In some embodiments, when the vacuum chamber 202 is vacuumized, all parts of the vacuum chamber 202 are compressed by gas pressure, and the sides of the vacuum chamber 202 are supported by the connecting rod 2041 when the gas pressure is applied, and when the two ends of the vacuum chamber 202 are subjected to gas pressure and the hollow mounting plate 2 is erected in the hollow mounting plate 2, the two ends of the vacuum chamber 202 are fixed by the mounting posts, so as to prevent the two ends of the vacuum chamber 202 from being deformed by force.

In some embodiments, the U-shaped clamping plate 11 comprises an arc-shaped plate 1101 and a positioning plate 1102 arranged on the same side of the arc-shaped plate 1101 in a mirror image manner; the positioning plate 1102 is fixedly connected with the side surface of the vacuum box 202; the end of the arc-shaped opening plate 1101 is provided with a clamping groove.

In some embodiments, the positioning plate 1102 is used to fix the position of the arc-shaped opening plate 1101, and the positioning plate 1102 and the arc-shaped opening plate 1101 are connected to form a U-shape, and the end of the fixing column 1201 is adapted to be clamped between the arc-shaped opening plate 1101 and the positioning plate 1102.

In some embodiments, the clamping column 12 includes a fixing column 1201 fixed on the inner side wall of the hollow mounting plate 2, a clamping sleeve 1202 screwed on the fixing column 1201, and a clamping disc 1203 arranged at the end of the clamping sleeve 1202; the clamping sleeve 1202 is clamped with the arc-shaped port plate 1101.

In some embodiments, as the clamping sleeve 1202 rotates, the distance of the clamping disk 1203 relative to the side wall of the hollow mounting plate 2 changes; the size of the vacuum box 202 needs to be changed according to the size of the hollow mounting plate 2, and the clamping sleeve 1202 is adjusted so that the clamping disk 1203 can be clamped in the arc plate 1101 of the vacuum box 202.

During the working process, the vacuum box 202 is vacuumized by an air compressor, at this time, the air pressure hole 201 of the hollow mounting plate 2 is communicated with foreign air, the atmospheric pressure can exert a pressure on the vacuum box 202, and the support rod 2042 and the connecting bolt 2041b can support the fixing plate 203 to protect the vacuum box 202 and prevent the vacuum box 202 from deforming under the action of atmospheric pressure and generating a gap with the hollow mounting plate 2; after the vacuum box body 202 is vacuumized, the hollow mounting plate 2 is pushed, the hoisting wheel 301 and the moving wheel 401 respectively move in the first sliding rail 101 and the second sliding rail 102, when the hollow mounting plate 2 moves to a set position, the tapered moving block 602 is pushed, the horizontal locking needle 7 is inserted into the horizontal locking hole 1011, the vertical locking needle 8 is inserted into the vertical locking hole 1012 and is fixed through the adjusting bolt 604, so that the refrigerating space in the refrigerator car body 1 is changed.

On the basis of the embodiment 1, the invention also provides a working method of the variable refrigerated vehicle, which comprises a refrigerated vehicle body 1 and a hollow mounting plate 2 arranged in the refrigerated vehicle body 1; the hollow mounting plate 2 is pushed to change the inner space of the refrigerator car body 1.

In summary, the present invention changes the distance between the hollow mounting plate 2 and the inner wall of the refrigerator car body 1 by pushing the hollow mounting plate 2, so as to change the space inside the refrigerator car for cooling.
