Technical Field

The PVC plastic has the advantages of high mechanical strength, good electrical insulation, rich sources, low price and the like; as one of general-purpose thermoplastic plastics, they are widely used in the fields of agriculture, industry, construction, electric power, automobiles, and the like. the PVC plastic consists of the following raw materials: PVC, an antistatic agent, N' -ethylene bis stearamide, methyl isobutyl carbinol and ethoxylated trimethylolpropane triacrylate.

Preferably, the PVC plastic is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 90-120 parts of PVC, 20-40 parts of antistatic agent, 1-5 parts of N, N' -ethylene bis stearamide, 2-5 parts of methyl isobutyl carbinol and 0.5-2 parts of ethoxylated trimethylolpropane triacrylate. Wherein N, N' -ethylene bis stearamide is used as a lubricant, methyl isobutyl carbinol is used as a dispersant, and ethoxylated trimethylolpropane triacrylate is used as a crosslinking agent.

The antistatic agent is octadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride or functionalized octadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride. Preferably, the antistatic agent is functionalized octadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride.

The modified tetraisopropyl di (dioctyl acyloxy phosphite) titanate is prepared by the following method: mixing tetraisopropyl di (dioctyl phosphite acyloxy) titanate and absolute ethyl alcohol according to the mass ratio of 1 (3-10), stirring at the temperature of 20-40 ℃ for 1-5h at 1500rpm for 1000-.

Preferably, the antistatic function reinforcing agent is nano silver powder and/or nano titanium dioxide powder. (2) and (3) feeding the mixture into an extruder for extrusion, and performing injection molding at the extrusion temperature of 120-180 ℃ to obtain the PVC plastic.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the PVC plastic disclosed by the invention has good mechanical properties and antistatic properties, and the preparation method is simple and is easy for industrial production.

The preparation method of the modified tetraisopropyl di (dioctyl acyloxy phosphite) titanate comprises the following steps: mixing tetraisopropyl di (dioctyl phosphite acyloxy) titanate and absolute ethyl alcohol in a mass ratio of 1:5 in a flask, stirring at the temperature of 25 ℃ for 3 hours at 1200rpm, adding an antistatic function reinforcing agent, wherein the mass ratio of the antistatic function reinforcing agent to the tetraisopropyl di (dioctyl phosphite acyloxy) titanate is 1:4, continuously stirring at the temperature of 25 ℃ for 5 hours at 1200rpm, carrying out centrifugal treatment at the rotating speed of 16000rpm, filtering, and drying filter residues for 5 hours at the temperature of 120 ℃ to obtain the modified tetraisopropyl di (dioctyl phosphite acyloxy) titanate; the antistatic function reinforcing agent is a mixture of nano iron powder and nano titanium dioxide powder in a mass ratio of 1: 1.

The PVC plastic is prepared by the following method:

(1) blending PVC, an antistatic agent, N' -ethylene bis stearamide, methyl isobutyl carbinol and ethoxylated trimethylolpropane triacrylate for 25min according to a formula, wherein the blending temperature is 115 ℃, and the blending rotating speed is 500rpm to obtain a mixture;

(2) and (3) adding the mixture into an extruder to be extruded, and performing injection molding at the extrusion temperature of 165 ℃ to obtain the PVC plastic.

Test example 1

And (3) volume resistivity test: the antistatic performance of the PVC plastic samples of the examples and the comparative examples was tested according to the national standard GB/T15662-1995 method for testing the volume resistivity of conductive and antistatic plastics. Sample size: 80mm × 10mm × 3mm, test environment: 23 +/-2 ℃ and 50% +/-5%; parallel to 5 groups, average.

And (3) testing antistatic performance: the PVC plastics samples of the examples and comparative examples were tested according to the method of the public automobile stability acc.to PV3977 for 120s at 23 ℃. And testing in parallel for 20 times, removing abnormal values, and averaging. Note: the standard is less than or equal to 0.3KV (after 120 s).

Comparing examples 1-2 with comparative examples 1-2, it can be seen that the antistatic property of the plastic is enhanced after further modification of octadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride with modified tetraisopropyl di (dioctyl phosphite acyloxy) titanate; the octadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride has an antistatic effect, ammonium ions in the ammonium salt have polarity, on one hand, titanium of tetraisopropyl di (dioctyl phosphite acyloxy) titanate in the modified tetraisopropyl di (dioctyl phosphite acyloxy) titanate belongs to metal elements, and the modified tetraisopropyl di (dioctyl phosphite acyloxy) titanate has certain polarity, can release and absorb electrons, can promote migration and diffusion of the electrons, and reduces the volume resistivity of the plastic; in addition, acyloxy in tetraisopropyl di (dioctyl phosphite acyloxy) titanate belongs to an electron donating group, wherein oxygen atoms have lone pair electrons, and the lone pair electrons are easy to exchange with electrons in the environment, so that the diffusion migration of electrons is promoted, and the volume resistivity is further reduced; the modified ammonium radical of octadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride and acyloxy (polarity) of tetraisopropyl di (dioctyl phosphite acyloxy) titanate synergistically form a bonding similar to an ionic bond, so that the functions of the two substances exceed simple superposition;

on the other hand, metal atoms of nano silver and nano titanium dioxide in the modified tetraisopropyl di (dioctyl phosphite acyloxy) titanate can be used as good carriers of electrons, the reducibility of the metal enables the metal to volatilize electrons, the metal can absorb free electrons in the environment and oxidize the free electrons into atoms after becoming cations, the diffusion and movement of the electrons are promoted once the free electrons lose the original electrons, and the catalytic action can be played to enable the redox action in the short range to be continuously carried out, so that the contribution to the electron migration and diffusion is made; in addition, acyloxy in tetraisopropyl di (dioctyl phosphite acyloxy) titanate has a certain polar effect, and can be combined with nano silver and nano titanium dioxide in an ionic bond form, rather than simply added.

Comparing example 3 with examples 1-2 and comparative examples 3-4, it can be seen that the antistatic property of the plastic is further improved by adopting the modified tetraisopropyl di (dioctyl phosphite acyloxy) titanate prepared by compounding nano silver and nano titanium dioxide; the resistance of the plastic is generated because each atom in the plastic generates scattered waves to electrons, and the difference of the atomic radii of the two substances just causes the scattered waves to have phase difference to the electrons, so that the two scattered waves just cancel each other, and the volume resistivity of the plastic is reduced; and the size of the iron atom makes the superposition cancellation effect of each element atom on the electron scattering wave not as good as that of the nano silver/nano titanium dioxide compound when the iron atom is compounded with the nano silver or the nano titanium dioxide for use, which is related to the phase difference of each atom on the electron scattering wave.

It should be noted that the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and are not limited. Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes may be made and equivalents may be substituted without departing from the scope of the present invention.
