In order to better understand the technical solution of the present invention, the following detailed description is made by specific examples:

Referring to fig. 1, a train control signal 1 is respectively input to an application chip 2 and a CPLD chip 3. The application chip 2 gives corresponding PWM driving signals to the driving of a two-phase driving axle of a motor driving circuit according to the control instruction of the train; the CPLD chip 3 gives corresponding authorization signals to the drive of the two-phase drive axle of the motor drive loop according to the control instruction of the train, the authorization signals can physically cut off each phase of motor drive axle under the unauthorized condition, and the motor drive signals given by the CPU can correctly drive the motor axle under the authorized condition. Meanwhile, the real-time running state of the CPLD chip 3 is monitored by CPU software, and once the CPLD chip 3 fails to provide protection continuously, the external alarm is given in time. The output ends of the application chip 2 and the CPLD chip 3 are respectively connected with an AND gate judgment circuit 4, the output end of the AND gate judgment circuit 4 is connected with a motor driving circuit 5, and the motor driving circuit 5 is a two-phase/three-phase drive bridge. The motor driving loop 5 is connected with a power supply 6 and a motor 7.

Meanwhile, the CPLD chip 3 and the application chip 2 are connected with each other to realize cross monitoring. The motor driving authorization signal is monitored by the application chip 2 to report errors frequently due to abnormal states, and the motor driving PWM signal is monitored by the CPLD chip 3 to report errors frequently due to abnormal states.

The specific implementation mode of the invention is as follows:

the independent CPLD chip collects control signals of the train, inputs the signals into a predefined judgment formula and provides motor driving authorization signals. If the motor driving condition is met, the CPLD chip can give out a driving authorization signal of a corresponding motor two-phase/three-phase driving axle; if the motor driving condition is not met, the CPLD chip does not give a corresponding authorization signal.

And the application chip acquires a control signal of the train and outputs a PWM driving signal according to the judgment logic. If the motor driving condition is met, outputting a PMW driving signal; if the motor driving condition is not satisfied, the PMW driving signal is not output.

And the two-phase drive axle loop of the motor can carry out corresponding motor drive according to the received hard wire signals from the two independent chips. When the authorization signal given by the CPLD is consistent with the PWM driving signal given by the application chip, the two-phase/three-phase driving bridge of the motor can be normally switched on and off, so that the motor is driven to operate; when the authorization signal given by the CPLD is inconsistent with the PWM driving signal given by the application chip, the two-phase driving bridge of the motor can not be switched on, so that the motor can not be driven to operate.

The authorization signal of the CPLD chip can be monitored by the application chip in real time through a signal feedback loop. When the application chip finds that the authorization signal of the CPLD is not in accordance with the normal authorization logic, fault reporting is carried out; meanwhile, the application chip can monitor the state of the CPLD chip in real time through the communication signal, and if the state of the CPLD chip is abnormal, the application chip can report faults.

Above design has guaranteed that single point trouble in whole motor circuit can not lead to the unexpected door opening of the door that the unusual drive of motor and further lead to.
