An aqueous adhesive for vacuum aluminum-plated paper, which is characterized in that: the aqueous adhesive comprises the following components: 80-120 parts of water-based polymer, 0.05-0.3 part of defoaming agent, 0.1-0.5 part of wetting agent, 0.05-0.2 part of preservative and 0.05-0.8 part of thickening agent; the water-based polymer is one or a mixture of more of polyacrylate emulsion, carboxylic styrene-butadiene latex, vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion and polyurethane dispersoid.

3. The aqueous binder for vacuum aluminized paper according to claim 1, characterized in that: the defoaming agent is one or a mixture of mineral oil defoaming agent, organic gemini defoaming agent and polyether modified organosilicon defoaming agent.

4. The aqueous binder for vacuum aluminized paper according to claim 1, characterized in that: the wetting agent is one or a mixture of ethoxy acetylene surfactant, sodium sulfosuccinate diester and polyether siloxane wetting agent.

5. The aqueous binder for vacuum aluminized paper according to claim 1, characterized in that: the antiseptic is one or two of 5-chloro-2-methyl-4-isothiazoline-3-ketone (CIT) and 2-methyl-4-isothiazoline-3-ketone (MIT).

6. The aqueous binder for vacuum aluminized paper according to claim 1, characterized in that: the thickening agent is one or a mixture of alkali swelling acrylic thickening agent and association type polyurethane thickening agent.

7. A method for preparing the aqueous binder for vacuum aluminized paper according to claim 1, comprising the steps of:

step 1, adding weighed polyacrylate emulsion into a container;

step 2, sequentially adding weighed carboxylic styrene-butadiene latex, polyurethane dispersoid, vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion, wetting agent, defoaming agent and preservative into a container under the stirring action of a dispersion machine, and stirring for 20min under the condition of 300-;

step 3, adding a thickening agent into the container;

and 4, filtering by using a filter screen to obtain the water-based adhesive.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a water-based adhesive, in particular to a water-based adhesive for vacuum aluminum-plated paper and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The vacuum aluminized transfer paper is used as the raw material of cigarette case and is prepared through coating adhesive on the aluminized polyester film, wet compounding with white cardboard, stoving, stripping off the polyester film, and printing various coatings, characters and patterns. The adhesive acts as a linking intermediate between the aluminium layer and the white cardboard layer, its own strength and its adhesive strength to the paper and aluminium directly affecting the quality of the cartridge. According to the evaluation method of the current enterprises, the bonding performance of the adhesive on the paper layer and the aluminum layer is mainly judged by five properties of joint fastness, disc fastness, folding resistance (namely explosion-proof opening), anti-sticking and solvent resistance.

The prior adhesive for the vacuum aluminum-plated transfer paper mainly comprises polyacrylate emulsion, polyurethane dispersoid, carboxylic styrene-butadiene latex and the like, wherein the two types of the polyacrylate emulsion and the polyurethane dispersoid are the most, for example, the invention application CN103102851A in China discloses a multifunctional water-based vacuum aluminum-plated film composite adhesive and a preparation method thereof, the polyacrylate emulsion improves the paper aluminum composite flatness, the adhesive force and the folding resistance, but the aspects of anti-sticking, solvent resistance and the like are not ensured; for another example, the invention of chinese application CN109762128A discloses a method for preparing an aqueous polyurethane transfer glue emulsion, which improves the adhesion and folding resistance between paper and aluminum layer, but does not improve the disk fastness and solvent resistance.

According to market information feedback, any existing adhesive has advantages and disadvantages, such as polyacrylate emulsion, low price, good adhesion to paper and aluminum, easy occurrence of hot-sticking and cold-brittleness phenomena and poor anti-sticking effect; the carboxylic styrene-butadiene latex can form self-crosslinking effect due to the existence of carboxyl in the molecular structure, so that the adhesion to a base material is improved, but the fastness of a disc is poor; the polyurethane has good elasticity, moderate hardness and good anti-explosion performance, but the price is expensive, the adhesion to aluminum is poor, and the bonding fastness can not meet the requirement.

Therefore, the development of an aqueous adhesive which can simultaneously meet the requirements of the vacuum aluminum plating transfer paper on the bonding fastness, the disc fastness, the folding resistance, the anti-sticking and the solvent resistance is needed.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides an aqueous binder for vacuum aluminum-plated paper, the aqueous binder comprising the following components: 80-120 parts of water-based polymer, 0.05-0.3 part of defoaming agent, 0.1-0.5 part of wetting agent, 0.05-0.2 part of preservative and 0.05-0.8 part of thickening agent; the water-based polymer is one or a mixture of more of polyacrylate emulsion, carboxylic styrene-butadiene latex, vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion and polyurethane dispersoid.

Further, the aqueous polymer is the mixture of polyacrylate emulsion, carboxylic styrene-butadiene latex and polyurethane dispersoid, or the mixture of polyacrylate emulsion, vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion and polyurethane dispersoid, or the mixture of polyacrylate emulsion and polyurethane dispersoid.

Further, the defoaming agent is one or a mixture of mineral oil defoaming agent, organic double-molecular defoaming agent and polyether modified organic silicon defoaming agent.

Further, the wetting agent is one or a mixture of more of an ethyoxyl acetylene surfactant, sodium sulfosuccinate diester and a polyether siloxane wetting agent.

Further, the preservative is one or a mixture of two of 5-chloro-2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one (CIT) and 2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one (MIT).

Further, the thickener is one or a mixture of two of alkali swelling acrylic thickener and association type polyurethane thickener.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the water-based adhesive for the vacuum aluminum-plated paper, which comprises the following steps:

step 1, adding weighed polyacrylate emulsion into a container;

step 2, sequentially adding weighed carboxylic styrene-butadiene latex, polyurethane dispersoid, vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion, wetting agent, defoaming agent and preservative into a container under the stirring action of a dispersion machine, and stirring for 20min under the condition of 300-;

step 3, adding a thickening agent into the container;

and 4, filtering by using a filter screen to obtain the water-based adhesive.

After the technical scheme is adopted, the invention has the effects that: compared with the existing adhesive, the adhesive uses the waterborne polymer compounded by various materials, utilizes the advantages of various materials, can improve the defects of bonding fastness, disc fastness, anti-sticking, folding resistance and solvent resistance, has better comprehensive performance and lower cost than the pure polyurethane.

Detailed Description

The technical solution of the present invention is further described by the following examples:

the invention provides a water-based adhesive for vacuum aluminum-plated paper, which comprises the following components: 80-120 parts of water-based polymer, 0.05-0.3 part of defoaming agent, 0.1-0.5 part of wetting agent, 0.05-0.2 part of preservative and 0.05-0.8 part of thickening agent.

The water-based polymer is one or a mixture of more of polyacrylate emulsion, carboxylic styrene-butadiene latex, vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion and polyurethane dispersoid. Preferably, the aqueous polymer is a mixture of polyacrylate emulsion, carboxylic styrene-butadiene latex and polyurethane dispersion, or a mixture of polyacrylate emulsion, vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion and polyurethane dispersion, or a mixture of polyacrylate emulsion and polyurethane dispersion.

The polyacrylate emulsion has good adhesion to the base material, and can improve the bonding fastness of an adhesive layer and the disc fastness; the benzene ring structure in the molecular structure of the carboxylic styrene-butadiene latex can improve the hardness of a glue layer, and the carboxyl structure can form a self-crosslinking structure, so that the adhesive force, the anti-sticking property and the solvent resistance can be improved; the vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion can improve the wettability to the base material and improve the bonding fastness of an adhesive layer and the disc fastness; the polyurethane molecular structure contains a flexible chain segment and a rigid chain segment, so that the flexibility and hardness of a glue layer can be improved, and the folding resistance is improved. By mixing different water-based polymers, the performance of each polymer is fully exerted, and the water-based adhesive for the vacuum aluminum-plated paper can meet various performance requirements.

The defoaming agent is one or a mixture of mineral oil defoaming agent, organic gemini defoaming agent and polyether modified organosilicon defoaming agent. Preferably, the defoamer is a mineral oil type defoamer. The mineral oil defoamer has less influence on the adhesion and is cheap.

The wetting agent is one or a mixture of more of ethyoxyl acetylene surfactant, sulfo succinic acid diester sodium salt and polyether siloxane wetting agent. Preferably, the wetting agent is sulfo succinic acid diester sodium salt. The sulfo succinic acid diester sodium salt and the anionic waterborne polymer system have good compatibility, low price and obvious effect.

The antiseptic is one or two of 5-chloro-2-methyl-4-isothiazoline-3-ketone (CIT) and 2-methyl-4-isothiazoline-3-ketone (MIT). Preferably, the preservative is a mixture of 5-chloro-2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one and 2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one. The preservative is prepared by mixing CIT and MIT in a ratio of 1: 1, the sterilization efficiency is high and the stability is good.

The thickener is one or mixture of alkali swelling acrylic thickener and associated polyurethane thickener. Preferably, the thickener is an associative polyurethane-based thickener. Compared with the associative alkali swelling acrylic thickener, the nonionic associative alkali swelling acrylic thickener is insensitive to the PH value, and has good stability and no large change in viscosity along with volatilization of a part of volatile PH regulators in the system.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the water-based adhesive, which comprises the following steps:

step 1, adding weighed polyacrylate emulsion into a container;

step 2, sequentially adding weighed carboxylic styrene-butadiene latex, polyurethane dispersoid, vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion, wetting agent, defoaming agent and preservative into a container under the stirring action of a dispersion machine, and stirring for 20min under the condition of 300-;

step 3, adding a thickening agent into the container;

and 4, filtering by using a filter screen to obtain the water-based adhesive.

Wherein, in the step 1, the container is a beaker, and the weighing tool is an electronic balance; in step 2, the disperser is a stirring and sanding disperser; in the step 3, a thickening agent can be added to different viscosity ranges according to different requirements; in step 4, the filter screen is a 200 mesh filter screen.

The invention also provides a using method of the water-based adhesive, which comprises the following steps: in the preparation of the vacuum aluminized transfer paper, the waterborne adhesive is scraped on the aluminized surface of the polyester film by a coating tool, then is compounded with white cardboard on a compounding tool, is heated in a drying oven at 100 ℃ for 10 seconds, is taken out and peeled off the polyester film to obtain the vacuum aluminized transfer paper, and is placed for 24 hours at room temperature. Wherein the coating tool is a (6 micron) wire rod or a backing plate; the composite tool is a laminator.

After the preparation is finished, the viscosity, the pH value, the solid content, the bonding fastness, the disc fastness, the folding resistance, the anti-sticking performance, the solvent resistance and the storage stability of the aqueous adhesive are detected. The device comprises a viscosity detection tool, a bonding fastness detection tool, a solvent resistance detection tool, a disc fastness detection tool, a disc peeling detector, a standard rolling wheel, an indentation machine, a flashlight and an anti-sticking performance detection tool, wherein the viscosity detection tool is a coating four cup, the pH value detection tool is a digital display type electronic pH meter, the solid content detection tool is an electric heating constant temperature air blowing drying box, a tin paper support and an electronic balance, the bonding fastness detection tool and the solvent resistance detection tool are adhesive tapes, the disc fastness detection tool is a disc peeling detector and a standard rolling wheel, the folding resistance detection tool is an indentation machine and a flashlight, and the anti-; the storage stability detection tool is a constant temperature air blast drying oven.

The invention also provides a detection method of the water-based adhesive, which comprises the following steps:

and (3) viscosity detection: the detection is carried out by coating four cups, and the time for all flowing out is required to be 25-40 seconds.

And (3) detection of the pH value: and (3) detecting the pH value by adopting an electronic pH meter, wherein the pH value is required to be 6-9.

Solid content detection: referring to the detection method of national standard GB-T2793-1995, the solid content is required to be 40-60%.

Detection of laminating fastness: the aluminum layer is stripped after the adhesive tape is attached to the aluminum layer, and the aluminum layer is required not to be stripped to the extent that the aluminum layer is stripped from the white cardboard.

And (3) detecting the fastness of the disc: the disc peeling tester tests the degree of the aluminum layer separating from the white cardboard, and the aluminum layer is required not to separate.

And (3) detecting the folding resistance: and (5) irradiating the surface of the white cardboard by using a flashlight, and observing the bursting degree of the crease, wherein the cracks are required to be unobvious.

And (3) detecting the anti-sticking performance: the degree of flatness change (or change to be "dumb") of the aluminum layer surface after the load damp heat aging is required to be unchanged.

Solvent resistance detection: and (3) locally wetting the sample with a solvent, drying, and testing the degree of the aluminum layer separated from the white cardboard by using an adhesive tape, wherein the aluminum layer is required not to be separated. Wherein the solvent is absolute ethyl alcohol or ethyl acetate.

And (3) detecting the storage stability: the vacuum aluminized paper is placed in a constant-temperature air-blast drying oven, and is aged for 7 days and 15 days at the temperature of 50 +/-1 ℃, and then the viscosity, the pH value and the bonding property of the paper are tested.

Example 1

In this example, the aqueous binder comprises the following components: 100 parts of water-based polymer, 0.2 part of defoaming agent, 0.2 part of wetting agent, 0.08 part of preservative and 0.1 part of thickening agent. Wherein the aqueous polymer is a mixture of polyacrylate emulsion, carboxylic styrene-butadiene latex and polyurethane dispersoid, and the proportion of the polyacrylate emulsion to the carboxylic styrene-butadiene latex to the polyurethane dispersoid is 50: 20: 30, of a nitrogen-containing gas; the defoaming agent is mineral oil defoaming agent; the wetting agent is sulfo succinic acid diester sodium salt; the preservative is a mixture of CIT and MIT (1: 1); the thickener is an associated polyurethane thickener.

Example 2

In this example, the composition of the aqueous box paste was similar to that of example 1, except that: the ratio of the polyacrylate emulsion, the carboxylic styrene-butadiene latex and the polyurethane dispersoid is 40: 20: 40; 0.3 part of wetting agent; 0.2 part of thickening agent.

Example 3

In this example, the composition of the aqueous box paste was similar to that of example 1, except that: the ratio of the polyacrylate emulsion, the carboxylated styrene-butadiene latex and the polyurethane dispersion is 35: 15: 50; 0.1 part of defoaming agent; 0.3 part of wetting agent; 0.2 part of thickening agent.

Comparative example 1

In this example, the composition of the aqueous box paste was similar to that of example 1, except that: 150 parts of water-based polymer, 50 parts of polyacrylate emulsion, carboxylic styrene-butadiene latex and polyurethane dispersoid: 50: 50; 0.1 part of defoaming agent; 0.3 part of wetting agent; 0.2 part of thickening agent.

Comparative example 2

In this example, the composition of the aqueous box paste was similar to that of example 1, except that: 50 parts of water-based polymer, and the proportion of the polyacrylate emulsion, the carboxylic styrene-butadiene latex and the polyurethane dispersoid is 20: 10: 20; 0.1 part of defoaming agent; 0.3 part of wetting agent; 0.2 part of thickening agent.

The above examples and the comparative examples were tested for the bonding fastness, disk fastness, folding endurance, anti-blocking property and solvent resistance, and the test results are as follows:

As can be seen from Table 1, the aqueous adhesives of examples 1-3 all satisfied the requirements for joint fastness, disk fastness, folding endurance, anti-blocking properties, and solvent resistance.

The storage stability test was further performed on the aqueous box pastes of examples 1 to 3, and the test results are as follows:

As can be seen from Table 2, the aqueous adhesive of the present invention has little change in pH and viscosity, substantially unchanged adhesive property of the adhesive layer, and good storage stability when stored at 50 ℃ for 15 days.

Compared with the existing adhesive, the adhesive uses the waterborne polymer compounded by various materials, utilizes the advantages of various materials, can improve the defects of bonding fastness, disc fastness, anti-sticking, folding resistance and solvent resistance, has better comprehensive performance and lower cost than the pure polyurethane.
