition to the above detection, the easily-peelable, insulating, flame-retardant and waterproof polymer material provided by the invention is sent to a third party to detect the dielectric strength (the test temperature is 22.6, and the test humidity is 38.5), and the detection results show that the dielectric strength of the silicone rubber provided in the embodiments 1-10 is more than or equal to 15kv/mm, so that the requirement of the industry on the insulation of the silicone rubber is met. In addition, the third party detects the toughness, strength, water resistance, weather resistance and expansibility of the easily-stripped, insulating, flame-retardant and waterproof high polymer material, and the detection result shows that the water resistance and weather resistance of the material are obviously higher than the average industrial level, and the material is green and environment-friendly as a whole, low in smoke, free of halogen and free of toxic substances.

In summary, the easily peelable, insulating, flame retardant and waterproof polymer material provided by the embodiment of the invention is prepared by adding Sb2O3 prepared by different methods with specific proportions and adjusting the addition proportion of Sb2O3, so that the flame retardant property of the silicone rubber is effectively improved, and the silicone rubber forms a three-dimensional network structure with the center thereof by adding the fumed silica, the light calcium carbonate and the diatomite as reinforcing fillers, so that the original molecular structure is changed, the mechanical property of the silicone rubber is improved on the basis of the original structure, the water content of the fillers can be reduced, and the performances of the fillers are far better than those of the basic silicone rubber. Overall, the organic group on the silicon atom in the easily-peelable, insulating, flame-retardant and waterproof polymer material provided by the invention has good electrical insulation, weak surface tension and small surface energy, and prevents the phenomena of surface creepage and the like caused by condensation of water molecules, so that the easily-peelable, insulating, flame-retardant and waterproof polymer material has better hydrophobicity and water resistance, effectively prevents water from entering the interior of equipment, and prevents various equipment faults caused by water inflow. It can be widely used for the protection of high and low voltage cables, cable interlayers and pipelines.
