While the embodiments of the present invention will be described and illustrated in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the specific embodiments disclosed, but is intended to cover various modifications, equivalents, and alternatives falling within the scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.

As shown in fig. 1-6, the present embodiment discloses a self-cleaning grinding lubrication package for a paper shredder, comprising a grinding envelope 1, a grinding lubrication sheet 2 and a folded edge 3, wherein:

the grinding lubrication sheet 2 is fixed on the grinding envelope 1 and is used for grinding and lubricating the cutter of the paper shredder. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, the polishing pad 2 is attached to the right side of the polishing cover 1, and may be attached to the left side, the right side, or the middle in actual operation, as long as the polishing pad 2 can be folded in half and then enter the paper inlet. Preferably, the distance between any two adjacent small folded edges 4 is not more than 5mm, and is less than the width of conventional paper scraps on the market, so that the small folded edges can be effectively brought into a paper inlet to be cleaned. In addition, the small folded edges 4 may be arranged with equal width or different width along the short side direction of the grinding envelope 1, and preferably with equal width.

Preferably, the small folding edges 4 are triangular, rectangular, trapezoidal or zigzag. In this embodiment, the small folded edge 4 can be in any shape, but the rectangle is the best, the largest contact surface can be formed between the small folded edge and the upper surface of the paper supporting plate, and the cleaning effect is better.

In this embodiment, the grinding envelope 1 may be made of sandpaper, non-woven fabric or sponge. Preferably, the grinding envelope 1 is sandpaper, which is thin and breakable and easily accessible. The front surface and the back surface of the abrasive paper are both uniformly adhered with a plurality of grinding particles, so that the surface of the passivated paper shredder cutter is effectively ground.

referring to fig. 5 and 6, when the shredder needs to be maintained, oiled and ground, the shredder is put at the lowest part or middle of the stacked paper to be shredded by a self-cleaning grinding lubrication bag, and is fed into the paper inlet of the shredder and is shredded in a paper feeding mode, the folded edge 3 (or a plurality of small folded edges 4) and the upper surface of the paper supporting plate of the shredder generate friction force to take away paper scrap on the paper supporting plate or on the cutter of the shredder from one side or two sides of the paper inlet, meanwhile, in the process of cutting the self-cleaning grinding lubricating bag by the cutter of the paper shredder, because the grinding particles outside the grinding substrate are contacted, so that the passivated, uneven-surface or crimped tool surface is effectively and fully ground, and because of the contact with the lubricating grease which is saturated by the grinding lubrication slip sheet 2, so that the solid lubricating grease with poor fluidity is attached to the surface of the cutter, and the purpose of grinding and lubricating the cutter to prolong the service life of the cutter of the paper shredder is achieved. The maintenance and the oiling work of the paper shredder can be completed without manual lubrication, and the paper shredder is convenient and quick and has low maintenance cost. In addition, the self-cleaning effect of the paper scrap and the paper dust on the paper supporting plate and the paper shredder cutter is realized.

The mode of utilizing above-mentioned automatically cleaning to grind lubricated package in order to reach grinding, lubrication and automatically cleaning effect not only is very convenient to the consumer, and the paper shredder cutter can evenly contact with abrasive grain and lubricating grease moreover, in addition, visual actual conditions improves required grinding, lubrication and automatically cleaning effect through cutting more than one automatically cleaning grinds lubricated package.
